A lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff.Thanks to Anna and her crew we really enjoyed our time there breakfast is buffet style with something for everyone.Bedrooms were sparkly clean. A little away from the Center but the shuttle buses are only fifty dong to the hotel.

The staff go out of their way to make yiu feel comfortable and are incredibly lovely, however there are a few things that they can work on.
Cleanliness is key and unfortunately this property didnt stand up, there were stains on the walls, a booger on the wall of my room which was never cleaned and it wasnt ours so, gross. There is always a puddle of water by the big plant on the patio, which both my husband and I almost slipped on numerous times.
The breakfast is definitely not wort getting up for and can use alot of work both in execution and variety. The beds and pillows are the worst ive had so far in asia and the shower not only has minimal hot water but the pressure is non existent. The free bikes to go into town are a nice touch tho.
This place is the definition of perfect...great

그거 참 좋구요
자전거 무료대여하는데.. 자전거타고 안방비치부터 호이안시장 등
여기저기 다닐 수 있어 좋았어요
수영장은.. 관광다니기 바빠 이용할 틈도 없었어요
애들 놀기 좋을 듯
단점이라고 한다면
야시장까지 걸어갈 수는 있지만..
그것도 한두번이지..좀 힘들어요 ㅜㅜ
나름 그래도 만족합니다

This was the best place we stayed in Vietnam!! It was walkable from old town, but out of the chaos. The staff was extremely helpful in booking us tours, cars and giving recs for local spots for massages and more! Great breakfast spread as well. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel entspricht guten vietnamesischen Standard.
Personal ist sehr höflich und äusserst hilfsbereit.
Ds Hotel liegt zwischen Altstadt und Stand. Mit den gratis Fahrrädern ist beides gut zu erreichen.

Vi boede 3 nætter på dette hotel og har haft en super god oplevelse. Værelset var rent og pænt. Morgenmad's buffeten var rigtig god, med meget forskelligt at vælge imellem. Utrolig venligt og hjælpsomt personale, som har kunnet svare på alle spørgsmål, samt rådgivet os til gode steder at se i Hoi An. Hotellet tilbyder gratis lejning af cykler, som vi brugte et par gange ned i "the old town". Hotellet ligger lidt udenfor, men vi gik også ind til "the old town" nogle dage, hvilket kun tog 15-20 min. Super godt hotel til en fair pris. Kan klart anbefales!
Todo bien, pero reservar excursiones fuera del hotel. En el propio hotel es mucho más caro y además cada recepcionista te da el precio que le da la gba, 5 o 10 dólares arriba o abajo. Frente a loa problemas no son demasiado resolutivos, solo se muestran al 100%amables cuando quieren venderte algo. Si no lo consiguen pierden el interés. Por lo demás, es un hotel limpko, barato, bicis gratis, buen desayuno y agradable. Lo recomiendo

Excellent location that is convenient to old city. Nice breakfast buffet. Helpful and courteous staff who go the extra mile. The rooms and facilities are clean, well kept and modern. Laundry services were not as careful as in other hotels.

hôtel récent propre confortable piscine hyper agréable petit dej en mode budget vietnamien et européen de bonne qualité. prêt de vélo a la journée. entre plage et ancienne ville et à 5 min de l arrivée des bus.
seul bémol la gérante nous a proposé de s occuper de nos excursions et vol. nous lui avons indiqué avoir trouvé par nos propres moyens cela l a vexé et elle a été un peu moins aimable. dommage mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de ce bon hôtel
Excellent staff. Super comfortable and spacious rooms. I stayed in deluxe room. Quite area. Superb restaurant & mini mart right opposite to the hotel. Good food & cocktail served at nominal price. Must stay.

4.0 "Loved Stay But Laundry Service Needs Improvement"
The hotel was great. We enjoyed the few nights we stayed there. It had comfortable accommodations, the staff were very helpful, it's well situated within walking distance to the old town (15min) and has vegetarian restaurants close by. Our only recommendation is to change who they use for laundry service. The price was good, but after the initial perfume of the laundry wore off (~24hrs), we realized everything still smelled dirty and had to rewash.

Ett mycket trevligt hotell i Hoi an. Det ligger i ett lugnt område på cykelavstånd från gamla delarna av stan och cyklar får man låna gratis på hotellet. De hjälpte oss med många bra tips gällande utflykt och skräddare i stan. Frukosten var superb!

바나힐로 가는 택시를 주선해주셔서 이용하게 됐어요. 선불을 했는데 그랩 어플로 비교를 해봤는데 호텔에서 소개해준게 더 비싸더라구요. 그래서 환불 요청을 했는데 바로 정색하시면서 엄청 쌀쌀맞게 대하시던데 짜증났어요..한 분만 그랬어요. 다른 분들은 친절.. 좋은 점이있다면 조식이 무료인 점! 그리고 호이안 올드타운과 가까운 것 같더라구요. 여기서 도마뱀 보고 식겁했어요.. ㅠㅠ 여기만 이런건지는 잘 모르겠네요. 방은 그냥 평범했어요! 하루 묵기에 적당? 돈 더 내고 더 좋은 곳 갈 것 같긴해요!! 뷰는 앞에 공사 중이라 별로였네요. 가실 분은 뷰도 고려하시면 좋을 것 같습니다

When we arrived the staff greeted us by name , and they all had big smiles. The hotel was clean. We arrived early they stored our luggage. We borrowed their bikes , we went for ride till it was check in. When we checked in we found a room that was just cleaned. The beds where great. A/c worked perfectly. I recamend this hotel. 10 our of 10. Great hotel.
