A nice little stay. The room was great for what we needed, and the man working the front desk on the morning of April 2nd was really wonderful, helpful and kind. Thank you :)

The hotel is situated in the old town, walking distance to nice restaurants. The room standard is good but try to avoid rooms on the lower floors to avoid all the noise, the streets outside are very busy. The pool area is smaller than it looks on the pictures but offers a nice view over the city. The staff is just great, very friendly and service minded.

Highly recommend! From the staff, to the amazing breakfast buffet- everything was excellent! I stayed for 1 night, then went to HaLongBay for 2 nights and came back for 4 more nights..i was very happy. The first room i had was perfect! Big window with a small view to the street, not noisy at all. The second room had 1 window and it faced another room! A little disappointing but it was minor. I was super happy staying here!
The staff are so kind, and accommodating! I would come back for sure!!
Excellent staff. Most efficient and helpful. Relatively new hotel with good hotel management system.

Great place to stay which is in the heart of the old quarter. The staff are great and speak and understand English. The roof is a great place to get a view of the area and the rooms are very comfortable. Just make sure you look at the description of the room because some don’t have windows that look out into the streets.
Small room, under average breakfast buffet. Bad knock off of Rex Saigon.

We spent 3 night at the Rex the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooftop was very relaxing and the scenery was amazing. Rise at the front desk and Rebecca in the restaurant were very attentive and helpful. We were stayied at the Cosiana Prior to this and the properties were worlds apart. The Rex is in a wonderful area to explore Hanoi via foot, thanks again to all the management and staff we would definitely recommend the Rex.

Overall an excellent hotel, but due to Aircon refurbishment and other general renovations, there was constant noise during the day and sometimes well into the night during our entire stay. Probably necessary works, but still annoying.

we were luck as I had booked luxury room which happened to be on the 10th floor. Great views of the city streets but no traffic nose which was a bonus. The staff are helpful with the bell boys always at the door to welcome you back after you had been out during the day.
The Rex close to some good quality restaurants.
Their shower needs a better curtain as water gets all over the shower
and a shade cloth over the pool would be good.
The pool on the roof is really nice and it’s great to take an evening cocktail there

It is a great location to access to Old quarter for shopping and food. Staff is great. Breakfast food is fantastic and my family enjoyed a lot. Rooms are clean, but it could be better that we can get family of 4 or 2 interconnect rooms for family more than 2 people.
