Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and gym excellent. Bed and linens were v. comfortable. Great bathtub.
Sehr schönes und recht neues Hotel. Das höchste in der Stadt aber etwas weit vom Zentrum gelegen. Wir haben immer ein Taxi genommen. Das Hotelteam ist super bemüht und hilfsbereit. Gute Restaurantempfehlung und sogar Unterstützung bei der Busreservierung bekommen. Kleiner Wasserschaden in der Dusche.
Insgesamt aber Top und empfehlenswert. Haben bisher nur positive erfahrungen mit Vinpearl gemacht.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the hotel which has just been opened in Sept 2018. Our room was so spacious even for the 3 of us, with a very comfortable extra bed. There is a lovely pool with a pool bar, a well equipped gym and best of all, a Sky Bar overlooking the city of Hue from the top floor at Level 34. Breakfast was a large spread and the service provided by all the staff is impeccable. Of special mention is Mr Phuc from the Food & Beverage Dept who went out of his way to help us with our Xmas dinner requests. Location-wise it is close to a shopping centre and shops but we were too busy with our tours and activities to be able to check it out. 100% recommendation to come try out this hotel.

The building and room are absolutely beautiful- 5 star rooms, linens, bathrooms etc. the staff is still figuring out how to be 5 star, but they are trying. The cons were the elevators which were confusing, slow and redundant- which made getting anywhere far more complicated and time consuming than it should have been. I would also recommend to the sky bar to carry some nice whiskey for your higher end clients.

Great room plenty of space, like your own little apartment, had everything you could want. Sky deck bar with amazing views of Hue. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Walkable for places to eat etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is going to be a brilliant hotel in a few months time. The hotel is great and offers good value for money. Lovely views from the rooms and most of the staff are very polite and helpful. The only downside was when we tried to pay for our bill in the sky bar and the waitress tried to charge us for drinks that we didn’t order. It took too long for her to work it out so in the end we just paid for them anyway. Vinmart ( supermarket) is located next door. The restaurant on the top floor offers a good selection of food & drinks and is priced reasonably. The swimming pool is also excellent and is heated during the winter months. Better training and this could become one of the best hotels in Vietnam. We will stay here again next time we are in Hue.

Hotel is new everything is perfect. Big hotels can get impersonal but not this one. They go all out for you not just out of courtesy but genuinely kind. I want to particularly comment Mr Nguyễn Trong Nghia who didn't just tell me where top up my phone credit, he ran across the street in the rain, paid from his pocket first to get me a top up card!! The rest of the staff are from restaurant to spa were kind, not just the typical 5* hotel kind of polite but people who make you feel you are staying with friends! If I were to make a trip back just to see thses people again, I honestly would!
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The first room was a problem. There was a hot water problem in the bathtub and burn marks in the bathtub. Cold weather required hot water and delivered these issues to the hotel reception.
I eventually changed rooms, but during the process I spent a lot of precious my time(starving for lunch).
Except for these problems, the hotel is very good. The beautiful view from the high floors, the delicious breakfast, and above all the very kind staff made me happy.
Really loved this hotel! It’s brand new so not all the taxi drivers knew it but they did know the mall attached to it. Staff were amazingly friendly! Rooms were well sized and spotlessly clean. Breakfast buffet is incredible, one of the largest I have ever seen. It rained a few days while we were there so we got to experience a lot of the hotel. Spa offers wonderful massage options. The pool on the 8,th floor is really neat. Infinity edge with windows out onto the city. It was cold and rainy during our stay so they were closed though. Bar in the pool area is a nice touch. Hotel also has a lounge on the room, 34 stories makes it the highest building around. We will most certainly be back.
Excellent service, from doorman to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant servers! Made our anniversary celebration so special. Truly 5 star treatment in a 5 Star Hotel. Highly recommended!

hotel was very new. spacious, well design. But staffs need more training. I had meeting with guest in the restaurant during the lunch hours. It was not easy to order drink to the staffs even though there are 5-7 staffs gather and talk each other. they don't concentrate on the their guest.

Tolles Stadthotel, wir haben eine Nacht in einem Zimmer im 22.Stock verbracht und haben gleich noch eine angehängt.
Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, teilweise schon fast zu freundlich.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten 2 Einzelbetten. Das Badezimmer war mit einem Grossen Fenster Richtung Zimmer gerichtet, konnte aber mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt werden.
Der Pool ist bestimmt gerade im Sommer sehr schön, denn dann öffnen sie die Glasfront. Der Spa war ebenfalls schön wir nutzen jedoch nur das Jaccuzzi und Dampfbad.
Frühstück hat ein riesiges Buffet mit vielen frisch gekochten Menus.
Lediglich die Rooftop bar hat sehr hohe Preise, dies muss man wohl mit der Aussicht wieder gut machen.
This was the best surprise on our first trip together to my fiancee's hometown. The vibe from the hotel staff was spectacular. The amenities were very well suited to our liking. The Executive suite was beyond either of our expectations. Mr. Strong (Truong) set the mood and from our first greeting to our last minute departure, including morning greetings at the gym, and the fine dining experience at the breakfast buffet (yes, Fine dining experience), we could not have been more impressed!
This hotel is very central, walkable to the Imperial Palace with beautiful rooms with great views. Lots of nice restaurants nearby as well.

생긴지 얼마 되지 않은 호텔이라 시설도 깨끗하고, 여러 편의시설이 만족스러웠습니다.
일주일간 머물면서 불편함을 느끼기 어려웠습니다.
(딱 하나!! 저희가 사용한 숙소가 20개 정도 되는데 그 중 2곳만 Wifi가 잘 터지지 않았습니다.)

Amazing hotel. It opened like 2 months ago, everything is new. We got an amazing deal (100 us$ for executive room), and it is the most wonderfull room we have ever stayed (we have been traveling for 5 weeks in SE Asia in 4 to 5 star hotels). Location is also great, close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was really nice also, with all you usual asian and american options. Staff was nice, felt like they were still getting the feel of things (english staff may need to practice a little), but overall just an amazing hotel.
What can I say about VinPearl, it’s a 5 star hotel. The staff was amazing friendly and helpful. They provided so much information about where to go and what to eat as a local. The building was always easy to get to since it is the tallest structure in Hue. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. The room was clean and modern with designs that was different from other VinPearl I stayed in and the bed was comfortable and huge, plus the room gets clean twice a day, can’t complain about that. I would definitely recommend and stay in this hotel again if I was in Hue.

staff service was excellent. The concierge manager Mr Vuha was excellent he booked our tour of Hue with only on very short notice. The english-speaking guide was also very knowledgeable of the various attractions that we visited in Hue. In all, full marks to Vinpearl Hue staff.

Amazing hotel - had only opened a couple of weeks before our stay and the rooms/facilities were exactly like in the pictures. Great pool, breakfast and the rooftop bar is the highest in Hue.

후에의 상징적인 건물이에요.
34층의 라운지바에서 칵테일 한잔 마시면 최고입니다.
야경도 멋있고 흠잡을곳 없어요.

We showed up four days after the hotel opened. Good service during the check in, the welcome drink was very good. The room was obviously new and clean. We went to the Sky Bar on the roof, and their drink was overprice (150.000 Vietnamese Dong), and really disgusting (Red Lantern). We checked out and waited for a cab, six employees asked us, if everything was ok, and if we needed assistance. No communication between the staff it was a little bit annoying. The location is far from the Citadelle (30-40 minutes walk).
