Attentive hotel staffs, delicious welcome drink and comfortable environment made me happy, so my trip in Hanoi was very fulfilling.

The staff was very polite and the service was great.
Don was very helpful and organised our day trip to ninh binh and cruise to Ha Long bay.
The only thing i didn't like was our room had no windows

The staff at the Tirant Hotel is excellent! Especially Chester in the dining room! We really got to know and like him during our stay! Excellent all the way! The employees went out of their way to remember our names and follow up on our inquires and preferences. Hana in reception was very good too! The hotel is right in the middle of all the old town sights. To come from the noisy, chaotic street outside to the quiet, luxury of the Tirant hotel was a welcome contrast!
The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They also recommended a good tour and made various arrangements for us.

Location is fine.
But very noisy and didn't protect soundproofing.
I can feel what's going on my next room. Shower. And toilet water push.
And uncomfortable sound
.till 2am.
Luckily 1 night stay.

Hotellet låg nära till allt och det är gång avstånd till allt. Hotellet, rummet och restaurangen samt baren såg rent och snyggt ut. Personalen är otroligt hjälpsamma, trevliga och glada. Frukosten hade bra utbud. Jag skulle bo här igen.

Loved the friendly staff, rooftop bar with a view and overall cleanliness of the room as superb. Only thing that would've improved our stay wouldve been to have a window so we had natural light, but I believe this may of been an extra charge.

Our stay at the Tirant hotel was pretty lovely. That was in most part due to the amazing staff. They were always so friendly, remembered our names and notified the entire hotel that I have a seafood allergy so that I didn't face any problems dining with them. Their breakfast was delicious and Chester was the shining star, making us custom lattes and giving us great recommendations. The front desk staff was always available to help get us a cab, make sure all of our needs were met and most importantly, greeted us each time we came into the lobby with a big smile and a warm greeting. While we mistakingly booked an economy room for most of our stay and had no window, the front desk staff helped us book a room with a balcony as soon as one was available. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness of the rooms as there was definitely some wear and tear to the items and missed dust, but even that was not enough to make our stay unenjoyable!
A big thanks to Chester, and the regular nightly front desk attendant (I'm sorry I forget your name) as you all were exceptionally delightful!

The hotels needs some restoration. Doesn’t really add up to the pictures. The smell in our room was awful, and we pointed this out but no one did anything about it. We mentioned it at check out, and then the staff was friendly and understanding, and paid for our taxi, rom service and coffee... Overall it was ok - but having paid twice the amount of our other Hanoi hotel we won’t be back to Tirant Hotel.

Review was 8+. So choose this hotel.To my surprise i had to change 3 rooms for Aircon not functioning and all rooms has no windows. Breakfast they shut at 9+am.Roofgarden bar they display a tariff in the menu card but they jack on other services cost. overall this hotel deserve Rating not exceeding 6. The price charged is super expensive for the hardship of room changing excercise.

I would recommend this hotel although there were a couple of issues.
It is ideally situated just back from Hoan Kiem lake.
The Skyline bar has good views, although they were doing some grinding work on it during happy hour one night and early hours of the morning which was a bit odd and disturbing but they did stop when I questioned it.
Suites are nice and big. But avoid the 10th floor if plannng a lie in, as it is directly under the breakfast restaurant, so moving chairs disturb.
Staff are pleasant. Hotel clean. Suite nice.
제일 저렴한방으로 예약했는데 방크기는 기대안했는데 창문이 없어서 좀 이상했어요. 방이 복도가운데에 있다고 생각하면 됩니다. 돈 더주고 창문있는방으로 추천해요. 10월말인데 추워서 수영장 못들어갔습니다 감기걸리기 딱 좋아요 직원들은 모두 정말 친절합니다 조식도 간단히 먹고 나가기 나쁘지 않았어요

Property is modern and clean, good location, friendly staff. Pool is really nice but opening hours were only from 9m to 7pm. There is a separate section (with the tree and additional pool seen in some pictures online) but it seems this is only available for private functions.

굉장히 만족하였습니다.
한국인보다 외국인이 많았습니다.
호텔 서비스가 굉장히 좋았습니다.
아버지께서 장염에 걸리셨는데, 배가 아프다고 하니 호텔 관리인이 직접 생강차를 건네주기도 했습니다.
조식도 굉장히 훌륭한 편입니다.
다만 수영장이 매우 작아 사용하고 싶은 생각이 들지 않았습니다.

Wir kamen spät an und bekamen ein Zimmer im 9. Stock mit Balkon. Als wir dann duschen wollten, bemerkten wir dass der Duschknopf abgebrochen war, so dass die Dusche nur mit viel Fummelei anging und keine Temperatur eingestellt werden konnte. Nachdem wir das bemängelten, wurde uns ein Austauschzimmer angeboten. 4. Stock mit weniger Aussicht und ohne Balkon. Aber wenigstens funktionierte dort die Dusche. Auch ein Late Check Out (für das wir auch bezahlen wollten) war nicht möglich. Da wir abends erst abreisten, wollten wir nun aber gerne noch einmal duschen gehen. Dies wäre nur mit einer Zahlung von 10$ im Spa möglich gewesen, obwohl wir ja Hotelgäste waren. Das haben wir in anderen Hotels in Vietnam schon anders erlebt. Das Skyline Restaurant hatte an unserem Anreiseabend bereits geschlossen (22h ist dort Schluss) und am nächsten Tag war es wegen Renovierungen nicht zu betreten. Der Pool liegt leider in der prallen Sonne und bietet nur wenig Platz, zu dem ist er auch sehr klein. Einzig positiver Punkt war das reichhaltige und leckere Frühstücksbuffet. Leider erlebten wir also einen enttäuschenden Aufenthalt im Tirant Hotel.
Excellent location in Old quarter. Staff so good friendly and all are to be commended. Breakfast good and we had an evening meal at restaurant which was lovely. Skyline bar at top is fabulous and we went up every night for a drink. Views great. We were on 10th floor which was lovely quiet away from street noise. Swimming pool so clean and perfect temperature. It's not

En arrivant j’ai constaté que ma chambre avait pas de fenêtre. Après une demi-journée elle était trop froide. Suite à ma plainte, ils ont était très professionnels et m’ont donné une autre toute à fait à ma convenance.
Donc un bon séjour !

Right in the heart of the old quarter but spacious and cool inside. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was mix of western and oriental and plentiful and fresh. The pool is clean and nice to relax after a hot day. We were able to leave our luggage and return and use facilities before our evening flight.

직원들이 친절 했습니다. 체크아웃 하고도 짐을 맡기고, 짐을 찾는 저녁때까지 더운 여름날 수시로 로비에서 쉴 수 있었습니다. 마지막 떠나는 순간까지도 직원들은 짐을 옮겨주며 친절하게 해주셨습니다. 객실에 창문이 없고, 수영장 풀장은 물이 깊고 작지만, 불편함은 없었습니다. 조식도 괜찮았어요. 쌀국수, 계란후라이, 빵, 과일, 커피, 음료 모두 있습니다. 맥주거리, 호안끼엠호수 접근성이 아주 좋습니다. 이 호텔에 있는 씨엘스파 마사지도 20프로 할인 받아서 할 수있으니 대박이죠. 만족하는 숙박이었습니다.:)

Il Personale era molto cortese e si faceva in quattro per assecondare le richieste. Soprattutto Hana del Customer Service e Chester della Breakfast Room.
Posizione perfetta nell'Old Quarter e vicina a tutto. Piscina di dimensioni adeguate alla location. Tornerei sicuramente a questo albergo.
