5성호텔답게 만족스러웠습니다.
전체적인 청결도, 직원의 친절함, 게다가 직원이 영어를 훌륭하게 잘 해줘서 너무 편히 쉬다가 왔습니다.
주기적으로 hue에 놀러가는만큼 다음에도 가격만 괜찮다면 또 숙박할 예정입니다.
다만 Wifi가 살짝 느리거나 안잡히는(?) 점 빼고는 정말 만족스러웠습니다.

Great new high end hotel in Hue. We were a bit skeptical about how nice it would be as it was very good value for a nice hotel, even in Vietnam, but there’s almost nothing to fault.
Big rooms with spacious bathrooms and very comfortable big beds, nice breakfast buffet, a good gym and very on the ball front desk staff.
Only small things to note: the pool is covered, and we didn’t swim as it was hot & muggy and full of children the day we would have. And room service food arrived with all lukewarm to cold as it wasn’t covered. Overall we had a great stay and would happily stay there again.
Would not allow change of dateson booking. Acknowledging it was no camcellation they still coild have facilitated change of dates to suit

일단 시설이 매우 깨끗하다는 것과 직원들이 영어를 잘한다는 것. 또한 바로 앞에 플라자가 크게 있음. 샤워실도 따로분리되어 있고 객실도 좋음.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff, especially all those on reception were super friendly, the pool huge (and because the windows opened almost seemed outdoors) and the room (the basic option) was very luxurious. Best of all was the breakfast- never seen such an amazing selection!

Located right in the center. Nice and convenient. Friendly and super helpful staffs. Decent buffet breakfast. Manager is professional. Accommodated us with special requests. We decided to do late check out last minute and process was quick and easy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

Es ist alles sehr ordentlich und in gutem Zustand, der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die etwas mangelhafte Logik der Fahrstuhlsteuerung, was bei einem 33+ stöckigen Gebäude mit nur 4 Fahrstühlen mitunter etwas stören kann. Das mindert aber den sehr guten Gesamteindruck nicht.

Condition and cleanliness of rooms are not maintained well bu janitorial staff and hotel management. It has been only 6 months, but the room cleanliness have decreased dramatically to the point that it's noticeable. I recommend better upkeep of the room to further sustain the reputation of being a 5 star hotel.

This hotel is very new. It is centrally located. The staff is very accommodating and helpful to guest needs. The hotel and rooms are beautiful decorated. The spa facilities are great. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Hue.

The property is very new and modern but I felt the size of the hotel meant that the great service you receive at other smaller hotels was lost here. The room was nicely decorated and we had a great view and the amenities in the room were very good also. However I had a shower and the water did not drain so I had to lift the drain cover off and it was full of sludge and hair (which was not mine) I cleaned this using the shower head and disposable toothbrush they supply and then the water drained properly. Was a little disappointed that a 5 star hotel could not clean the shower drain before letting the room out. The air conditioning was not good it was set to 16•c by ourselves and after 24hrs being on it had only dropped to 21.5•c the lowest it seemed to get and with that on high and the ceiling fan on full it was bareable but then it was very noisy! The pool I felt closed a little too early and given the hotel has over 1000 rooms there was only 10 (maybe 12) sun beds and a few sofas and chairs by the pool which was nowhere near enough for even 10% of the guests of the hotel was full and I imagine the pool would be very cramped too if more people were using it. Breakfast we were shown to a table and they didn’t explain that there was 2 sides which both had different food so it was only
On the final day we discovered this also the final day was the only time we were offered tea or coffee when we were first seated. All in all a nice hotel but I wouldn’t say 5 star!
가성비 최고. 한국이라면 조식만 해도 1박 가격 내야 하는데, 조식 포함에 5성급 방. 최고.

Best view in hue as it’s the tallest building. It’s brand new so it’s very modern and clean. It’s very classy in terms of furniture too. Only improvement would be to make the pool area a bit more tranquil, we don’t need super loud house music when we want to relax by the pool in the afternoon nor at the rooftop bar when it’s almost empty

Im from The USA, one of the best hotels ive ever stayed in. very affordable too. Just wish the pool was better.
Nice stay, free access to the steam room and sauna. Great spacious room and good food. Definitely would stay there again when in Hue.

The hotel is a bit tired. Our bathroom was very small and we only had a hand held shower unit which meant showering was very difficult. Breakfast was okay if a little hectic. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made the hotel experience better.

Me parece un hotel de lujo a un buen precio. El desayuno tiene de todo para elegir. Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles que he visitado. Lo único que no me gustó fue que intente contactar con ellos y fue complicado porque solo tuve el teléfono que me proporcionaron en hoteles y fue erróneo. Me hubiera gustado tener un correo electrónico. Cuando por fin conseguí el teléfono de hotel en internet no me ayudaron con el traslado. Me dijeron que taxi debo de coger y poco más.

A beautiful new high end hotel in the heart of the city, close to everything but also nice and quiet.
The pool was excellent, it has a fantastic view, lockers, great staff, and the windows open which is very nice. And the water temperature was perfect to cool from the heat of the day, vs every other pool outdoors.
Rooms were large, well appointed with private bathroom.
Price was also amazing. I highly recommend if you stay in Hue! (Go see Ming Mang as by far best sight we saw across Vietnam)
If any criticism to be constructive all I could say, is to program the one elevator to only service ground floor and skybar. We waiting 5min+ several times watching the elevator go up and down servicing other floors. Long waits
The skybar has great view and reasonable prices. It is usually few people there and music can be loud. Maybe ask to turn down a little bit.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great range of food at breakfast.
Beautiful room, loved the bathroom.

I spent 3 great nights at the Vin Pearl. It's a short walk away from the tourist area but far enough away to give you some space. They have a great bar on the top floor with a breathtaking view. The breakfast buffet is great! The gym is very solid too.

The best hotel I have been in my life. Having traveled a lot here I can afford a 5 stars hotel and actually it is, in European standard. All clean decoration awesome, fitness jakuzzi sauna roof bar, wellness and the room amazing view like in movies no walls al windows. I will recommend it to everyone. As a high standard person I’m satisfied with this hotel, in contrast with so many other hotels with photoshopped photos.
