Excellent place to stay! Very well located, near the city of lights (5 minute walk). Staff very friendly and amazing breakfast!

The service was impeccable and staff so friendly, really felt like they cared about you as a guest and that you have a really enjoyable vacation. Sounds like a cliche but the staff always greeted us as we entered and left the hotel. Breakfast was a good mix of Asian and western cuisines.

The hotel is by the side of a canal which is steps away from the old town. It is a quiet hotel and there are no hordes of tourist groups staying in this place - so it is a perfect haven coming back to the hotel after the crowds in Hoi An old town.

숙소 위치가 좋아서 호이안 주요 관광지를 도보로 이용할 수 있었습니다.
아이들이 3명이라 커넥팅 룸으로 준비해주셨고, 씨클로를 이용하고 싶다고 하니까
직접 숙소까지 예약해 주셨습니다.
조식도 나름 먹을만했으며 직원들도 친절했습니다.
가격대비 괜찮아요.

Lovely staff, great location and delicious breakfast 👍
Every morning we would come down to breakfast and would be greeted by staff who always remembered out named and those of our kids. They were great with local advice. The hotel itself has a great outlook over the river and towards old Hoi An. Highly recommended

Love Hotel deco , from the furniture to the water tap. Short walk to river hot.spot area with nice river view. Was a waste did not have time to.enjoy the beautiful indoor pool.

We have just spent 13 nights in a Super Deluxe Double Room w Balcony River View, on our second trip to Vietnam. We absolutely loved our stay & highly recommend it.
Sally, tourist service manager, was fantastic in advising & making bookings; reception & restaurant staff, especially Yumi were very helpful in answering questions & confirming arrangements.
All the staff were exceptionally attentive, cheerful & greeted us by name. On reception, Amy took the cake as a cheeky funny girl; also Hanie, Lia and others whose names I’m sorry we don’t remember. In the restaurant at breakfast time, Yumi provided information about the food served and how to eat it; Mary, Jessica, Lisa and other staff were just beautiful in their service and remembering our names.
The full breakfast was superb, every day & varied... oh if you're not happy with that, chef available to do your eggs as you like them... or a Pho...
We also ate at & highly recommend the Lantana restaurant for tasty, Hoi An Specialties, including white rose dumplings & salads.
Happy Hour 4pm 7pm;
Cooking Class with Lantana: Chef Kevin took us to a market garden village; then to the market; then cooking 5 different dishes, hands on & fun; the end results all delicious which we had to eat!!! Thankyou Chef Kevin. Great tour & cooking class with you !!!
Lantana Spa: We each also had two foot & lower leg massages in the Hotel & I also had my very first pedicure and manicure w nail job! (Thanks Emma & other girls). Xx

4.0 "A brilliant position to enjoy an amazing place!"
The hotel is situated in a brilliant position for the night markets and exploring the town. It has an excellent shuttle bus service to a beautiful beach where you can swim, relax and drink coconuts. The staff are friendly and caring towards their guests. The food at breakfast with satisfactory with many options. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable with air-conditioning. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Great small hotel in old town Hoi An. Rooms are large and comfortable. Book the rooms with balcony and view to the river. Staff is super nice. Highly recommended.

Very impressed service I experienced from Lantana hotel at Hoi An. Experienced all different sorts of exceptional courtesy.
Jenny was very patient to suggest and to organize our day trip in specific to my varying situation.
Anna had exceptional observation to notice my son little wound when he walked slowly and gave him a bandAid at breakfast.
Leo made great Irish Coffee which enlighten me.
Of course all these won't happen without under good lead and coach by Sally who runs a team work with passion and obsessed.
L'hôtel est très proche du quartier historique tout en étant très calme.
Notre chambre était vaste et confortable. Le personnel est à la fois chaleureux et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique. Nous le recommandons vivement.

The hotel itself is very beatutiful and exotic.
The staffs were soooo nice, kind and tried to do their best to care for guests.
It was sooo impressive how they treated to their guests.
Staff were very helpful and provided excellent local information and provided top quality service. All staff went out of their way to help. Big thanks to Rosie, Laura, Sarah and Emma. We had a wonderful time and wished we had spent more time at this lovely boutique hotel.
5.0 "Beautiful hotel but too many tourists in the area!"
From the time we arrived the staff were super friendly and helpful! Rooms with a balcony are large with beautiful decor.. the photos on the site don’t do the hotel justice.. there is a pool which is so welcoming after walking around after a hot day.. they offer you towels too. They also have a shuttle bus that drops you off at the beach.. the beach is okay but I’ve seen better in Vietnam.
The hotel is situated just a 5 min walk into the main town... and the hotel offer bicycles to ride around which i recommend to use in the day as it’s really hot and you get around a lot quicker and easier on the bike..
The hotel offers food but very small portions for your money so I suggest eat out.. they also offer you a range of tours to do and I recommend the company Heavens on a Bike tour.
Now what I was not told about Hoi An and the real shock was by 4.30pm droves and droves of Chinese and Korean tourists rock up on their tour busses and the town is packed!! Honestly unbelievable seeing all these busses lined up! These tourists push you and throw their rubbish all over the floor making it a very unpleasant experience and take away the beauty of Hoi An... my husband and I found That going out in the evening was a chore and preferred to go out in the day to avoid these tourists which is unfortunate as the lanterns are all lit up in the evening! Do not pay to light a candle to float on the river - you are contributing to the endless candles that have sunk to the floor bed!
