5.0 "Good NEW hotel. Need attention to little things"
all good. hotel is centrally located in Hue. you can walk a bit but also can take taxis to major tourist areas. Overall, hotel provided great service and the breakfast was good with many, many variety of food. a couple of issues: 1) on 2nd day, I was taking an afternoon nap and then heard a loud bang-bang outside and woke up to see a man working outside - dangling with support rope - servicing windows/building??. Wish hotel staff would told me & guest - I suggest to them to place a note in each room to be affected by this each day & to have the curtain drawn close - imagine, if my wife was here and taking a bath or something...or other guests in similar precarious manner...NOT GOOD!!!
2) check-out was a bit snagged, as they tried to apply someone's laundry bill to my room. clearly from the bill - signature was not mine nor was the room identifier. They made me wait while they were trying to clear the matter. I waited for 10 minutes and told them that I had to go to airport to catch the 1st flight out and they can charge to my card if it was indeed mine (was not).
It is a very new hotel situated in downtown Hue. It is easy walking to distance to many of the famous sites and wonderful restaurants. We were given a room on the 32nd floor with 180-degree view of the city. The pool is very nice and when we were there it wasn't crowded at all. The Sky Lounge at the top of the building has a great view as well and some interesting cocktails. The only problem was the music was way too loud. It made it almost impossible to talk and detracted from the view. My recommendation to the management is to turn it down, nobody is dancing.
Speaking of noise there is one issue, but it is out of the control of the hotel. Across the roundabout from the hotel there is a public facility that blasts music and announcements all day long from 9 or so in the morning to 9:30 or 10:00 at night. We could hear very clearly even on the 32nd floor. The city leaders should think about the quality of the experience and turn it down or cut it out completely. That was really the only negative experience during our stay.
A word of warning if you decide to sit outside for breakfast, don't pick a table that is below the windows of the pool which is on the 8th floor if they are open. We got a good soaking when someone splashed water out of the pool. We had just sat down with coffee, so our plates of food didn't get ruined, but we quickly moved to a table closer to the restaurant that was covered by a roof.

We had the most wonderful experience at Vinpearl Hue. It's true to its 5 stars rating with wonderful view, beautiful room, comfortable beds, and superbly clean. The staff were most attentive, pleasant, and professional from the concierge to doormen, especially Trang at the front desk who is very Hue, elegant, proficient and competent, has graciously helped us with seamless check-in, and check-out. We will definitely stay here again.

I LOVE this hotel! Location is good, very next to Vincom Plaza, also not far from railway station. Hotel is new and staff are nice. Will definitely recommend to friends! The only thing I don't like is the scent of shampoo hotel provides.

the hotel is located in city center surrounded by many local restaurants and cafe. City view from our room is so stunning since we're in the highest building of Hue. The room was well equipped, very clean and new!

Used condom found under bed. Told manager, he apologised. He did not know how to deal with the situation. No one seems to have autonomy within management. If you ask anyone within management for a decision on something they will always go to the person above them. Really annoying waiting around for a basic decision.

Buen desayuno, tanto para occidentales como orientales. Al lado tiene un centro comercial y un supermercado. A pocos minutos andando a la ciudadela. Nos dieron habitaciones en la planta 30, con espectaculares vistas.

new hotel in Hue, very good price for a good hotel. However, I didnot really my benefit from a VIP Access hotel I should get from Gold orbitz. Check -in a bit slow but I got a bit early check-in before 2PM.
I booked just one night, but some incidents I called the hotel if I can check in at 2AM on previous night, they said I have to pay full one day (for 6hrs early check-in), with their full price (not orbitz price). I refused, but asked for late check-out until 6PM, and paid 30% of their full price. Services and room were ok, nice design, but seems no special treatment for orbitz guess.
There are not enough number of elevators in the Hotel.
Everytime I went out, I had to wait quite a while.

They provide another size of room, but we ask them to change our room as we booking. Then they changed our room.
It was the reason that they recognize the room located higher floors are valuable for customers but we prefer room size first.
Hotels staff are really kind and polite for us to take a taxi or another service. The famous Vin pearl groups hotels are really good.
Very nice stay at wonderful hotel that was very comfortable, had very attentive and friendly staff plus very good value for the money. Also, the location was perfect for visiting the Imperial City.

Both my room and the overall property were wonderful. I’d certainly stay here again. When booking I asked for a room on as high a floor as possibly. It was on the 26 th floor, and the view was breathtaking.

It's a great hotel - stylish, new, good location. The room has a great view, the bed is comfortable, and there is an iron which is a plus point. I forgot my laptop charger in the room, called the hotel a day later, and a helpful staff member sent it to me! Great service!
