위치가 별로여서 올드타운이나 버스 터미널까지 걸으려면 한참 걸렸어요. 마지막날 호이안 버스 터미널까지 무료 셔틀이 있다는 안내 팜플릿을 보고 셔틀 부탁했더니 없어졌다 그래서 대체 그럼 팜플렛은 왜 있는가 싶었지만 알겠다고 했는데.. 다낭까지 유료 택시 불러준다고 하더라구요? 버스 타고 갈 거라 필요 없다고, 그냥 터미널까지만 택시 불러주면 그거 타고 가겠다 했더니 돈이 안 된다 싶었는지 표정 싹 굳어서 완전 없는 사람 취급하면서 대꾸도 안 하고 용건이 있지도 않은 다른 손님들 쳐다 보면서 외면하길래 완전 뻘쭘해져서 그랩 불러서 터미널까지 택시 타고 갔네요 ㅎㅎㅎ 그래도 웰컴드링크랑 과일도 주고 무료로 자전거 대여도 해주고, 룸 업그레이드도 해주어서 정말 좋은 감정을 가지고 있었는데 마지막 마무리가 ... 정말 깜놀이었네요. 문도 열쇠로 여는 방식이었는데 체크인 할 때 직원도 제대로 못 열고, 손님인 저는 당연히 더 못 열고 문 열 때, 닫을 때 기본 몇 분은 문이랑 열쇠랑 씨름했네요. 냉장고에 맥주랑 그런 건 얼마인지 적어 놓지도 않아서 혹시나 해서 손도 안 댔구요. 그래도 아주 자랑스럽게 입구에 아고다, 트립어드바이저 이런 평점 9.xx 이런 거 붙여놨길래 기대했는데 어찌 이런 일이 있나 싶어요 ㅋㅋ 조식도 별로.. 빵이랑 파파야 정도는 먹을만 했어요. 수영장도 있긴 한데 밥 먹는데 바로 옆이고 현지인 지나다니고 바로 옆에서 공사해서 물에 들어갈 생각도 못 해봤고, 두고두고 생각해도 서비스 마인드는 정말 장난 아닙니다. 아직까지도 어이가 없네요. 업그레이드의 은혜를 생각해서 그나마 평점을 높게 주어보았습니다.

호이안의 아지트로 삼기 좋다. 좋은 가격에 식사 음료 세탁 서비스가 제공되고 친절하고 영어소통도 좋다. 작은 테라스에서 한적한 거리를 내다보는 것도 좋다. 호이안 거의 모든 관광지를 걸어서 또는 택시로 이동하기 편하고 저녁에는 한적해서 숙면을 취할 수 있다. 편리하게 이용하고 떠날 때는 가격도 합리적이어서 더 좋다. 강력 추천

Green Apple is the perfect combination of comfort and service. When we arrived, the staff greeted us with fresh fruit and a drink before leading us to our room. When we reached our room, we found it to be new and clean, with beautiful views overlooking the city. It also had a fully stocked mini bar with everything one could desire. The included breakfast was also delicious with a variety of tropical fruits, Bánh Mì (bread), and many Vietnamese inspired dishes.
Above all else, we found the staff to be incredible. They were extraordinarily kind and helpful. They gave us directions to some local spots around the city, arranged a car to reach the airport, and looked out for us by checking and double checking to make sure we had our passports before leaving. While the room was beautiful, and the breakfast delicious, I would say that the staff is truly what sets this place apart. How all of this can be available at such a low cost baffles me, but if you are looking to visit the city of Hoi An, this is definitely the place to stay.
Zu Fuss erreicht man die Altstadt in ungefähr in 10 Minuten. Das Hotel ist gepflegt, sauber und komfortabel. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Badezimmer sauber und Dusche mit Glaswänden.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine schöne Auswahl an asiatischen und westlichen Optionen.
Würde auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel kommen.

최고입니다
택시비가 5만동 나왔는데 50만동 주고 내린 것을 뒤늦게 알아 리셉션 에 이야기 했더니 택시회사에 전화를 걸어 돈을 되찾게 해주었습니다. 에어비엔비 였다면 그대로 돈을 잃었겠죠.
앞으로도 호이안에 오면 묵을 생각입니다.
주변이 볼게 없지만 오히려 그점이 조용하고 좋아요
호텔 식당도 싸고 맛있습니다

5.0 "Lovely hotel and staff "
We originally booked to stay here for 3 nights but it was so good we asked if we could stay for another two. The hotel is lovely, rooms are big and clean. The staff are very friendly and will do anything they can to help. I wasn't feeling well for a couple of days and they made me ginger tea and asked if there was anything else they can do to make me feel better. We would like to thank Lin for being so lovely throughout our stay, with all the other staff also being really friendly. The hotel is close walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. We ate at the hotel most days as the food was very good and also very cheap compared to eating out. The breakfast that was included was great with lots to choose from. Lin also helped book our taxi and train to Nha Trang which was very helpful. We had a great time in Hoi An and hope we can find more hotels as nice as the Green Apple.
Really friendly staff, easy check in and clean rooms. I only stayed one night at this hotel while I was in Hoi An.
I booked a room which included breakfast however the morning before I was to check out, I was told the breakfast would not be buffet style but would be a la carte. Options were limited, other guests were also unhappy when advised of this. There is construction happening in the front of the property which leaves the pool area open to the public and creates a noisy environment. My room was right above the construction.
During my stay, the elevator was not working properly so I had to take the stairs down from the third floor. Wifi was also spotty in the morning. Little things about this hotel made me change over to a different one for the rest of my stay in Hoi An. Price per night was a little on the higher end for the quality and size.
Thé excellent working and welcoming of thé staff, and un particulary Lien.

We had a five night stay at Green Apple. The staff was very attentive on learning our names and how our stay was going. The hotel is a walkable distance to Ancient Town and the Yum Yum restaurant, across the street, has the best Cau Lao. The hotel bicycles were a bit used. It was hard to adjust the seats properly. We also had a negative experience with the excursion driver the hotel arranged for us. The driver spoke little English, Hotel thought he did, so it made our trip to Hue a bit frustrating and long.
Nytt og rent hotel ca 15-20 min å gå til gamlebyen . Fantastisk omsorgsfull personale som hver dag spurte alle gjester hvordan vi hadde det! Frukt og juice fikk vi som velkomst. Gratis sykler til låns.gode senger og varmt og godt vann. Gratis vann, teposer tannbørster og kam hver dag. Nye håndklær ! Frokosten er asiatisk , med fskj retter , frukter, juice, omelett, egg , havregryn og cornflakes, toast . Savnet grovt brød og ost ! Men Ok ! Går du rett frem mot gamlebyen ta første vei til venstre , i enden av gaten er hver dag marked fra ca kl 9-10 til kl 19 . Vil du til gamlebyen gå veien fra hotellet rett fram til du kommer til et hotel med stor hage, ta til venstre og følg veien til et lyskryss , da går du til høyre og følger gaten rett frem så er du i gamlebyen. Et flott opphold hos fantastiske mennesker i rolige omgivelser !
Very welcoming both in the presentation of the hotel and also the staff. Lovely room with a balcony in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy 15-20 min. walk to the old town. Good vegetarian restaurant close by. Great breakfast too. Highly recommend!
Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave great advice on where to have clothing and shoes made as well as good food recommendations. The airport shuttle was on time and the hotel provides free bike usage which is great for going to the beach. The location is good but it does require a healthy walk to the core shopping area.

Hotel was amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Greeting us every time we come or go from the hotel and taking interest and learning our names. The restaurant food is amazing we had dinner there one night, free buffet breakfast was delicious too lots of options. We stayed an extra 2 nights because we love this place so much.

Everything about this place is great except for our air conditioning in the room. Staff are super attentive and sweet. Pool while on the smaller side was refreshing and quiet. I’ve learned that smaller pool means less kids staying there😀 Free bicycles are available- a lot of them so it is easy to get into the Old Quarter as well as the beach. Given the chance I would definitely stay here again.

5.0 "Brilliant Boutique Hotel"
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We had a room facing the street on the 5th floor (top) this time and it was brilliant. We had to make a change to our booking so I contacted them and they said no problem whatsoever. They have bicycles you can use which would be good for going to the beach. Sometimes we walked down to riverside and sometimes we had a taxi (very cheap) meter one's. If we go back to Hoi An we will definately stay here again.

Overall excellent staff and service. The front desk manager Ms. Lien was extremely helpful when our family had a threatening experience on a Lien Hung sleeper bus. She contacted the bus company for us and spoke on our behalf regarding how the bus assistant shoved our family to the back of the bus without any explanations and how he had pointed his finger at our faces and screamed at us in Vietnamese. She forwarded an apology from the bus manager for us.
Fantastic hotel, amazing staff, very comfortable room, nice little pool and quality breakfast buffet, for an incredibly cheap price. I definitely will be staying here again. Highly recommended
A hotel that shines for its service. From the small to the large details : for example knowing my name without having met me and noticing I'd been unable to find a tea spoon for yoghurt at breakfast, so they brought me one.
