5.0 "The Jewel of Hue away from the City!"
The staff from check-in to check-out was flawless and most courteous. The breakfast was spot on. The rooms were most comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and quiet. The patio was perfect. Also, the pool area and happy hour were very charming and wonderful to enjoy.

Very nice hotel gorgeous setting. Great room plenty of space. Lovely view to the sea and pool. Overall hotel was great however Hue is not an area I would choose to visit again.

Everything is okay and excellent, but the air-con smell is not good for me first night. It is like taking a mold smell. 2nd and 3rd night were getting good and good... I suggest that air-con shall be on 1~2 day in advance guest get arrived at room...

Amazingly attentive and helpful staff and service--they helped us find a place to take photos for the Visa we needed for our next stop in Vietnam. Great food and drinks throughout the idea in the lounge/club area. Great location and lots of amenities--we used the pool every day and also the exercise gym. Recommend this new hotel to everybody!

Right on the beach, lovely grounds, friendly & helpful staff. Free shuttle into Hue so good to be based here for a few days of relaxation. Took the bikes & cycled south along the peninsula which was predominantly flat & passed lots of fishing villages, cementaries, paddy fields. Overall a really enjoyable stay. Table tennis & pool table to keep us fit.

Alles sehr gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn einem etwas fehlt oder nicht gefällt, kann man fragen und alle bemühen sich den Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern 10&16 in dem Hotel und hatten einen tollen Beachfront Bungalow. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Hue kann man von hier aus wunderbar erkunden. Eine Unterkunft in der Stadt ist nicht notwendig. Am Strand ist es entspannter. Allerdings ist links und rechts vom Hotel Naturstrand d. h auch Plastikmüll zu finden. Vor dem Hotel ist alles top gepflegt und der Pool super schön. Klare Empfehlung wenn man in Hue übernachten möchte.
Freundliches Personal, Frühstücksbüffet alles vorhanden, tolles Bad in der Beachvilla, shuttleservice nach Hue funktioniert bestens, toller Strand,fast menschenleer

Dieses gepflegte Hotel ist an einem sehr schönen Strand gelegen und verfügt neben einer großzügigen Anlage über einen schönen großen Pool. Der Check-in ging schnell und auch die Einweisung in die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels war professionell. Die Zimmer sind groß gestaltet und ansprechend schön eingerichtet. Ebenso das Badezimmmer. Ebenfalls sehr durchdacht ist der SPA Bereich, der neben einem ansprechenden Pflege-, GYM-, Sauna und Dampfbadbereich auch mittig über einen verhältnismäßig großen Pool verfügt. Das Personal ist gut geschult und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt für den europäischen und sicherlich auch asiatischen Geschmack keine Wünsche offen. Erwähnenswert ist der konfortable kostenlose Shuttle in die ca. 12 km entfernte (und ca. 20 Minuten dauernde) Innenstadt (3 x hin und 4 x zurück). Den vom Hotel organisierten Flughafentransfer mit US$ 38 kann ohne Aufwand für die Hälfte organisieren.
Fazit: tolles Hotel, das nach hinten ein schöneres Umfeld (in der Regel Bars, SPA etc.) verdient hätte
Bestes Hotel von Vietnam. Sehr freundlich und herzliches Personal, gigantisches gutes Frühstück wie 6*hotel. Man ist sofort bekannt. Sehr günstige Preise, hervorragende und günstige Cocktails, 2x Reinigung Zimmer, kostenloser Shuttlebus nach Hue. Sauberer Strand, gepflegte Anlage. Jeder spricht englisch. Safe im Zimmer. Riesiges gutes Bett riesiger eigener Pool.

5.0 "Good stay at Ana Mandara "
Great stay. Good welcome with a complimentary drink. Reception area lovely as was the terrace. Staff in reception were very helpful ( one lovely lady even went to the train station to buy our train tickets for us in her own time!) Staff in restaurant need to improve their English as there were a few communication problems. Breakfast was ok but cocktails in the pool bar were excellent. The pool itself was great although new towels are needed as they are a bit stained. The beach in front of the hotel was clean but further along it is very dirty and I even found a hyperdermic needle on the sand. Not a lot near the hotel but there is s complimentary bus that takes you into Hue. The room was nice with a good sized bathroom with bath and shower. The only issue was that the sheets felt slightly damp on the first night. We had massages which were good and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Excellent stay at Ana Manadara with fabulous service, very nice garden with pool next to the beach. Deluxe room was very confortable especially with double connected room for family.
The restaurant is very tasty at all meal.
The shuttle to downtown is convenient.
The spa is great with high quality massage.
We warmly recommand this hotel. We'll definitly come back again...

it was great at first impression - greeting, room size and location, however the bathroom facility was not so fancy, as well as the dinner experience we had - waiting almost an hour.
maybe it's because of TET period only.

Super resort met prachtig zwembad, mooi strand en prima faciliteiten. Grootste verbeterpunt zit echt in het personeel. Ik zou eens goed in hun Engels investeren want communicatie loopt moeizaam, laat staan dat je een leuk gesprek met ze kan voeren.

Superbes chambres pour le prix et la plage est très belle. Un bémol cependant sur la qualité de la nourriture qui est très décevante. Le service est agréable sans plus, sans doute en raison d'un niveau d'anglais globalement insuffisant. Rien à faire à proximité immédiate mais navette gratuite pour hué.

Vi har boet på hotellet for 5 år siden, og nød at være tilbage. Det er tydligt at der er nye ejere, lidt til den negative side. Det smukke hotel har fået rædselsfulde lyskilte, man trykker voldsomt på mersalg af ture og andet. Der er en nervositet (mangel på afslapning) overfor gæsterne.
Vi følte os mere afslappet her, sidste gang. Hotellet er super, værelser, senge, bad og rengøring ligeså - fingerspidsfornemmelsen er dog borte.
Nice resort right in front of the sea front, staffs are very nice & helpful, tasty food!

Really beautiful hotel with a large room and a comfortable bed. There is a spacious balcony with a couch for lounging. Air conditioning and refrigerator worked very efficiently. The property is well kept and has a really nice beach. I spent 6 very relaxing nights at this hotel. The WIFi worked well and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free bikes were very nice to use for trips into town or to the beach bar. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. We had lunch once and dinner once and it was just ok. Brilliant happy hour specials. The beer was not very cold but a bucket of ice was available on request. I would definitely stay here again.
Good for relaxing, it’s nearby seafood beach eateries. Shuttle service to town provided.

Geweldig hotel. Mooi zwembad, veel ruimte, voldoende ligstoelen.Kamer ruim en mooi ingericht. Aparte douche en bad. We ver van Hue, maar gratis schuttlebus aanwezig.
Zeer uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt
Mooi hotel. Direct aan zee. Ver van Hue, maar wel gratis shuttle bus.
Hotel is prachtig, maar in de directe omgeving is weinig.

Personnel très accueillant, joli cadre.Notre famille a passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel que mon fils et son épouse ont célébré leur mariage. Nous en avons ensuite profité pour quelques jours de vacances en plus. De là vous avez une navette gratuite pour Hué 6 fois par jour aller/retour. Sinon en taxi c’est bien aussi et pas très onéreux. Le spa est top. Un service laverie également. Bref, allez y sans crainte. Je vous le recommande
5.0 "Nice Hotel near the Beach, and some Seafood joints"
We had arranged for a hotel airport transfer and a car and hotel staff were waiting for us, and take us to the Hotel. The Check-in was efficient. The Hotel is a very nice restful location. There are a couple of seafood restaurants along the beach very close by. We used the hotel's complimentary bicycles to get around the island - that was convenient.
The staff assisted us to organize our tours - they were very helpful.
