The staff is so incredibly nice and accommodating. The free breakfast is also lovely with fresh squeezed juices, made-to-order omelettes and more.

Great locatiom. Start of the ancient town walk. A small minimart nearby. Quirt yet comvenient. Friendly and warmth service. The staff even came out in force to bid us goodbye on our last day.

Very cute place. The staff is extremely friendly and they make you feel special, the servers even call you by your name.
Hotel bien placé.
Nous avions une chambre donnant sur l'arrière aussi la vue sur des habitations avec aboiements de chiens la nuit et chant du coq le matin.
Petit déjeuner correct.

All the staffs are smiling and willing to help you.
Even I lost my cellphone on the taxi to airport, Sally help a lot to contact with the driver and send it to my hotel in Hanoi. Spa, swimming pool with warm water, breakfast, and room are all excellent to me. I would say that Lantana should be first choice for your stay in Hoian, recommend to everyone.

직원분들은 매우 친절했습니다. 조식도 만족스러웠으며 야시장과 근접하여 위치도 좋았습니다. 다만, 헬스장 및 수영장 시설이 충격적일 정도로 관리가 미흡했고 주변 주택가에 개들이 많고 하루종일 짖어대어 숙면을 취할수가 없었습니다.

오래된 시설이라 그런지 화장실에서 바퀴벌레가 나왔습니다.
방도 생각보다 좀 좁고,, 그런것만 빼면 좋은 편이었어요.

This hotel is perfectly situated to explore the old quarters of Hoi An. It is on the river and we were able to watch the new year”s fireworks from our balcony. The hotel staff was very helpful and upgraded us so that we would overlook the river. The included breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of Vietnamese and Western foods. The pool is the only drawback. It is in the basement of the hotel and although outside, there is no sunlight that gets in. The towels were stained and so gave the appearance the pool area was not that clean. The rest of the hotel was clean however. The hotel also had bikes for rent (very reasonably priced) and free shuttles to their private beach.
시설에 비해서 가격이 매우 높은것 같음. 그리고 주위네 야시장이 가까워인지 늦은시간까지 길거리에서 들려오는 소음이 잠자리를 불편하게 함. 하지만 직원들의 친절한 태도는 감동적이었음.

We chose the hotel after reading the positive reviews. The hotel lives up to its great ratings as staff are friendly and helpful.
The most amazing and enjoyable part of the hotel is the breakfast. It caters to all tastes and is fresh and wholesome throughout but the extensive variety of Vietnamese dishes is phenomenal are all are simply exquisite.
We took a riverside room which was a great choice. Rooms are standard size and offer a good range of extras. Bikes are also available for a very nominal hire rate $1 per day. Great option.
The hotel is only a short walk/bike ride (1 minute) to the entrance to the Old Town and is ideal for frequent access. The only problem is the number of tour buses that park on the road outside each evening and their diesel fumes do rise to balcony level.
We had used the return hotel pick up service from Da Nang airport which was flawless and convenient
We had the feeling we got the best value in Hoi An having got a sense what else was around.
An amazing place with great location and the most wonderful staff.

Location is very good as it is only a 5 minute walk to the Ancient Town.
The staff are also very helpful and friendly.
We found the room to be too small for 3 of us and the mattress for the extra bed was very hard. The breakfast was quite poor for a 4-star hotel with not much variety and poor quality. The spa smelt musty and the pool very small indeed.

We stayed here for 4 nights in December and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lantana Boutique Hotel. Our room on the 4th floor had a balcony overlooking the Thu bon river, the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the TV had a good selection of channels (HBO/ Fox movies).
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious (the head chef runs cooking classes within the hotel) and the staff were always on hand if we needed anything.
We took advantage of the bicycle hire and spent one day exploring the surrounding countryside- this is something you must do, it was the highlight of our stay in Hoi An.
The old town is a short walk away and there's no shortage of bars and restaurants. It can get very lively, but quietens down around 9pm.
The pool was lovely and warm and it was a nice place to relax in the shade with a beer after our day on the bikes. The hotel has a happy hour from 4-7 with a buy one get one free offer.
Every single member of staff were amazing - they called us by our names and from the minute we arrived, they made us feel at home.
Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so memorable, if we ever return to Hoi An, we will definitely stay with you again.
The hotel staff were exceptional: professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet must have had at least 30 dishes to choose from. The property itself is spacious and attractive and its location is great. I had an excellent foot massage too.

Place was decent, fairly close to ancient town with pretty good amenities nearby (24 hour convenience store and a very efficient laundry service next door). Bed was MASSIVE. and the room space was enough for my family of 2 adults and 2 children.
Staff were friendly and helpful; language barrier was mild but on the whole, messages could be sent.
Breakfast was reasonable. They had some changes everyday so that made sure guests don't get bored of the good.
One strange mixup was they thought my booking was from Agoda; that confused me but to be fair, the terms were the same (payment made, correct room type etc) so i let it go.
Also, the tv reception wasn't that great (some frozen scenes) but hey, I didn't travel to watch tv.
비가 많이 오는날에 이틀 있었어요. 늦은 밤 체크인부터 밖에 나갈때, 체크아웃까지 엄청엄청 친절한 직원분들의 도움을 받았구요. 아침도 매우 만족스러워요. 10-12월은 우기라 비가 많이 오니까 꼭 큰 우산을 챙기시고 없으면 호텔 우산을 사용하세요. 시설이 다른 높은 등급의 호텔만큼 좋은 것은 당연히 아니지만 가격대비 나쁘지 않고 직원분들의 친절함으로 엄청 기분이 좋아지는 호텔입니다!

I would usually not bother to write reviews but I was very impressed with the hotel! It was clean and really pretty on the inside. The hotel was walking distance to old quarters and really convenient to exploring hoi an.
The service was top notch! The lovely staff presented me with a cake on the day of us checking out as it was my birthday. It was a Super sweet gesture and it made me feel really special.

Rummet mindre än uppgiven yta. Rätt lyhört, främst från korridoren då dörren helt saknar isolering. Personalen var väldigt trevliga och tillmötesgående. Hotells SPA erbjöd oss fri fotmassage, den var mycket bra. Något bristfälliga kunskaper i engelska. Frukosten var mycket enkel.
Bilderna med utsikten över floden måste vara bearbetade med Photoshop. Den blå floden var en kanal med brunt vatten. Ingenstans stod att Hoi An invaderas varje dag fr ca 1030 till 2100 av 60-100 turistbussar som parkerar längs kanalen. Horder av kinesiska eller andra asiatiska turister går i stora grupper längs alla gator ledda av en tour conductor. Ingen känsla av "världsarvs" stad.
