The hotel is in a great location near the old quarter,our room had a balcony with good views of the river.Wifi is good in the hotel,who also provide a transfer to the lovely beach about 15 mins away(or its about £3 in a cab).The best part of the Lantana though is its staff.Everyone is so friendly and helpful but special shout out to Amy and Jenny who are absolutely amazing.We really loved our stay here and would definetely return if were fortunate to return to Hoi An
This is a nice boutique hotel. just 10 mins walk to ancient town, super convenient. The rooms are very big, and to welcome you to the room, they even fold the towels into animal shapes and put on the beds. Nice gesture. The service from all staff are super good and we really enjoyed our stay there, though it was only for a night. The morning breakfast spread though is quite limited since the hotel is very small. If the hotel could consider providing free transportation pick up from Danang airport, it will be even better.
Overall is excellent. Few mins walk to night market and less than 10 mins to old town. Helpful staffs. They offered us to take shower after our My Son trip even we had checked out. Noisy at night from the neighborhood.

The staff there were exceptional, every single one of them made you feel at home and wanted to help and it was a genuine want to help not because they had too. The hotel was well located, close to just about everything and easy walking distance to the Night Market, eateries, main market and the old city

Service was top-notch and it is perhaps the hotel's best asset. We felt as if we were treated like valued guests by the excellent staff.
Our deluxe room was fairly spacious, comfy and tastefully furnished. The breakfast buffet was varied with a mix of Western and Asian treats. The hotel is located on the fringes of the old town which is a leisurely 15-minute walk away.

The location is excellent being situated on the river just a short walk to all the sights in the old town. The facilities are good; decent pool, gym and spa area and excellent quality and variety of food served at breakfast. What really sets it apart however is the charming atmosphere of the hotel and the staff who clearly strive to deliver the highest levels of service

Location of this property was excellent. Even though is not beach-front, the shuttle to the beach is very convenient. I would have a shuttle run earlier in the morning.

Wonderful hotel, and the staff were so lovely. Nice to be greeted by name every time I walked through the lobby! Two slight technical issues -- had trouble with the key card access to my room and getting the in-room safe to open a couple of times. Maintenance was there within a minute, however, to help resolve issues. Wonderful view from balcony as well as front porch, and just steps from the fray of old town shopping and restaurants. Very safe.
Every staff member that we encountered was a model of graciousness, going out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. The location was convenient to Ancient Town. The private beach, though a shuttle away, was beautiful.

Hotel staff is friendly and attentive. Room is spacious and generally clean. Not tip top clean.. At least the bedsheets are new. The location is near the night market.. Very convenient.. There is also a Korean supermart just next door..

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado para conocer Hoi An, tiene piscina y las condiciones del hotel son buenas. El staff es muy servicial y siempre atentos a las necesidades del cliente. El único pero fue el tamaño de la habitación, ya que pedimos una cama adicional y realmente la habitación se quedó muy chica. Pero fuera de esto, el hotel es totalmente recomendable.

3.0 "Avoid until hotel renovations are complete! "
This hotel was undergoing internal renovations during our stay. From 8am until 4 or 5pm, the noise of electrical tools pierced your ears no matter where you were in the hotel. The room next to ours was one of the ones being renovated so in addition to the unnerving noise, we had construction dust penetrating our bedroom. The hotel staff were gracious and most helpful. The breakfast was ncluded in room rate and had a variety of foods including an omellet station. We also had dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service very good. I wish hotel had notice of construction work when we made reservations and paid for our stay through a hotels.com (Expedia). Why would you subject guests to so much discomfort ? Hotel owners should close hotel for a week and ensure that all guests have an opportunity to enjoy their services. Instead we feel cheated out of our holiday.
