Front staffs always respond my questions and requests with kind smile. So, I was able to enjoy comfortable stay. There is good Banh mi shop, Vietnamese cafe, stores near from hotel, very convenient location.
If I have to say anything, there was not enough space in the room to spread the suitcases, and the hangers in closet were too high to reach.

직원들은 엄청 친절했어요. 바퀴벌레랑 베드버그 등 벌레 많다는 후기에 걱정을 좀 했는데 다행이 보지는 못했어요. 위치도 가 가까워서 좋았는데...다만 모텔같은 느낌에... 짐을 풀 공간이 너무 협소했어요 ㅠ

Great location, very quiet. Adam and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious, excellent hot water in shower and extremely fast wifi. I’d definitely go back there again!

무엇보다 직원분들이 너무 친절해요~
근데 숙소가 너무 좁아서 첫날 엄청 당황했어요.
호텔에서 나는 냄새도 그렇고 눅눅함때문에...
그래도 가격대비 잘 지내다 왔어요~
다음에도 이용 의향 있어요~

Le personnel était extraordinaire. Ils nous ont aidé à planifier notre voyage. Très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoi. Grand chambre spacieuse et très propre. Déjeuner varié inclus était un plus. Je le recommande vivement.

the location allows exploring the old part of Hanoi so easy on foot. the staff are just lovely and genuinely welcoming.
the room is kept in good and clean condition, I can see they try very nicely to add some nice touch to a small but sufficient space.
the breakfast is by far the most impressive part of my stay. Kudos to the chef. though the buffet line is rather compact, but the quality, the diversity of selection and the taste is really good. ( I am a very picky Thai when it comes to food)
all in all, a great value for money. I am not at all hesitating to rebook this hotel again.

The service at the Oriental Central Hotel was just excellent. We had a very late arriving flight, and the staff were so kind to get us into our room as soon as possible to rest.
The excellent service extended to the breakfast served in the dining room. And the selection of food offered was all delicious.
The location in the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring Hanoi and if you wanted to explore outside the Old Quarter the staff at the hotel is so helpful in making arrangements.

guests in every way possible. They could

Cet hôtel de taille raisonnable a des chambres très bien aménagées. Il ne manque rien et le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients. Nous avons pu bénéficier des services exceptionnels de Dan qui nous a grandement facilité la vie en s’occupant des réservations pour Halong et Ninh Binh.
On a même pu laisser nos valises jusqu’à notre départ vers Sapa.
Bref, nous recommandons cet hôtel sans aucun hésitation.
걸어서 5분 이내에 맥주거리와 야시장, 호안끼엠 호수 등을 갈 수 있는 최적의 위치가 장점입니다.
스탭 분들의 서비스도 최고이며, 룸 컨디션도 좋습니다.
공항에서 호텔간 셔틀도 유료로 신청하시면 가능합니다.
4박 5일간 머루르면서 불편한 점이 하나도 없을 정도로 좋았습니다.

We felt very welcome there.
Staffs were so friendly and helpful. Everything was sparkling clean and well maintained. I recommend to explore small streets behind the hotel. Hang bac street is full with Jewelry shops and silver products are inexpensive. Breakfast here was awesome. Everything was so fresh and well served too. We were treated so well here and definitely recommend this hotel highly. We appreciate all service and cares of all hotel staffs. Only one thing was smoking smell came through the fan in the bathroom. Hotel itself has many smoke-free signs though.

The staffs are very friendly and provided a very good service from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable and it's located at the centre of Old Quarters so everything was just around the corner. Cleanliness is top notch and breakfast was tasty. Good choice of stay if you are visiting Hanoi.
I thought the staff and service was excellent. Lucy Le on the Tour Desk was very very helpful. Organised lots of trips for me and even helped me book an overnight train and also a flight.
Jonathan on hotel reception was also very helpful.
The breakfast was lovely.
The hotel is in the Old Quarter which was great and not difficult to get to other places I wanted to see.
If I go back to Hanoi I would definitely stay here.
Excellent stay. Friendly staff. Great breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay and any issues we faced were immediately solved by the friendly staff!

The hospitality and superb services provided by all staff members at Oriental Central Hotel far exceeded my expectations and played a huge role in my pleasant stay in Hanoi. Check-in process went extremely smoothly beginning with a warm greeting from the front-desk. While we waited for our rooms to be available, we were invited to sit down and relax in their dining room. Maps / directions / guidance were voluntarily provided ensuring we had all our questions answered. Staff even offered to help us purchase the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre show tickets so we didn't have to queue up on our own. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel while we went on a 2D/1N Halong Bay cruise. Not to mention the staff also allowed us to store my birthday cake in their fridge! The hotel is situated in a very convenient location in Old Quarter Hanoi. I would highly recommended travelers to consider Oriental Central Hotel if value, superb services, convenient location and having an overall pleasant experience are priorities to them.

Although the rooms are small they are clean and the beds very comfortable and the breakfast is very good indeed. What really stands out is the quality of the staff who are so friedly and helpful.in every way. Lucy organised our trips superblyand others were very helpful with local knowledge. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Great little hotel in a great location only minutes walk from lots of attractions and markets. We had a room with no window which was great as it can be very noisy outside. Comfortable bed and a good shower. But most of all the all staff are so friendly hana the manager did so much for us booking activities and giving great advice for our stay. Would definitely stay here again when we return.
