Attention on this hotel/motel - I had big problem from begin to the and and after!
All this with my prepaid 4 nights reservation by hotels.com
1. They don't understand or pretend to not understand english!
2. They said I have no reservation
3. "Full booked" (having a poster "left room" at the door)
4. "They don't sell rooms at hotels.com!"
They don't sell by I buyed... How can you buy something not in sell? Do you know about that, hotels.com?
5. Every single day of my stay they asked me if I pay and when I'll check out!
Every time I told them "my reservation is prepaid"
6. At check out they want me to pay again, even if they know about my prepaid reservation!!
7. They don't want to give my passport back! Had to make a video with that and go to the police... Without passport..
I had to wait.. No chance to have my passport back, so I told them I go to police and I leave with my baggage to the next hotel.
After few hundred meters, the (owner?) girl from the reception, with passport in hand... I told her I'll go anyway to police to complain about..
8. If that matters anymore... At check in they make me wait about 3 hours and gived me a worst room, without window..
9. No clean, not even throwed the garbage, not changed anything.. A totally mess!
The condition of the room was very poor and the bathroom was very shabby. Paint in the bedroom was cracking and in the bathroom, peeling off or missing completely. They were drinks in the room but no refrigerator.
