저희가 새벽비행기로 도착을해서 새벽 3시쯤에 체크인을 했는데 새벽임에도 불구하고 정말 친절하게 안내해 주셨고, 첫날부터 마지막날까지 언제나 친절한 인사와 짧게 주고받는 몇마디를 통해 짧은시간동안 정이 많이들었습니다. 호텔 위치가 관광하기에 좋은 위치에 있어서 관광루트를 짜는데에 있어서 정말 편리했었고, 주변에 유명한 맛집들도 많이있어서 편하게 돌아다녔습니다. 룸시설도 매우 만족스러웠고 무엇보다도 무척 청결했습니다. 정말 마음에 들었습니다.

Lovely check in with a drink and fresh fruit. Room very clean and comfortable, lovely bed. Our room was small, lots of rooms are small in Hanoi so check the size when you book.
The breakfast was outstanding, lovely food, great choice.
The staff at this hotel are exceptional, we had a problem and they tried so hard to do everything they could to help us, they went way beyond any usual expectations.

호안끼엠 호수랑도 가까워서 거의 모든 관광지를 걸어다녔고, 리셉션이 정말 매우매우 친절해서 레스토랑 예약부터 많은것을 도와줬고 영어가 잘통해서 좋았다 다음에 하노이에 간다면 또 머무를것이다 골목길에 있어서 오토바이 소음도 잘 안들리고 침구류도 편하고 무엇보다 사람들이 너무너무너무 친절하다^^♥

Hotel is located in an excellent location, the classier side of the old-quarter, close to the lake and where you want to be. The staff are the real jewel in the crown here. The girls on the front desk are the stars but really any of the staff here are five star, professional, friendly and attentive.

This hotel was in an excellent location in the Old Quarter, very reasonable prices, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, and comfy beds---but the very best thing about it was the incredible staff! The front desk, concierges and waiters were all very charming, helpful, and efficient, and they bent over backwards to give us helpful tips, get us taxis, and immediately answer questions and take care of our every need. Could not have been better!!!

다만 정말 픽업서비스는 최악입니다 픽업서비스 가격이 480000vnd입니다만 그랩보다도 못 합니다
다낭간다고 말했것만 국제선으로 픽업 해주길래 국내선 가야한다고 했더니 제가 인터네셔널로 간다고 했다네요 ㅡㅡ 국내선까지 가는데 따로 요금이 더 드는것도 아닌데 더럽게 투덜대며 데려다 줬습니다 ㅡㅡ 이게 얼마짜린데 이딴 서비스를 받아야하는지..
오는동안 왜 영어 못 하냐 대학교 안나왔냐 지랄을 하더니 병신인 줄 알고 걍 국제선에서 내리게 하려고 한 듯 합니다 좋은 호텔이였지만 비싸기만하고 더럽게 불쾌한 픽업 서비스였습니다
호안끼엠 호수에서 가깝고, 주변에 맛집들이 많아서 좋았습니다.
호텔직원분들도 매우 친절하고, 조식도 맛있었습니다.

Very good breakfast buffet. Great location. nice staff and hotel. In the reception they gave extrem low exchange rate for US Dollar. 100 US Dollar to 1 500 000 Dong. It feels like to be cheated.

아늑한 호텔이었습니다.
직원들이 매우 친절하고 따뜻하게 대해 주었습니다.
투숙기간중에 생일을 맞이했는데, 직원들이 케이크를 준비해서 깜짝파티를 열어주었습니다.
큰 감동을 받았고, 좋은 추억이 되었습니다.
위치도 주변에 관광지와 맛집 들과 가까워서 여행하기 편리 했고, 큰 길가에서 약간 벗어나 있어서 밤에도 조용하게 쉴수 있는것이 장점이었습니다.

We ended up here last minute because the hotel we booked didn't have a room for us when we arrived. We felt super lucky that we found this place after everything we went through. The service was amazing! Everyone was kind and genuine. They always greeted us and made friendly conversation. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do on our trip. We also booked some great activities through the hotel. We had an amazing time. We hope you will consider staying there!
I thought that the best thing about this hotel was the staff. The service was outstanding the bellmen, food service staff, room service and reception and tours all contributed in a positive way. I will gladly book here again.

Great location walking distance from lake, but down a side alley so limited noise. Service was great - everyone was super friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Good size room and nice balcony. Breakfast was a western spread with some Vietnamese items made to order. Overall recommend!

Fue muy buena al llegar y ser recibido por un recepcionista llamado Justin en todo momento muy amable, la pesadilla comenzo al dia siguiente que cancele un tour que ellos me habian ofrecido por el cual ni habia firmado ningun contrato ni había dado ningún depósito, ni tenía ningun documento firmado que avalara el mismo, el que se presento como Gerente del hotel me mantuvo encerrado en una oficina durante 2:30 hrs intentanco sacarme dinero por la cancelación pidiendome tenía que darle el total del monto 400 dls, o en su defecto llamaría a la policia y a la embajada de Vietnam, intentando averiguar cuanto dinero tenia en efectivo y cuánto en mis tarjetas, al no ceder a su amenaza poaterior a dos horas y media donde fue grosero e intimidante, me obligo a escribir una carta donde yo me rehusaba a pagar el costo del tour porque no tenia dinero, como el no tenia ningún contrato firmado por mi ni depósito alguno pues realicé la carta con mi puño y letra, de verdad tengan mucho cuidado al solicitar algún servicio de tour en este hotel , fueron las dos horas y media mas molestas de mi vida !!!!!!!!

Lovely small hotel with great staff. They were a tiny bit pushy about doing tours, but "no thank you" will take care of it. Also small issue with the bill at the end but quickly rectified, just make sure to look at your bill closely.
Otherwise all super amazing. Couldn't do enough for us. They were really friendly and attentive.
We had the superior double room and while it claims to have a queen bed, it was actually probably closer to a California king. This bed was huge! The shape of the room did make it a bit cramped between the wall and the bed when trying to get across the room so word of caution for those who can't shimmy along a tight space.
Breakfasts were fantastic. Some of the best noodles I had in Hanoi. Also the pancakes are amazing!
We had already stayed at this hotel for four nights during our trip. Following a tour with them we returned. We were given a room upgrade, only the next morning to be told that we had to move back to the standard room because they’d taken a last minute booking. I’d expreasly asked if we had the room for the two nights and they said yes. Very disappointing.

비행시간이 새벽이라 빨리 체크아웃해서 짐 맡겨놓았었는데, 하루 일정 돌아다닌 후 캐리어 찾으러 갔을 때도 잠시 쉴수 있는 장소도 마련해주고 샤워할 수도 있어 좋았습니다

Great location and very friendly staff who made you feel very welcome. Jasmine was so accommodating when our plans got changed and she helped us rearrange our trip and turned around a stressful situation and gave us peace of mind . We liked the fact the hotel was small and intimate . Very central and clean hotel.
This was a marvelous hotel with an exceptional/friendly staff. They helped us with everything we wanted to do in Hanoi. Everything from sightseeing to shopping to getting the right cold medicine. We were greeted every morning with a "good morning"...a great way to start the day. The hotel location was perfect and although down a small ally that bustled with activity throughout the day, it was extremely quite at night. The best service I've ever had from a hotel staff.
Lovely hotel with great suite and very friendly and accommodating staff!

Our experience with the hotel, the location, and the staff was first class from start to finish. The staff made us feel very special and we're always extremely helpful and welcoming.
Please overlook that the rooms were a bit on the small side, as everything about the hotel and their staff more than made up for this.
The majority of the staff had very good English which made it easy for us to communicate with them.
The staff were not only interested in our holiday, but also of our home.
Would recommend the hotel to everyone, and would definitely stay here again.
I even shared a box of chocolates from home with the staff.
Many thanks to all for helping make our holiday in Vietnam one to remember.
The staff especially Jasmine, Isbella and Justin went over and upabove in customer service to accommodate the whole family who were sick.
Jasmine rebooked our tours, accommodation and ensured that all areas of our holiday went smoothly.

This hotel is what you expect from a boutique hotel ,the position in Hanoiwas good , right in the centre of the old quarter. The breakfast was more than adequate for all guests, with a variety of cuisines. The staff are what makes this hotel so good, that ALL went out of their way to make sure our stay was a good experience, from the welcoming drink and introduction to what the hotel and Hanoi had to offer. If we could give them 6 Stars we would. Thank you Justin , Isobella , Jasmine and Tracey and all of the other staff
- Great location in the Old Quarter on an alley-way with bustling local market stalls to really jolt you into Hanoi life
- Staff were very friendly and accommodating, Jasmine and Justin were especially helpful and gave us lots recommendations on places to visit in Old Quarter
- Breakfast was delicious with continental options if you need a change from pho
- Hotel organised a competitive taxi transfer to/from the airport and Halong Bay cruise for us which we loved

Small hotel in quiet lane in old part of the city. We stayed there several nights with a couple of overnight trips away which was the reason for occupying different rooms. All had very comfortable beds. The breakfasts were good. The staff were at all times informative, courteous and good humoured and couldn't do enough for us. It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel and we are indebted to all the staff for making our stay in Hanoi so pleasurable. Nothing was too much effort for them including keeping our luggage when we went on our trips. We would recommend it to anybody who would like to stay in the old part of the city and is looking for a family hotel atmosphere.
