Great location as it's a little way out of the busiest area but still super close to everything. The staff were so helpful and friendly - by far the most friendly we've experienced whilst being in Vietnam. They helped us sort travel and call the companies for us. The made to order breakfasts were lovely too. The hotel itself is very cute and the rooms were well laid out to maximize space. Cannot fault anything, highly, highly recommend!

친구와 2일 동안 호텔에서 지냈어요~~예약하자마자 호텔매니져 자스민에게 확인 메신져가 왔고 너무나 친절하게 도움을 주셨어요 픽업서비스부터 추가로 필요한것들~~새벽3시쯤 도착했는데 너무 친절하게 직원분들이 맞이해주셨고 룸컨디션도 굿 2일 동안 즐겁게 보냈어요 음식도 맛집이에요~~~~유심을 안해서 그랩 못 부르는데 택시까지 불러주시구 마지막날 체크아웃하구 가방두 맡기구 놀다가 샤워도 할수있게 새로운 룸도 주셨어요 즐겁게 놀다가요 담에 하노이 오면 또 이용할께요
Stayed for 5 nights here. From check-in to check-out, I can say that I got 5-star service from all of the hotel staff. It probably might be one of the best options for the price/ location in Hanoi. They gave me a lot of help such as printing documents, changing laptop(the 1st laptop in my room was not able to open ms word file. Kindly, front desk staff let me use his own laptop immediately.), providing information about attractions nearby, etc.
Plus, I had a small unpleasant experience in my room last night. However, they offered me alternatives right away and even the hotel manager apologized in-person sincerely. It could be better if it wouldn't have happened. But I don't want to complain, cuz I can see that they did their best all the time. I would like to say thank Tracy, Isabella and other staffs there for making such a great memory in Hanoi.

The staff was fantastic. The hotel and room were overall very good and clean but the staff made it shine.

I had a lovely 2 night stay at La Storia Ruby hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. During check in they brought me a nice fruit plate and welcome drink, and gave me all sorts of suggestions to do around Hanoi. They helped me bring my luggage to and from my room on check in and check out. The room was perfect! Clean and very quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I'm back in Hanoi, this is where I'll stay!
가성비 최고. 직원친절 최고.작지만 단촐한 여행을 위해서는 최고라 할수있다.단 위치는 큰길에서 조금 들어감.식단이 간소하지만 맛은 깔끔.

Room very spacious with safe kettle, mini bar. Hairdryer also supplied.
Bed comfortable.
Stayed in a Queen deluxe with Balcony.

새벽 3시경에 호텔에 체크인 했는데 룸으로 웰컴 드링크와 과일을 가져다 주시고 직원분들 모두 항상 웃는 얼굴로 맞이해주시는데 정말 서비스 감동받았습니다. 룸 컨디션 좋고 깔끔하고 에어컨도 잘 나와요.
그리고 체크아웃 후에 시내 구경 후 드랍서비스를 예약하여 다시 숙소로 갔는데 혹시 샤워시설 이용하겠냐는 말이 얼마나 반갑던지 ㅠㅠ 심지어 비용도 free였어요 ^^ 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 너무 마음에 들었던 숙소입니다. 다시 하노이에 여행갈때 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶어요.
그리고 조식 맛있습니당 !!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the old
Quarter of the city. The Lake, puppet theatre and a lot of restaurants at walkable distance. Big Room, very clean. Breakfast included (not much variaety though) I defiently recommend this hotel in Hanoi.

객실안에서 창문열고 담배하나 폈는데 벌금 10만원요구함. 사전 안내없었음. 왜 10만원이냐고 물어보니 매니저랑 통화하고 다시 5만원만 내라고 함. 삥 뜯는 기분임
방음 전혀 안됨. 옆객실 신음소리 다 들림

주변 관광지와 맛집, 마사지 샵의 접근성이 훌륭하여 위치가 매우 좋았습니다. (호텔 30미터 이내에 미도스파, 스파스하노이가 있고 도보 5분 정도 거리에 대성당이 있습니다. 호안끼엠 호수도 도보 6~7분 거리에 있습니다.)
아침 조식 메뉴는 샐러드, 빵, 쥬스와 우유 등이 부페식으로 제공되고 쌀국수와 오믈렛이 즉석에서 조리되어 제공되는 등 호텔 규모 대비 나쁘지 않았습니다. 식당 테이블은 4인 테이블 6개 정도로 운영되고 있습니다.
직원들은 언제나 미소로 고객을 대하고 친절하며 영어도 능숙하여 의사소통에 지장이 없습니다.
다만 호텔이 비교적 오래되어 시설은 큰 기대를 하지 않으셔야 합니다. 호텔 객실은 20실 내외로 운영되고 있으며 엘리베이터도 좁습니다. 로비도 조그마한데 가격 대비 직원 서비스 만족도가 높아 종합적으로는 5점 만점에 4점 정도 주겠습니다.

The staff were very helpful and interested and spoke English well. Breakfasts were good with plenty of choice. Our room was large and well equipped with extras e.g. Iron and board, weighing scales, magnifying mirror, alarm clock and a laptop for our use. Free wifi. Dressing gowns and slippers. Plenty of storage and seating. Very comfortable bed.

Excellent service. We got to Hanoi very early in the morning and were very tired, but we were so warmly welcomed and got to hang out in the lobby, got offered drinks/coffee and even got to check in at around 11.15 which was very sweet. The staff is very attentive to your needs, genuinely friendly and interested in our needs and wellbeing. They took care of everything we needed and when we were leaving they informed us that the traffic could be bad because of Trump/Kim Jong meeting and made sure that we would be in time for our flight.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great location, close to many sights, the beautiful lake, the church etc. And still on a quiet street and also because of the terrific service we got from the staff here :)

외출 여러번왔다갔다했는데도 웃으면서 맞이해주시고,
마지막날 새벽비행기여서 짐맡길데가없었는데 짐보관서비스도 해주시고 샤워도 하고갈수있게끔 해주셨습니다. 다만 하노이 날씨가 너무 습하다보니 자는데 침구가 많이 찐득찐득했습니다.

Good value, close to St Joseph Cathedral, and restaurants, 10 min walk to Hoan Kiem lake and other areas around Old quarter. Hotel can arrange airport pickup for $20. Will stay again.

편안하고 위치는 좋았습니다.단지 시장골목에 위치하여 택시기사가 찾아기기 어려운 단점.
침대가 오래됀건지 꺼져있는 느낌. 시내전망 뷰는 ? 조식은 이가격대에 다른 호텔과 비슷한 수준. 별도로 주문한 쌀국수는 훌륭했어요. 위치는 소문난 분짜**맞은편 골목에 워치하여 성당및 유명먹거리 집들이 주변에 많이있어 편했습니다.
서비스는 하노이 어느 호텔에가도 다 친절합니다.

Mom and I got an upgraded room for 2 nights, the breakfast was tasty, hotel room was quiet, clean and spacious, the location was convenient i.e. walking distance to the lake and night market.
What differentiated this hotel from another 4-star hotel that we moved to on the following night was the warmth, knowledge and friendliness of the staffs in La Storia Ruby Hotel, which was lacking in that hotel.
Mom and I would like to thank Jasmine and her colleagues for their great services. Keep up the good work and I will not hesitate to choose this hotel again and again.
The staff at this hotel are so friendly and helpful, and when you return back from a trip you are greeted with genune warm. The hotel is in a perfect location in the old quarter, the roons are spotless and well appointed and i can't think of a better place to stat when you visit Hanoi.
