근처에 가볼만한 곳이 많고 호안끼엠 호수가 바로 앞에 있어서 위치적으로 아주 훌륭하다.
공항 픽업 서비스 이용했는데 그랩보다 더 저렴하게 이용한것 같았다. 직원들 모두가 친절이 몸에 배어있다.
객실 상태는 양호하고 소음도 그냥 넘어갈만한 수준이다.
조식도 괜찮다. 외국인들이 특히 많고 수영장도 깔끔하다.
루프탑도 분위기 좋고 나쁘지 않았다.
다시 이용할 의사가 있음ㅎㅎ
Nos dieron una habitación sin ventanas, el gimnasio tiene tres maquinas, es decir no hay gimnasio, la habitación pequeña, en una calle maloliente y ruidosa aunque centrica. Piscina muy pequeña

Not bad but not good.
Comparably expensive price of amenities, mini bar, laundry service etc. PC was not ready, scale as well. Cleaning wasn't done everyday.
Receptionist and the employees in restaurants was good but the others were not so much. Close to the lake though.
Staff really helpful and friendly. Small pool. Great roof top bar

The staff were amazing. They went out of their way to be helpful in many situations from booking trips to general advice. The room needed a lick of paint here and there, and there was a lot of noise from outside but you would expect that in such a central city location. The service outweighed any negatives.

Dejligt lille hotel med perfekt beliggenhed midt i Hanois gamle bydel.
Virkelig, virkelig sødt personale og fine værelser.
Pool med udsigt på taget var skønt efter nogle lange sightseeing dage i Hanoi.
Aftensmaden på hotellet er ok, men ikke noget specielt.
Eneste “hick up”:
Vi bookede 2 værelser med vinduer, men det viste sig desværre, at vinduerne bare vendte ud mod en mur. Så man skal være sikker på ikke bare et vindue, men en vindue med udsigt, når man booker.
All was very good. Sky bar brill. Also our cruise on the ha long river was cancelled and the hotel let us stay in our room at so short notice. Would recommend this hotel to all

Walking distance to Hanoi Centre and the night market. The spa service is highly recommended as they cater to your need. I had the best massage ever (by Hien). The staff is friendly and accommodating.

5.0 "Anniversary stay"
We stayed at the Tirabt hotel for our third wedding anniversary as a stop gap between our travels. The lovely Joy at the reception greeted us and couldn't have been nicer to make us feel welcome.
We booked a suite, it was a lovely room however it did smell a bit musty when entering the room and I saw water stains and some mould on the wall paper which must have been from a leak. However the Jacuzzi bath and larger living space were lovely and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was pretty good. There was a decent selection if you were European and weren't keen to have rice or noodles for breakfast! Chester looked after us. He was excellent and his coffee art was stunning.
The roof top bar was really lovely at night time. It is lit up with fairy lights and there is a bar to get food and drinks from. We got caught in a tropical storm up there but were still lucky enough to be able to sit in a section where the rain couldn't get to us and got to watch it all 11 stories up.
Good hotel overall.
Wifi was good when it worked. It dropped out sometimes but didn’t last long.
Air con was really good which is important in Hanoi in summer.
Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes. Taste the mango pancakes.

The gym was tiny with non functioning equipment and the pool is small - apart from this it is an excellent hotel - great location, very polite and helpful staff, clean - fantastic

1.0 "Smelly, Filthy, Run Down"
This hotel is in a great area; it is within walking distance to the most important sites in that area: the lake, the water puppet theatre, the old quarter restaurants and nightlife. Because of a cruise cancellation, I stayed in 3 hotels in this immediate area, all similarly priced. The Tirant Hotel was the most filthy hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere. It smelled disgusting the second I walked into the lobby, and that smell was throughout the hotel. It is a very run down place. I had the nicest room, the suite -it was horrible. The walls are dirty, the bed is very old, hard, lumpy. The ceiling fans in the restaurant were dirty. The coffee in the urn was cold at breakfast. The furniture in all the rooms is dated and stained. I am very disappointed that Hotels.com allows this place to be on their website.
The staff are amazing. So helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to walk with us to a pharmacy and translate our flu symptoms to ensure we got the correct cold and flu tablets. All remembered us by name.

Hotellet har ett bra läge med lokala restauranger i samma kvarter. 5 minuter att gå ner till ”Ho Hoam Kiem” sjön som ligger mellan de gamla och de franska kvarteren. Classic rummet vid bodde i hade tyvärr inga fönster, men det störde inte med tanke på att vi visste att de hade en schysst roof-top restaurang och bar, så det borde ha kompeserat för bristen på utsikt från rummet. Tyvärr var det så att det rådde total renovering av densamme, så vi fick inte access till Roof-toppen. Därav det sämre hotel-betyget. Överlag trevlig och hjälpsam personal, rent och snyggt. Sköna sänger med rimligt mjuka kuddar. Prisbilden på hotelrestaurangen 5-6 ggr dyrare än likvärdig mat på gatan 5 minuter bort, så ingen mat eller dryck där inte. Vatten i minibaren kostar 60-70000 dong (ca 35 SEK) (3-4 USD). Det kostar 6000 dong (0,4 USD) på ”Circle-K” som är deras motsvarighet till 7-eleven. Så det är en ”No brainer” att köpa med sig vatten och ställa in i minibaren. Maten på lokala matställen runtomkring kostar 15-50000 dong, jämfört med ”High-end” ställen där det kostar 300-600.000 dong per rätt, och ofta sämre och tråkigare. Allt är dock relativt. Hotellet är bra och prisvärt, frukosten ok, utan överdåd.

Very old school hotel, a bit run down but clean and in a fantastic location. Walking distance to everything. Beds are like sleeping on cement blocks even after mattress toppers were put on. Breakfast ok but nothing flash. Pool and pool glass needed cleaning badly, every person that arrived said the same thing. Staff lovely. Paid extra for a room with a window that looked out to a dirty alley and had a rails you could climb up and into the rooms with. Having seen this I then seen the warning letter from management saying DO NOT open window as thieves are known to climb up and burgle rooms.
Hôtel hyper bien situé et qui a proposé un service de taxi pour notre arrivée à Hanoi ! C’est rassurant quand on ne connaît pas encore le pays!

It was well position that you could just walk to most places, staff were lovely. Breakfast pretty average and pool and glass around it need a good clean. Had a musty smell in the rooms and beds were rock hard even with mattress toppers

This hotel is in a great location allowing easy walking around the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite with Chester being a stand out in the restaurant at breakfast. If you are looking for a good value for money option in the heart of Hanoi you can’t go too far wrong here.
