My wife and I booked a Superior double room incl bfast here for 6 nights in February. We requested a transfer (for approx £12) by emailing the hotel and were met at Tan Son Nhat International airport as arranged. This proved to be a good move as the hotel was further from the airport that we had expected and the traffic was awful.
Check-in was quick and easy and we were given a room on a higher (10 th) floor as requested. Our room was quiet and spacious with a large comfortable bed. There was a wardrobe (but no drawers), a fridge (no free drinking water), kettle (cups, but no supplies), TV (some English channels), table and 2 chairs and complimentary flip-flops. There was no room safe but valuables could be kept at reception free of charge. The aircon, hairdryer and Wifi worked well.
The bathroom had a shower/bath combo with good pressure and plenty of hot water. 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, a bathmat, 2 small soaps, 2 sachets shampoo, 2 toothbrushes and a comb were provided.
The cleaner came daily but did not clean the floors or bath and on one occasion left no towels or toiletries. However these were quickly obtained from reception.
The breakfast area was on the ground floor. The breakfast buffet selection was small but adequate. You were offered a choice of eggs (fried, scrambled, omelette) cooked to order. The buffet itself consisted of 3 hot asian dishes, bread/toast, cakes (2 types), fresh fruit (usually watermelon), juice, (not replaced once finished), tea and c
Es begann schon alles beim checkin, angeblich gäbe es keine Reservierung für das gebuchte Zimmer. Nach langer Diskussion und Prüfungen, hat der Herr von der Rezeption dies dann doch gefunden. Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch hat die Zeit schon sehr daran genagt. Die Tapete löste sich, in der Dusche gab es nur eiskaltes oder extrem heißes Wasser, die Matratze war hart wie Stein und die Klimaanlage gab auch den Geist auf. Das Frühstück war für die Kategorie und den Preis schon gut. Beim Checkout hatten wir den gleichen Herrn und ihn merkte man an, dass er froh war, das wir abreisen. Für vietnamesische Verhältnisse war er schon sehr unfreundlich. Wer nur auf den Preis schaut, ist hier genau richtig, wenn man jedoch geringe Ansprüche wie wir haben, ist fehl am Platz. Jedoch liegt das Hotel sehr zentral und man erreicht alles fußläufig.

It was a very nice and friendly hotel
Location was good and main attractions in walking distance of about 10-15 mins.
Staff offer me a different room when air con was leaking after being on for 15-30 mins but declined as I was top floor and the room was lovely so that's why I didn't change. I didn't get fixed whilst I was there but wasn't fussed.

Great service: the lady served the buffet breakfast is very nice, the front desk is very helpful and helps us greatly. Many different choices for the buffet breakfast. My room had ample space with 1 queen and 1 full-size bed. Next to the hotel are 24 hours of convenience stores. 15 min walk to the Ben Thanh supermarket and major bus stop stations.

Staff were generally excellent, helpful, friendly. They changed money at reasonable rate, and were always keen to help with directions etc. Rooms were very clean. I didn't see one single bug in 8 nights stay. Comfort was great with air-con good shower, nice bed, fridge, and TV. Breakfast buffet was very nice- they usually had a rice dish, a noodle dish, and two meat dishes, like fish, or spring rolls. Picture shows one of my breakfasts. They cooked eggs to order, and had other things like juice, coffee, toast, fruit. Location was away from the not right in the heart of tourist area, but was within easy walking distance of war remnants museum and backpackers street. It took me a while to adjust to the mad traffic and number of scooters in Saigon, but the hotel is very good value imo. I would definitely stay again.
Super bien placé, les chambres sont nickel et au calme ( chambres luxe au 9e) avec une vue sympa. A proximité des lieux touristiques , bon resto pho en face ... et au alentour pour toute les bourses.
1/2h en taxi de l’aeroport ( environ 170000vnd) petit dej bien . Bref un rapport qualité prix super !!

Hotel blízko centra v klidné ulici. Na pokoji i v koupelně vše podle popisu. Ochotný personál. Snídaně dobrá: omeleta na přání, asijská jídla, káva, šťáva, ovoce....Dobrý poměr cena výkon.

1층부터 10층 규모의 호텔인데 저는 9층에 903호 1인실에서
9박 10일동안 있었습니다
혼자 지내기에는 좋고 밤에 소음도 들리지 않습니다
에어컨 TV 화장실 샤워등등 기본적인건 다 좋구요
물이 구비가안되서 호텔 나가면 바로 오른쪽에 현지 편의점 있는데
거기서 사먹었습니다 이점 제외하면
아침 조식은 종류는 별로없지만 그럭저럭 먹을만 합니다
전체적으로 저렴한 가격에 만족스러웠습니다!!

Generally, if you are not a fussy individual, this hotel is not too bad. However, there are a few things that you need to take note of and I was not pleased.
Room was untidy although we checked in at about 5pm which was later than the supposed time which was 2pm.
Only three staff were friendly and helpful - two young chaps (one male and the other female (non spectacled lady) and another male staff (his hair is always combed to right). Two other staff - male staff with spectacles usually on night shift and female staff bespectacled were rather rude.
You may not be able to ask for time extension on your check-out day; if you’re lucky they would grant you 1 hour maximum.
If you need to iron your clothes, you’ll need to call the receptionist 7.30am thereabout and they’ll send a helper to iron your clothes for you at different prices for different kinds of clothes.
Having said that, it’s about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel to Ben Tanh Market - you can ask the receptionist for the direction. Otherwise, you may ask anyone on the streets (preferably men in blue uniform) and they will help you - and accurate directions!
There are two convenient shops nearby the hotel - in case you need to grab some bites or drinks you can purchase from there.
Opposite the hotel, there’s a Pho stall and they’re open till late night. Convenient if you are hungry and you want to have the Pho.
THE PLUS POINT FOR THIS HOTEL IS THAT THEIR ROOMS ARE BIG. Super spacious.

The hotel overall is great for its price. Its location is very convenient to get to everything. Breakfast is adequate, room is clean and comfortable even though it needs to be touched up a little bit (chipped paint, torn wallpaper...). Staffs are super nice and the area is very safe to walk at night.

I recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget. Excellent for what you pay for. The best feature to me was the staff especially the welcoming lovely receptionist Hong. She made my stay pleasant from check in to check out. I was early by two hours at check in and my room was ready and I went straight ahead inside without having to wait like I usually have to in other places. When I needed to extend my stay for an extra night she made the process smooth and easy. She always greets you with a smile as does the rest of the staff. Her smile is the sweetest though. The room was super clean and smelled great. Room service was on time every day. The AC worked perfect as did the hot water and the refrigerator. The location was perfect at least for my needs and likes, within walking distance of plenty of great foods and bars. Two of the best banh mi places are within walking distance. One of the best pho places as well. I did not get to try the breakfast so no comments there, I wanted to eat out daily. The only down to this place is that the facilities in general can use some facelift, cleaning, painting perhaps. Like the elevator can use some cleaning. And the hallway walls on the ground floor. Really not much needed. I think for what you pay this little hotel is fantastic. I will return here when I come back to HCM.
Bedding is slightly hard not comfortable when awake feel quite backache. Air conditioning is very good and cold for the room. Photographs for room types whether is standard or the very excellent types to be advertise appropriately no doubt clients only needed just to have an accommodation to rest when travelling.
Overall rating of 10 ,I give only 5 points and looking forward that the hotel can better improvement. Thank you.

This was my second time staying here... i will stay no where else in ho chi Minh.
To say the staff are incredible does not do then justice.
The rooms are clean, fresh, have everything you need and more. They give you advice and help book anything with cheaper prices then available online ir anywhere else.
Central location. Safe..... stay here, you will not regret it!

The owner of this property needs to change there attitude on customer appreciation.Breakfast was very poor(cold,stale,and some times under cooked) The room fridges have not been Thawed to remove ice build up in freezer section for some months and the bath towels are very old and warn( more usable as floor mats than towels). I had to turn mattress over and end to end it for some sleep comfort and again these are obviously very old.
La verdad es que muy buena relación calidad precio.
Pasamos 2 noches en el Hotel (no consecutivas) mientras estábamos de paso hacia otras zonas y cumplió su función.
Ducha, descanso con AA aunque no de primera y desayuno decente.
Lo recomendaría si quieres algo barato y no vas a pasar mucho tiempo en la habitación.

At this price point, I think it's a great choice. Location wise is great, not too noisy, about 7-10 minutes walk to Ben Thanh or Bui Vien street, lots of convenience stores nearby.
Hot water was okay with bathtub, cleanliness also quite good. The only thing they should improve is the WiFi. It works at times, but also got disconnected and no access some times. Other than that, for the price you pay, it's a great choice and value for money.
At first, I was not happy at the time that I checked in because the hotel had a mistake for checking information. However, The employees of the hotel were very nice. I like to stay here. If I have a choice to come back HCM, I will choose this hotel to stay.
