가족여행이라 룸을 5개 예약했다. 베드2개짜리 방을 예약했는데...
한방에 엑스트라베드를 떡하니 해놓았다.. 사파의 12월은 엄청 춥다... 전기장판이 필요할 정도였다. 근데 거기한곳만 이불도 봄가을이불.... 난 방을 바꿔달라고 요청하자 만실이라 베드를 다른곳과 교체해 줬다... 아마도 우리처럼 다른방과 비교할수 없는 어떤룸은 그 엑스트라 베드를 이용했지 않을까??? 그것 말고는 직원의 친절도나 모두 괜찮았다... 근데 튼튼한 두다리가 팔요하다... 엘리베이터 없는건 알았는데.. 7층에 숙박한 우리는 하루 조식1회와 여행하고 중간에 호텔에 들어올수 없었다... 산을 오르는 느낌이라 다리가 너무 아팠다 ㅠㅠ 짐은 모두 호텔직원들이 들어줘서 괜찮았지만... 2박을 여기서 묵으면서 다리아픈건 정말 힘들었다..그점만 아니라면 괜찮았다

Very good location with lovely views. Great size rooms and very clean.
Only negatives were breakfast was okay, a decent selection of options just not to my taste and the rooms smelt as though they needed a good air out.

사파 시내를 내려다볼 수 있는 뷰가 좋았습니다. 테라스가 앞쪽으로 넓게 되어 있어서 탁 트인 전망이 제일 좋았습니다.

The staff were so friendly which made us feel very welcome and at home.
The hotel was lovely and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa as it has a lovely setting and beautiful views

The hotel is on the hillside, higher floors open the window from the room are mountains view. The hotel 250 meter away from Sapa Express Bus station. Close to the lake in 2 minutes walk. From the lake there is a road can walk over to Sapa City Centre. From the hotel turn to the left 800m there is a night market open till 12am. You can get a lot of BBQ stalls there. Room is very very clean. I booked twin bed. Beds are big and comfortable to sleep.

쾌적하고 좋은 숙소입니다. 밤에 보이는 사파시티의 야경이 아름답습니다.
조식은 그다지 맛있진 않고 엘리베이터가 없는게 흠입니다.
그래도 모든 직원들이 친절하고, 일찍 나오고 들어가는 사파 특성에 맞게 얼리체크인 가능, 조식도 다른 호텔보다 일찍 제공되고, 조식시간 전 퇴실해야할 때 요청 시 포장도 가능합니다.
친절하고 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

We arrived at 8am from train and we were greeted very kindly. They noticed we were tired and gave us an early check in! It was amazing of them. All the staff is kind and professional

Very nice hotel.. amazing staff very happy there... only two issues but weren't bad, was a very hard bed and no lift but wasn't an issue at all. Very nice hotel indeed

4.0 "사파를 즐기기에 충분한 숙소"
슬리핑버스타고 아침7시경에 도착했는데 짐만 맡기고 관광할 생각으로 당일숙박만 예약했어요.
그런데 친절하시게 이른체크인 해주셔서 숙소에서 피로도 풀고 사파관광했어요
직원분께서 사파 관광지 추천해주시고 지도에도 안내해주셔서 편리했어요^^
방상태는 시끄러운 광장중심지에서 좀 벗어나 걷긴 해야되지만 저희는 그게 좋아서 일부러 벗어난거라 너무 좋았어요
숙소에서 오토바이 렌트해서 다녔어요

방도 좋지만 다른방 앞으로 지나다니면
다른방문이 유리라 보고 다니니 좀 불편했다
서비스도 좋고 식사도 종류가 많다
계단식이라 높은곳은 힘들것 같다

시티에서 조금 떨어지니 조용하고 더 좋았습니다. 도보 10분, 택시 1000원정도에요.
조식은 so so~
