Everything about this hotel is excellent 👌the service is amazing, the hotel is amazing as well. Only thing i wasn't completely satisfy is that the bathroom was tiny.

합리적 가격에 잘 묵었습니다. 특히 화장실이 상당히 만족스러웠습니다~ 주변에 폴라이트 앤 펍, 4P pizza도 있으니 근거리에서 저녁을 즐길수 있습니다.

5.0 "New Year with a bang!"
Si we decided to stay at the Solaria for a second time but this time for New Year. Perfect place to view the fireworks which were only about 3/400 metres away. Great room, more than adequate and greatservice from the staff who coukdnt be more helpful. Look forward to the next stay in April 😁😁😁

Located at heart of Old Quarter, which nearby all tourist hot spots by walking distance. Thanks for professional receptionist, making the check in / out process so smooth. Besides, the breakfast served varieties were not much but it was delicious and up to standard. Highly recommend.

나는 7월초에 이어 이번이 두번째 방문였다. 다시 선택한 이유는 너무도 명확했다. 예민한 임신막달에 남편과 가까운 하노이로의 짧은 주말 여행. 첫번째의 만족이 기꺼이 이 곳을 다시 선택하게 했다. 이 가격에 5성급 못지 않는 세련된 룸과 멋진 조식, 잔잔한 따뜻한이 느껴졌던 스텝들의 섬세한 배려는 아마 세번째도 주저없이 이 곳을 선택하게 할 듯 싶다. 솔라리아는 호안키엠 주변에서 가장 활기를 띤 호텔이었다. 내외국인 구분 없이 다양한 투숙객으로 로비는 활기를 띠고 있었다. 그 역시 나를 기분 좋게 했음. 좋은 곳은 모두 알아보는 법이니... 이번엔 마사지도 받았는데 매우 만족. 50% 할인 중이었음! 임신부라 풋마사만 받았지만 배려 가득한 섬세한 서비스. 땡큐! 호텔 1층 레스토랑은 후기가 좋아 가보려했으나 마침 저녁 예약 풀로 불발. 가까운 포피스에서 만찬을 즐김... 여긴 다음에 들르기로...

Booked here since the place my company uses was full. This place exceeded my expectations! Great staff very attentive and friendly. Room was very well kept and clean. Will change to this hotel for future trips!!

Les voleurs, suite à la crise sanitaire je ne suis pas partie.
Encore au debut de la semaine dernière j’ai contacté tous les hotels reservés, plusieurs hotels m’ont conseillé fortement reporté le voyage et meme accepté d’annuler la réservation sans frais sauf Solaria Hotel.
Celui-ci a essayé de m’assurer que tout va bien (au meme temps le gouvernement suspends les visas pour les européens et tout le monde ferme les frontières). Et pour ce hotel tout va bien!
Malgré tout les mail de demandes d’annuler la réservation, l’hôtel m’a jamais répondu.
Du coup, heureusement que c est juste une nuit (c’est pas ma question de l’argent mais le principe!)
s’ils mentent dans ce type de situation ou le monde entier est mobilisé pour luter, IMAGINEZ le reste!
Vraiment évitez à tout prix, si vous ne voulez pas de mauvaises surprises !
Supper rooms, fantastic staff, great "a la carte" plus buffet breakfast and excellent roof bar/restaurant.

In 51 days of travel, this hotel was the one that blew us away. It was the service, kindness and the fact that the every staff member went the extra mile to make our experience unique. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop bar, is located very centrally and we even received a little goodbye gift :) we highly recommend it!

Замечательный дизайнерский отель. Чисто, уютно, прекрастный завтрак в красивом ресторане на 9-м этаже. Персонал не навязчево, а искренне решает все Ваши вопросы (были такие). Расположение отличное- центр, рядом достопримечательности, торговые улицы и фут-корты. Были с женой в Ханое в течение 12 лет в 9-й раз и этот отель оказался лучшим. Думаю, что это наилучшая оценка для будущих путешественников.

5.0 "Awesome staff in a great hotel"
What makes this hotel stand out from other similar hotels in the area is the fantastic staff who could not do enough to make a challenging trip during the virus outbreak, more pleasant. Most notably was Annie who dealt with all our difficulties with absolutely professionalism and kindness and she alone is a reason to stay at this hotel. The staff at reception were all amazing as was the concierge and all the porters. We stayed in two different rooms over two seperate stays and although the rooms were totally different, both rooms were comfortable and had everything needed. The one had a full bathroom seperate to the room and windows. The other had a shower and toilet incorporated into the bedroom with only a small window near the ceiling but neither room felt claustrophobic. Full amenities were provided in both types of rooms. The breakfasts were excellent and had great variety and catered for all tastes. The hotel is also well situated near the lake. You can walk to all attractions but it is quiet enough to be peaceful. An excellent choice and of accommodation for Ha Noi.
The attentiveness of the staff you making our stay enjoyable could not be faulted

Location is amazing, short troll to hoan kiem lake and the cathedral. It is also located in the heart of Old Quarter. Breakfast buffet is perfect with so many choices. Highly recommended

The service is top notch, folks are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent too, right next to old quarter.
One drawback is there is always loud music playing outside, not sure it's because there is a night club next door or what. Otherwise than that, will definitely go back if I happen to visit Hanoi again.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a long time. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and part of the family. *All* of the staff were exceptional but a special mention must go to Tracey who looked after us and really went the extra mile to help and resolve any issues we had. The location of this hotel is fantastic for exploring.
We loved the general decor, the room and the restaurant was also great. And a special thanks for all the staff who went above and beyond to treat me for my birthday!
We would not hesitate to stay here again!
This hotel was a surprise! The room was bigger than our expectation and the decoration was really warm. Everything was clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast had different things and also special items that they could make from the menu. Annie and Thao from reception were very kind in helping us with everything. the location was ideal with everything close by.

엄마와 함께 4박을 이용하고 왔습니다. 방은 조금 작았지만, 큰 불편함 없이 사용하였습니다. 다른 호텔에서 저의 짐도 가져와주고, 마지막 가는 날은 작은 선물이라면서 커피세트를 따로 챙겨주었습니다. 조식도 적당히 먹을만하고, 맛있었습니다. 호수가 보이는 작은 바에서 한 잔 해도 좋을 것 같습니다. 전에 비싼 호텔에서 2박 했는데, 가성비 좋은 이곳에서 6박을 채웠어도 아쉬움이 없었을 듯 합니다. 특히 위치가 좋아서 어디든 가깝고, 호안끼엠 호수는 바로 3분 거리입니다. 직원 하나하나 모두 친절하고, 기분 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 다만, 화장실 냄새가 아침에 올라왔던 것 같아서 체크아웃할 때 호텔측에 얘기했고, 시정하려는 노력이 보였습니다. 오픈한 지 얼마 안되서 후기가 없었던 지라 고민을 조금 했는데, 전혀 걱정할 필요 없었던 호텔이었습니다.

This hotel was truly amazing, one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, clearly wanting my stay to be a great experience. All the staff spoke great English and they even taught me some Vietnamese.
My room was newly equipped, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was superb, service was excellent and the chef was creative with some excellent dishes.
Although this was a business trip the hotel is located near Lake Hoan Kiem so I also had a great opportunity to explore this interesting and scenic area of Hanoi.
Trendy new hotel, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Few issues with the room (bins weren't emptied and the shower was either scolding hot or cold. The staff reaction once informed was excellent though and am sure they will correct these teething problems.

This is a new hotel that is very convenient and close to the west lake. The staff there are all very helpful and would go out of their way to assist you. They have a good selection for breakfast especially the Asian cuisine. They particularly asked for feedback about everything, including the room layout,etc and gave us big discounts for their spa.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff work very hard to make you feel welcome and ensure you are satisfied with your stay. It is located in the middle of the old quarter within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and cafes all of which are excellent. Would stay again!
