Incredible Hotel, amazing location right in the heart of Hanoi and close to the river, staff is so attentive, the included breakfast was delicious, and the welcome drinks/check in was speedy and pleasant. The pool on the roof also has amazing music and a great view. Will definitely coming back to this hotel in the near future.

This Hotel is only 3 months old. The location was excellent.
I was offered welcome drink and cool towel on arrival, and the introduction by the staff was very thorough.
The staff were very service focused and very friendly, including housekeeping, reception, restaurant, and Managers
The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the staff every morning were very helpful. Highly recommend the Vietnamese Iced coffee, and they will remember your order the next morning.
Roof top pool has amazing views.
Each day there was a bowl of fresh fruit waiting for me when I returned from my day out.
The management are still adding some final touches to the hotel, but the disruption was minimal.
I will definitely stay here next time I am in Hanoi.
This is just a fabulous new hotel. Super location right next to the lake. Rooms are comfortable. The staff is beyond gracious and helpful. This is the place to stay!!

Everything was great, a brand new hotel, except the minibar temperature was useless. For a place so new, and hoping to achieve 5 star, I am not sure why they decided to provide cheap minibars. However, aside from that, everything was great...location-price-pool combination was worth every penny.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near boutiques, banks, restaurants, and even tailors. The location is near the lake. Breakfast is very good, with lots of options, and very friendly, and professional staff.
Great service, and very attentive. Rooms were great and would love to stay here again.

Great central location - right by Hoan Kiem Lake and near lots of restaurants and stores. Hotel was spotless and new. Staff was very attentive and helped us book several good day trips as well as arrange airport transfers. Breakfast buffet was tasty. Would highly recommend fir family of 5+ as the adjoining rooms provide lots of space.

Nothing to dislike. Staff so friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Wonderful massage in the spa and excellent evening meal in the newly opened restaurant.Will definitely choose to stay there again if ever back in Hanoi.

This staff was the best I have ever seen in my international travels. They were top notch and I would stay here again! They are the best and with my large family, I would highly recommend this hotel. The property is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing. The view from the roof and the pool are gorgeous.

Property was in a great location. The person who checked me in took a long time and wouldn't just give me my room. She wanted way too much information and I tried to explain to here that I just wanted to get my room and check in. But she insisted about talking to me about every detail of my trip rather then letting me check into my room. Sometimes you can try too hard to be helpful when someone is openly saying they don't want it.
Amazing staff (especially Brian!) who were very helpful in guiding us not only around Hanoi but also organizing trips and tours for us on other parts of our trip throughout the country.
Also loved their rooftop infinity pool which overlooks the lake and Hanoi. At the time (July 2019) the bar up there was not yet open but it'll be even better when it does. Fantastic view from up there.

Terrific breakfast! We were reluctant to eat breakfast at our hotel because we wanted to go get street food but once we saw the hotel's breakfast...we decided to have two breakfasts, haha. Amazing selection of foods from different nationalities, all fresh, if you stay there, don't skip the breakfast.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a total of 5 nights (6/19-6/22, 6/26). We were quite impressed with the overall quality, impeccable service and attention to details. This was one of our favorite hotels we've stayed at. We had just stayed at another 5 star hotel in Saigon at the same price point and it was nowhere near the quality of the Oriental Jade. The first 4 nights were seamless and perfect. Attentive staff from the street to the rooms, with classy touches in every area. Staff really listened to our travel plans to give useful recommendations or support services. The lobby smelled wonderful and was super clean, as well as the entire place in general, from the elevators, to hallways, to dining floor, to rooms. The rooftop infinity pool had great panoramic views, though on the smaller side, so you'll have to get there early or stay longer:) The staff assisted us in booking a nice shuttle to Tam Coc in Ninh Binh province. On our return to Oriental Jade the final night, they put us in a room with a nicer view but we ended up having 2 issues, problem with the rain the shower head and missing/ uncomfortable pillows. An indicator of customer service in my many years of traveling and staying in hotels is how staff deal with clients when unanticipated problems arise. Both issues I had the staff took seriously and rectified them. They even assisted with our ride to the airport the next morning, anticipating how the inconveniences impacted our final night. Highly recommended!
Unless you are looking for fancy upscale 5 star atmosphere, this is the best one near old quarter. Newly built, clean rooms, perfect service, everything in old quarter is within walking distance.

Everything! Staff was absolutely wonderful! Very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable to handling questions and making suggestions. Food was excellent and the rooms was sparkling clean and well equipped from all amenities. Pool and view from pool deck were stunning. Can't wait until my next visit!

The property is new. Located at the heart of Old quarter and really convenient to get grabcar or taxi. Also a short 5min walk to lake and night market. Receptionist and staff were very friendly and helpful, able to converse in English. Hotel bed was comfy, variety of TV channels and toilet is clean. Welcome drink and room snacks were great. Breakfast is really awesome with variety of local and western food choices, ala carte menu must try too.

Perfect hotel in the heart of the old quarter. 5* for service and quality. The hotel is a new build so all the rooms and fittings are lovely and new. There's also an infinity rooftop pool, which has a great view and is a great place to relax after touring the city. The staff are brilliant, they truly went above and beyond in welcoming us with our stay. We'll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Hanoi.
