Personnel were all so good that you feel you knew them for a while. Breakfast is always a treat as you are pampered with varied choices and you can even bring some for your trip during the day, a no no to most hotels. They go out of their way to help you with your concerns as a tourist. However, they should throw away chipped and stained dishes, like bathroom glasses as it makes the hotel so cheap and they are inexpensive to buy in Vietnam, anyway! Convenient place to stay
The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Breakfast was consistently good as well. My only complaint was that the AC unit was weak and didn’t make the room chilled for several hours.

Zentral, da mitten in der Altstadt gelegen. Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pick-Up-Servicce vom Flughafen zum Hotel absolut empfehlenswert. Trotz zweistündiger Verspätung wartete der Fahrer auf uns. Wäscheserverice war sehr schnell und wir bekamen auch alle Teile wieder zurück. Leider gab es bei unserem Zimmer nur ein Fenster zum Treppenhaus und nicht, wie auf dem Bild, zur Straße. Das ist aber auch in Vietnam nicht ungewöhnlich, zumal die Straße auch sehr laut ist und der Lärm vielleicht auch ins Zimmer dringen kann.
We were very impressed by the hotel's hospitality and service. Firstly, we arrive very early from Sapa by express train, reached hotel around 6.30am. Greatly appreciate the early check-in around 7.30am. Secondly, as we need to check out hotel at 6.00am the next day, so sweet of the hotel to prepare takeaway breakfast for us. The best part is the location, so close to night market and all the good food.

The service was amazing. Personalised in every way. We loved the position in the heart of old city. Close to the most well known eating areas. This is a small boutique hotel. Their attention to detail was so appreciated. Free cold towel and drinks on arrival. Complimentary snacks and fruit. Fresh flowers in the room. Arranged tours for us at very competitive prices. Magic staff.
Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with any needs we had and were more than happy to look after our excess luggage well we went on overnight trip to ha long and supplied a room for us to freshen up before our overnight train . Definitely recommend to others to stay there 😊

I never write reviews, but this hotel deserves it. Everything is perfect, from location, welcome drink and fruits, to fast check in, to clean room, to very nice breakfast, to staff always willing to help you with anything. I try to stay in this hotel every time I am in Hanoi. Best service in Hanoi.

Beautiful little hotel in the heart of the old quarter. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful and always recommended the best food close by, and they were always right! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, i would definitely stay here again

Koselig, litt gammelt hotel i gamle byen. Vi havnet i på loftet. 8. etasje.Heisen gikk bare til 7. Etasje så vi måtte ta trappene resten. Portieren bar de blytunge koffertene... ikke et topp moderne rom, men det hadde sin sjarm. Frokosten var god. En enkel og smakfull buffé. Med en meny på 8 enkelte frokostretter man kunne få velge og få tilberedt. Hyggelig og behjelpelig personell. Ikke så langt fra byens serferdigheter. Veldig godt wi fi.

Atendimento fantástico. Café da manhã farto e saboroso. Quarto grande e confortável. Wi-Fi excelente. Excelente custo-benefício. Nas imediações é fácil achar mercadinhos e restaurantes. Fica muito próximo ao lago (Cầu Thê Húc). Há uma feira e muitas lojas nos arredores do hotel. Recomendado! Me hospedarei novamente caso volte a Hanoi.

Great stay and staff was very accommodating, even to contacting our tour company to ensure our pick up time was correct.
I had an amazing couple of nights here.
Hotel was in a great location and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was looked after.

My stay at Oriental Central Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. The staff is so friendly and helped me with the many questions I had, since it was my first time to Hanoi. Everyone spoke english and could communicate effectively. I had a small problem with my room and the front staff was able to accommodate me with a new room within a half an hour. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family that plan to visit the busy city of Hanoi and I will also be staying there the next time I visit.

Très bon hotel situé dans le quartier historique près du lac.
Chambres très propres et calmes. Salle de bains très agréable.

Had a warm welcome with cool towels and welcome drinks after a long travel day.
They allowed us to leave our suitcases at their hotel while we took side trips to Sa Pa and Ha Long Bay!
The staff were always kind and helpful.
The hotel was right in the middle of all the shops and excitement, but was never loud inside.
We had one night where our water and power temporarily stopped working but the staff worked hard to have it up and running again.
Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
Very friendly staff, from check-in over booking tours until transport when leaving. Great breakfast with fresh fruits and tasty coffee.

올드쿼터에 위치해서 관광지 접근이 쉬움. 근처에 마사지샵도 많고 콩카페도 근처에 있음. 맥주거리 가까워서 저녁마다 한잔하고 들어옴. 직원들도 매우 친절. 방음이 잘되는편은 아닌듯.

호안끼엠 주변 관광을 하기에 정말 최고의 위치 입니다. 유명한 맛집과 맥주거리, 여행자거리등 인근에 있어 도보로 다니기에 좋았습니다. 호텔 시설도 깔끔하고 온수도 잘 나오며 조식도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 무엇보다도 직원들의 친절함이 인상깊습니다. 숙박 기간동안 친절하게 대해주셔서 즐거운 여행이 되었으며, 체크아웃시에도 늦은 밤 체크아웃이었는데 간단한 샌드위치 도시락을 챙겨주셔서 정말 감동이었습니다. 훌륭한 서비스 감사드리며 추후 다시 하노이를 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 이용하겠습니다.

This hotel was a great find. It was a very comfortable hotel but it was the staff team, and particularly Thomas, who really made the stay special. Nothing was too much trouble, with everything I needed in terms of advice on the local area, places to eat, airport transfer etc all taken care of with a smile and a sense of real pride. I'll be back.

Un très bon accueil; après un long vol, nous avons pu disposer de notre chambre à 10 heures. Petite chambre joliment décorée et très propre. Le choix d'une chambre avec fenêtre interne nous a permis de bien dormir dans cette ville trépidante.En plus, la situation dans le vieux quartier offre beaucoup de possibilités de bons restaurants.

구도심에 있어서 걱정을 많이하고 갔는데.. .
걱정과는 반대로 너무 좋았습니다. 저는 2019.3.23~29일까지 3박 숙박했습니다.
호텔은 깨끗하였고, 직원들은 친절하였으며, 위치 또한 너무 좋았습니다.
조촐한 뷔페 조식이었지만 맛과 청결함, 직원들의 서비스는 최상이었습니다.
호안끼엠 호수도 가까웠고, 맥주거리, 야시장도 5분이내 거리에 있었습니다.
하노이 여행을 계획하고 계신다면 저는 무조건 오리엔탈 센트럴 호텔에 주무실것을
강력히 추천 합니다.

This hotel is slap bang in the old quarter so we were near to everything. The service was great and the double room was clean bright and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in staying here again next time that we are in Hanoi. Would thoroughly recommend.

The hotel located in great location. What makes this hotel fantastic is its staff. They are well trained, polite, good english. They always checked travelling schedule to make sure they would arrange anything i require in advance and advise me. Breakfast is great couldn't get any better. The room is super clean and comfortable bed. Only the window it had was the view to inside of hotel rather than view for outside. But i guess it was fine for me as i was out of hotel most of the time. Overall loved the hotel and great management.
