it is not a 5 Stars hotel. Room is small even for executive suite. The reception services are poor as the booking isn't direct but thru' hotel.com. The room description is misleading. Not worth the $$ you paying.
Excellent customer service. Great food. Clean and beautiful. Roof top bar and pool nice.

This hotel is in a good location, the staff are very kind and provide great service. There were only a few glitches at breakfast when it was crowded.
Rooms are spacious and clean, great amenities. Welcome and farewell treats are a wonderful extra they provide.
Highly recommended and would come back again.

Hotellet ligger i gamla sta’n där ytan på husen är mindre och skicket äldre. Rummen är ganska små men det funkar fint om man inte ska vara en längre tid. De har heltäckningsmatta vilket jag tycker är ett minus. Personalen var fantastiska och gjorde vistelsen trevlig. Bra frukost med lite västerländska inslag. Bra läge mitt bland alla sevärdheter.

We enjoyed our 5 nights at this hotel. The room is very clear and new. I love their staff especially Isbella at the breakfast time and Rose at the reception desk. They are very helpful and always with the lovely smiles. This new hotel is run by a team of young staff with passion.
The location is prefect for us as we could easily walk around the old quarter without taking taxi.

Goede service, erg gastvrij. Mooi hotel, goed ontbijt. Zwembad te klein om te zwemmen en kamer weinig ruimte voor 2 koffers. Afwerking kamer kan beter.
Staff was very attentive and friendly. The AC needs to be changed. Overall stay was very pleasant.

The staff was very helpful and responsive. We stayed in the Oriental Jade Hotel on the New Year's Eve. Our room was on the 11/F close to the pool/rooftop bar where they were having the countdown party. We preferred to have a quiet night so we expressed our concerns to the hotel staff and they promptly offered a bigger and much quieter room on the other side of the building. They were also very responsive with airport transfer at reasonable prices.
Truly one of the better hotels I've ever stayed in. The service was exceptional. Joelene and Brian's team couldn't be more hospitable and were always offering to help.

Great location in Hanoi old quarter, a few minutes walk from a park and small lake.
Very friendly staff with excellent service. Had a quiet room, albeit with view of rooftops below.
Only downside is the $20 per person/day for breakfast, suggest booking with breakfast included.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The main thing that sticks out was the hotel staff. Everyone working there was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We took advantage of the amazing breakfast buffet, as well as the spa with an affordable spa package. The rooftop has incredible views of Hanoi. Great location in the Old Quarter. No complaints, would definitely recommend and stay again!

I booked a Sapphire Old Quarter View room for two nights. Great location at 2 minutes walking from the Temple of the Jade lake (nice place for jogging/promenade/coffee) and conveniently in the middle of the old town. Very quiet, classy and good vibe hotel. Very attentive personnel: I received an informative welcome email after booking and accueil was very pleasant with refreshing drinks, fruit, flowers. Breakfast service with plenty of international and Asian options. A small gift at checkout after writing a feedback form. I’ll come back again if traveling to Hanoi.
It’s a very nice property Located in the heart of the old quarter. Rooms are not too large but very comfortable The service and staff are excellent and very prompt in their response. The breakfast was excellent with a separate vegetarian menu to order from.

Fantastic stay at The Oriental Jade, which made for a highlight of our trip. The location is unbeatable, on a side street close to the lake with many things to do right outside the property. The staff and food at the hotel was excellent. Some of the best Pho I’ve had in Vietnam was from Oriental Jade. Highly recommend staying here, I know I will if I get a chance to come back.

Excellent stay - we were taken very good care of during our stay. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was excellent value. Would definitely return if we visit Hanoi again.

Property was nice and in a good location. Staff at front desk and rooftop bar were very professional and provided good service. Rooms smaller than expected, but nice. Beds very comfortable.
Air conditioning was not on in December 2019 and the room fluctuated between too hot during the day and too cold at night - not okay for a room of this price.

The staff went out of their way to be gracious and helpful. The location is great. Some rooms don’t have great views which is not atypical of hotels in the old quarters where buildings are right next to each other.The spa is very good. Highly recommended.

We received the warmest welcome and service at this hotel. Location was ideal for tourist activities and our room was spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable beds, and lots of attention to detail. This was the best buffet breakfast in Vietnam. The hotel provided private transfers to and from airport and Halong bay. Nothing was too difficult for the staff who were courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was wonderful, in great condition and the rooms were a little small - but that was probably because of the location. The service (especially the reception) is exceptional! They helped us with trip itineraries, translated Vietnamese menus and gave wonderful food recommendations. The breakfast selection is limited but that’s not too much of an issue. The location itself is prime, really close to the lake and main shopping district!

Excellent stay overall. The location of this hotel is excellent. It’s close to lake, old quarters, night market Hi chi Minh moseleum are all within walking distance. Service was excellent and checkin/ checkout process was smooth. Hotel had arranged airport pick up and the driver was excellent. Noteworthy thing about this hotel is the buffet breakfast which was delicious and variety of choice to eat. Room was good, little smaller than expected but well furnished. Front desk was very helpful and always ready to help. Overall very happy with my stay and service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visitHanoi.

Fantastic hotel in a central location. Across the road from the lake and easy walking distance to the Vietnam Military Museum. The area felt very safe to walk around and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. We’re fussy on cleanliness but had no issues staying here. Great hotel and would recommend to anyone.
