What a great stay. My partner's birthday fell during the stay and the staff left a cake and birthday note in the room during the evening, what a nice surprise!
It would be better if you have shower heater is much faster than ever.

1.0 "Snobbish concierge!"
I book a deluxe room wz city view but what I was arranged was a room with a tiny window facing to terrace with the fire escape stair next to it. It's a terrible room. So I asked the hotel to change it as I don't want people working through my window which will make me very uncomfortable. After a long discussion, The snobby front desk finally agreed to change my room to a river view. I thought that would be it. However, this person surprisingly told me Let they upgrade my room for Free only for this time because they don't have any other rooms. If feels like they are doing a huge favor to me and I am a very strange person trying to take advantage of the hotel. Unfortunately, I prepaid the room already so I can simply walk out the hotel and change to another one with common sense service attitude. Actually, I want to tell this person that he doesn't have to worried about it and told me only for this time. Because this is the only time I will stay in this hotel. I feel very bad and sorry for the rest of the people who work there because all of their efforts are ruined totally by this arrogant person.
Séjour agréable de deux nuits dans cet hôtel bien que le prix n’est pas vraiment adéquat car un peu cher. La piscine rooftop est vraiment un peu plus, tout comme son emplacement central. Mais encore une fois, l’hôtel reste un peu cher surtout que les petits déjeuners n’étaient pas compris dans le prix et qu’un supplément de 20% est rajouté si on va le prendre le matin même sans avoir préalablement réservé la veille...
Bien placé dans Saigon, cet hôtel est irréprochable niveau qualité (chambre, installations...).
Seul petit bémol, la musique au bar rooftop un peu trop forte ne permet pas d'apprécier parfaitement l'endroit.

2.0 "Single Traveller - Do Not Stay here"
This hotel has a policy that doesnt allow you to bring a guest to your room even though you clearly booked for two people. They are hiding behind an old law (that is not in place anymore) stating that it is illegal for a local to stay with a foreigner unless you are married. And unless you can provide a guests name upon checkin, you will not be allowed to bring anyone nice you might meet with you. This is very frustrating in a world where remote work is becoming the norm.
It would also be nice of hotels.com to clearly highlight such restrictions locally imposed by hotels so that disappointments can be avoided. Wouldnt have minded to may more for a hotel without such restrictions.
교통도 편리하고 주변에 관광지들이 모여있어서 여행하기에 나쁘지않은 위치같음. 바로앞에 강도 있고, 루프탑에 수영장이 좀 작다는게 흠이라면 흠 호텔로비사진을보고 호텔이 큰줄 알았늩데 그렇게 크지는 않네요. 사진에서는 호텔로비 사진을 늘려놔서 착시현상.

I had booked the room for 2 night stay as the recommendation from my great distributor (customer) in Vietnam via hotels.com, and he strongly suggested us to try the spa on roof floor
We chose the 60min spa cost VND890,000/person, but when finished, the front reception of spa centre requested me to pay the tips
Due to it is my first time to been Ho Chi Minh city, I have no idea for the tips culture, I thought it was normal that the reception asked for tips although I felt not that comfortable to pay
I asked her how much I should pay, she said VND100,000/person, thus, we paid VND200,000 in total
After that, I have a call with my customer, and I double check with him is it the culture that we would been forced to give the tips for spa
The only thing the reception and the spa manager can guarantee is the free spa service, but I would never go to the spa anymore due to this bad experience, Mr. Lu Cam Van said the reception of the spa would be fired? The reception insisted there was a misunderstanding, I 100% confirm that she forced me to pay tips not because of the misunderstanding or poor language
Great location, spotlessly clean room, lovely comfy bed and impeccable English spoken by all staff who are eager to help. Breakfast was good with a selection to suit all tastes. From fresh pastries to full English and traditional Vietnamese Banh mi. Let down by the pool area which could do with an update and whole place lacks the charm and character that is abundant elsewhere in Vietnam

The hotel is in great condition and location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. (Help me with taxi scammer issue). Breakfast is also interesting. Amazing rooftop bar at 23 floor with crazy great view ( you can even see stark tower there) right next to swimming poor, which operated from morning till night.
The room itself is quite Comfortable and does not have the funny smell. i am lucky enough to get a river view room even though booked a city view version- so my room is facing the river directly. Stunning!! It is a real pitty that the room is not equipped with bath tub but only the shower cabin. Well, you cannot have it all....
The hotel is approximately 1/2 hour drives from the Ho Chi Mihn airport( depending on the traffic, which is horrible by the way). In front of the hotel is a main road (riverfront) so at night should expect the noise. You still can hear the noise even the windows are closed( as you may already know, they like to horn). With the curtains it helps but definitely not for a sensitive person( to noise).
All of the staffs are really friendly and helpful. I told them i was being scammed by the taxi ( which charge me 4 times than the normal rate) and they are eagle to help me to get the money back. Thank god that I took a photo of the car’s number plate as well as the car. Anyway, they solved my problem within 2 hours - very professional. The bell boys are not expecting tips and tipping makes them really happy. The concierge also very helpful !!
Check in was fast and easy. My room was very spacious. And the location is perfect everything was nearby. My favorite was the view my room had.

We stopped at Liberty Central Riverside for 2 nights. It was in a great location and the hotel itself was lovely. The staff are polite and efficient and the pool and bar area is beautiful. There are computers in the reception area that you can use for free and they also have a printer (again it was free) which was helpful for us to print our train tickets. Would definitely recommend and we are hoping to go back there for our last night.
기본적인 서비스도 좋았으며 큰 불편함 없이 지내다 갔습니다. 단지 편의점 같은 시설이 가까이에 없어서 호텔 올 때 사갖고 들어와야 하는것만 조금 불편합니다. 저는 스카이덱 쪽이어서 창 밖 뷰가 많이 좋진 않았지만 강 쪽으로 보이는 곳으로 방을 잡는다면 고층일수록 뷰가 이쁠것 같습니다.

Beautiful view of the river and incredible service! We were delighted with our stay here. I typically stay with SPG but was thankful to have picked the Liberty Central Riverside. A special shout out to Thanh Nguyen at the concierge who helped us to plan our days, get laundry done, book spa appointments, and more.
