Wonderful stay in this excellent hotel - stunning views from our floor (33rd) and very quiet and peaceful. The staff could not be more helpful - they were so good, especially when we arrived quite late and needed something to eat - even though the restaurant was about to close they offered us whatever we wanted. Especially recommend the grand deluxe rooms.

The Vinpearl one of the more recent additions to Hue city. Three standout features: spacious rooms, panoramic views of Hue, and central location. On arrival, our check-in was quick and friendly, with three rooms pre-allocated. We got to see every type of room - the Executive suite, which seems so stretch for miles (!) with separate sitting room and large bathroom suite; the twin room; and the corner King room, with a bright airy feel. All rooms were at or above the 19th floor, and offered lovely views of Hue. Rooms were equipped with all mod-cons: international power sockets for the traveller; large desk for working, rainfall shower, and bedside reading lamps. Decor was modern with touches of gilded glamour (if you like that sort of thing). Dining was on the 7th floor, and the range and variety on offer for breakfast was really excellent - pastries, bread, western, egg station, local Hue cuisine and Asian. Service was good throughout, with some staff speaking better English than others, but all willing to try their best to help.
The hotel caters for quite a lot of tour groups; and breakfasts, lobbies and checkouts can be quite congested at peak times (early mornings). Because of the high-rise layout, waiting for lifts can be slow. There seemed to be a lot visitors who smoke in common corridors.
The hotel is quite new. Looks nice. Room is clean and spacious with bathtub.
The breakfast is at the lotus restaurant. Big buffet spread with live station for eggs and pho. And another counter for vietnamese coffee.

Il ne faut pas avoir le vertige, car il a 33 étages et la vue depuis les chambres est impressionnante
La piscine au 8 ème étage est superbe , avec vue sur la ville également
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est grandiose !

The staff is very well trained, friendly and helpful in this brand new hotel!
Because it was our Honeymoon, they had our bed nicely decorated and prepared a delicious cake.
+ Nice, large, clean room with comfortable bed.
+ Breakfast was very tasty and the best we experienced during our 2,5 week stay in Vietnam.
+ Dinner in the restaurant on the 32nd floor was great with delicious food and an amazing view over the city. We had special requirements about our food and they were very well prepared to help us.
5 star hotel in a great location of Hue. Beautiful yes, lacking in atmosphere. Some genuine warmth and good service from some of the staff. Jong in reception was simply outstanding. BUT here is the problem. I had a large Executive Suite but things just simply did not work!! I stayed 2 nights and on both nights had to have maintenance men in my room in the middle of the night!
The first night I discovered the lights in my bedroom would not turn off. House keeping then maintenance came to try and fix.Finally got the lights off but they needed to try and fix properly next day. What I didn't realise was this also meant my aircon being locked on at 25 degrees. I got to sleep at 2.00 finally. Woke early from the heat! Both the basin and the showers drains were also blocked. You had to have a quick shower or the bathroom would have completely flooded. Reported these issues to the reception manager. The next night I thought it had been fixed and woke about 4am realising my phone wasn't charging. I put the lights on and again they would not go off! Same thing, housekeeping then maintenance, then it was decided it could not be fixed and I should pack my stuff and move to a room on the 23rd floor. I got about 3 hours sleep in total. When explaining all this to the reception manager on checkout she offered me a late checkout despite my driver already waiting to take me to the airport at 10.00am Talk about rubbing salt in the wound!
Would I stay here again? NEVER
This hotel was amazing in every way. The welcome was warm. Everything we needed help with they did, including retrieving goods from a carwe had left them in and vooking a tour for us in Ho xhi min city_ all above and beyond BUT so helpful and comfortable a stay ( pool and panoramic restaurant and sky bar are fabulous too ) I would definitely return but also will actively look at other Vinpearl hotels in future. Well done team!

Very nice place and a bit on the e pensive side fir Hue. But, you get what you pay for. Room was excellent, spacious, and comfortable!! The only thing missing was a hot water or coffee pot to make tea or coffee. Very nice and new hotel.

This hotel provided an excellent stay at Hue, with very clean and well managed room having the wonderful view of the city. Given that this hotel is the tallest building in the city, no other place in Hue would beat the city view from this hotel. My family enjoyed the most the swimming pool on the 8th floor: spacious & clean + wide open views. For those who prefers convenience like us, the up-scale shopping center (vincom plaza) is just next door to the hotel.
There was a huge group checking in on my arrival and I had to wait quite long. However, the staff asked me to come and check in when tour guides are still occupying the check in counters. (WHY???) After check in, went up to sky bar. Seems like they do not know how to run the bar. There's no dress code, no age limit. Kids were running around, crying surrounded by smokers at the bar. 90% of hotel staffs doesn't speak English and was very hustle to communicate with them from 1 to 10. Seems like there's no FIT guests. Just filling up rooms with Asian GIT. I don't think I will come back or recommend this hotel to my people around who wants quiet and luxury experience.
Superb hotel! Proper 5* experience! We arrived early and the staff suggested using a swimming pool and other amenities whilst we were waiting. The breakfast was amazing, fantastic variety of foods. The Sky bar had a most amazing view. It was immaculately clean and and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. We stayed on the 26th floor and had a gorgeous view of the city. Shame we only stayed one night, however I will go back and stay there again. Highly recommended!
Beautiful new hotel. Staff speak English, courteous and helpful. Very good breakfast selection. Nice indoor pool. I’ve stayed at other comparable hotels in Hue before but Vinpearl Hue is definitely one of the best five star hotels in Hue.

Absolutely stunning hotel in a great location in Hue near plenty of restaurants and sights. It was the first time a hotel in Vietnam has actually far exceeded my expectations from the photo - no typical dinginess that you find with many “4 star” Vietnam hotels. This place is as modern and beautiful as anything I’d find in New York. I was in a lower tier room and it was huge, spotless, and had floor to ceiling windows with a massive modern bathroom with tub and shower separately. The breakfast was unbelievable with every type of food, chef stations, and an awesome custom coffee bar. The gym and pool were the best I’ve seen in Vietnam so far as well (I’ve been in all the major cities at this point) and never too crowded. Only downsides were the underwhelming Skybar (no river view either) and slightly annoying elevator situation due to the Skybar one. Overall do yourself a favor and stay here!

This is a new skyscraper hotel right in the heart of downtown Hue. As it just opened, there are a few bugs yet to be worked out. The lobby is stark and the reception less than gracious. You are not invited to sit anywhere so you stand there with all your hand luggage while ferreting our your passport for check in and accepting a welcome drink...a minor detail but it certainly colors your first impression. The room was huge with a view all over the city, but getting up and down is a real hassle. The elevators aren’t marked well (can’t tell exactly which one is going up and down) and only one goes to the Sky Bar. The Sky Bar has a snack menu but if you want anything (even peanuts), the staff has to wait for one of
the crazy elevators and go to the kitchen on the 7th floor. We were on the 27th floor but booming
music kept us awake until 3:00 AM.
Very large clean room with a nice view of the river and citadel. The breakfast had a variety of selections to choose from including a cook to order omlett station. They had a good selection of fruit and multiple stations to choose from. The hotel is right next door to the Vincom mall and within walking distance to many restaurants.

The property is brand new , so there is still some painting smell.
The pool's water is with hot water which is very rare in Hue. You can enjoy swimming in January when the weather is not that hot.
The sauna and the jacuzzi were on the 8th floor were lovely.
The buffet breakfast was awesome.

I had an excellent stay at the Vinpearl in Hue. The property is still quite new. The staff were excellent and the room was promptly cleaned each day. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good and fresh and had a good selection. The property is conviently located adjacent to shopping and within walking distance of the riverfront. Overall, my stay was excellent.

This is a great place to stay in Hue. The facilities are really fresh and everything works like a charm. The staff is always there for you, they really see you and care for you and are really determined to give you the best stay. Especially the staff in the breakfast serving and the front desk are doing outstanding jobs. Especially mentioning Hung chung, Chao Nguyen and Ngoc Anh in the front desk, for the best and warnesr welcome and service.

True 5* in Hue. Everything is almost brand new (as of Jan 2019), room and bathroom were large and comfortable and the breakfast was a good balance asian/western options and with proper coffee and fresh juice. To be honest is hard not to give a 10 out of 10 to this property.

New hotel so some teething problems to sort out. Staff all tried really hard but sometimes didn’t quite get things right and required several attempts.
Also limited rollaway beds available at the hotel - they were all booked the two nights we stayed so we had to get a second hotel room for our children.
