The front desk staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They called our cruise company and arranged transport and even worked with us when our room wasn't just right. The lakefront suite closest to the lake was too small but Trang at the front desk moved us on our second night to the larger suite that is actually in the advertised photos. The lake view is obstructed by trees and the balcony is a bit small. I would recommend getting a regular room with exterior windows as they are quite spacious and nice and save a little money. Beautiful hotel!
We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our time at such a beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing and the location was second to none. Highly recommended.

Perfect location next to Hoan Kiem Lake, situated between the old quarter and the French quarter. The staff could not have been more accommodating with suggestions and service. The hotel itself is brand new and beautifully appointed with furnishings. Highly recommend!!

It's a beautiful boutique hotel, appears newly renovated and very clean room. It's conveniently located with most attractions and restaurants in walking distance.
The staff is amazing, very friendly and eager to serve. I found them very polite, always smiling and service oriented.
The breakfast spread was amazing and everything we tried was delicious.
Since the hotel is in the old quarter, as expected the room was not cozy in size, but not too small.

Great restaurant for breakfast & dinner. Lovely staff, well-appointed chic rooms with very comfortable bed. Attractively furnished hotel. Good location.
Shower would benefit from a thermostat & bathroom lighting could be improved for makeup & shaving.

The location of this hotel is great , which surrounded by many food stalls and retailers along the streets, the foods served in the hotel are tasty and prices reasonable, the staff are most attentive and willing to help whenever you asked for assistance, we were stayed there fort 3 nights which occupied two rooms , will definitely recommend this Hotel to friends for stay in hanoi.

Thankful to the Hotel for the birthday surprise for my wife.
We are very pleased to have the option to choose between buffet and a la carte menu for breakfast.
One minor drawback in our room was that the blind was not able to block the light from outside when the sun starts to rise, making our sleep less comfortable.
I travel a lot with work around the world, this was May first time in Vietnam, but this hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
From the moment you get there to the moment you leave the staff are so helpful and friendly they can’t do enough for you. They make you feel like you are at one of the world famous 5 star hotels.
Being on business and knowing I was not spending much time in the hotel I booked a room without a view, which was again first class from the bed and bedding to the towels and fantastic shower,
Breakfast is taken on the top floor overlooking the lake with a full fantastic breakfast menu.
Location also gets top marks located at the top end of the lake most of Hanoi is in easy walking distance and on the main your bus route.
Thank you for a great couple of nights, if I am ever back I will head straight here
So amazing hotel.
All staffs are so kind and friendly.
Room was little bit cold and small, but so much comfortable and all service was so perfect.
Specially, the spa and massage was really amazing and for that I want to visit here again.

We stayed at the La Sinfonia several different nights over our two week trip in northern Vietnam. Every time we came back to Hanoi we were greeted by the super friendly and helpful staff of the hotel. They really went above and beyond our expectations especially when we had to change our plans. Can't wait to stay here again!

Fantastic! Awesome room with luxury amenities and phenomenal breakfast! Really cool rooftop bar overlooking the lake, but the drinks a bit on the pricey side (London prices). Would love to stay there again!

Staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, restaurant and spa were both very good and good value. The rooms were clean with good amenities. We were offered a place to shower before leaving for our night train in the evening. Would definitely recommend staying here.
