Hotel is located in the Old quarter, in the middle of all the action. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and the free breakfast was great! We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend!

This hotel is excellent place for staying when traveling to Ha Noi. Excellent service and staff.
Very good location, only takes 5 mins to walk to Hoan Kiem lake.

The staff wre very hospitable and attention to every details. We very much enjoyed our stay there.
Hotel is in a very good location in old quarter. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side and the windows need shades. Also had construction hammering outside in am. Toilet wasn't flushing on the last day but the price was certainly right.

This lovely little hotel was perfectly placed right in the centre of Hanoi old town. The breakfast was lovely and the staff went out of their way to be helpful, from booking excursions, finding an adapter for us to keeping our luggage after checkout and arranging taxi transfer to the airport. Anna was especially lovely, they all seemed full of pride for their hotel and rightly so.

We had booked two twin rooms. The air-conditioner in one room did not work well. However, the staff were very helpful. They took action promptly. Though it could not be fixed, we could move to another room the next day. Besides, the hotel offered us free transfer to the airport when we checked out as a courtesy. Excellent service.

The hotel is right in the middle of the old quarter and the rooms are big and clean. Water and snacks are provided daily and the breakfast is excellent with an 'A-la-carte' chef doing eggs to order; however the other components from noodles, spring rolls, wet dishes and fried rice are good as well.
The reception staff is very accomodating and Mary and her team of experts are doing everything possible to please the demands of the guests; even taking them to the next ATM.
They also very knowledgable about tours, trips and places to go in Hanoi.
Hotel is decent but room needs an upgrade. The staff however exceeded my expectations. I recommend this hotel for the level of service you will get. Breakfast is ok too and location is super convenient. Lucy is very helpful and make sure you ask her for recommendations on where to eat and drink around the area.

Great location. Within walking distance of so many great cafes, markets, parks, and sites. Breakfast was tasty, rooms were clean. What really stands out was the customer service, best customer service of any hotel I've ever stayed. They remembered me, my plans, and even thought ahead for me and checked me into my next morning's flight and printed my boarding pass.

Awesome hotel! It was right in the heart of the Old Quarter! We were able to walk everywhere! The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel manager helped us book our excursions and explained in detail what each one included. The room was nice and clean, and the complimentary snacks/fruit was a nice touch. The breakfast was also very good. The overall attentiveness and hospitality made the stay that much more pleasant.

My stay in Hanoi was brief as I was just there transiting to Halong Bay but staying at Oriental Central Hotel made all the difference to my weekend. The friendly staff emailed me before my stay to check on my needs re tours and airport transfers and arranged everything perfectly.
My check in was welcoming and smooth and when I mentioned my cruise company they knew exactly what time I would be picked up the next morning. They also offered some local area suggestions for my short time in Hanoi, gave me a map and ensured I knew some basics for safely traversing the streets.
My room looked exactly like the web photos; it was was clean and fresh and I slept well. I loved the black and white photographs and local pottery and porcelain in the room. I also enjoyed breakfast the next morning: a small selection of fruits and pastries and a freshly made omelette.
After my cruise, they allowed me to return to store my bag for the couple of hours until my flight and were even kind enough to allow me to freshen up.
Thanks so much to the wonderful staff who made my stay so special. The hotel is lovely but you make it fabulous!
Accueil vraiment parfait comme rarement rencontré dans d'autres établissements. Personnel très serviable et aimable.
Les chambres joliment décorées sont très bien équipées. Préférez cependant les chambres dénommées "Junior Suite" avec vue sur la ville qui sont plus spacieuses et beaucoup plus lumineuses.
Hotel moderne très bien localisé en plein centre ville dans quartier très animé.
Excellent choix.

I was in Hanoi over the weekend to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The staff Mary, Anna and the others (i cannot remember their names! Sorry!!) actually prepared a cake and had a mini celebration for us! It was very heart warming and we were really touched!
Also, when we first checked in at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helped us with our luggage, and even provided welcome drinks and the sugared lotus seeds which were presented in a very professional manner. Also, the staff, Daisy, also introduced us the various restaurants we can visit, shared the tips about the taxis and shopping etc! And she was very quick in responding to my queries on the package cruises and hotel reservation! Kudos and thank you for the amazing experience!
Fantastic location and superb friendly staff who really couldn’t be more helpful.

We just stayed here for 1 night before going to the Halong Bay Cruise but after leaving we felt that we should have had our entire stay in this hotel.
The staff is excellent and the service is very good. The hotel is in the old quarter area which is the main market are of Hanoi. The hotel itself is small but nonetheless it's a very good stay.

The hotel is beautifully situated in the old quarter of Hanoi. Easy to find transport any time of the day. The staff are very sympathetic and very keen to serve and please their guests. If you want to be taken care of and get personal attention as if you were in a five star accomadation then this is the place for you!
The personel went the extra mile for us when ever we asked for something. Helped us in planning excursions, changed our room when there was noise from the neighbors dog and a superb pick up en drop off to and from the airport.
I would definitey recommend this hotel to any one staying in the Old Quarter!
Fint hotel med en beliggenhed midt i det gamle kvarter. Fik først et værelse uden vindue, hvilket ikke kan ses ved bookningen på Hotels.com. Bad om et andet værelse med et vindue og fik det mod et merbetaling på 12 USD. Rigtig fint værelse. Morgenmad ok men ikke mere...
