Very clean, excellent service, pricy restaurant but very tasty food, average sized room, and very good location - within 10-15 min walking distance to War Museum and Palace.

5.0 "Quite satisfying."
The room was very clean and cozy.
It's a bit noisy in the evening but I usually don't mind noisy.
The breakfast was ok. I wish they had rice noodle soup though.
The hall was quite cold. haha.
The staffs were kind but their english accent was hard to understand.
The room itself was very satisfying.
But the remote was out of battery.
I was too lazy to ask for new battery lol.

The overall quality of the accommodation is good. It's just the sound insulation of the room is not good enough. The gym is good. The breakfast is ok. I should stay and experience it again.
Excellent hotel with very good facilities. Good location to the city center.

3.0 "Biz trip.... 2 nights"
Good point
- 위치,위치,위치(여행자거리~벤탄 도보가능)
- 컨시어지 서비스 만족
- 객실 서비스 만족
Bad point

I really like the hotel. The service was amazing. The location is very nice as well. I was able to walk around at night and go to the market etc. My only complaint is my room was hot and I had a hard time cooling it down with the AC. For some reason every night about 2 am the AC would change to a different temperature than I had set and I would wake up sweating. I was not sure how to override it other than getting up and resetting it again. No instruction. The room service was very good.
Beautiful 5 star hotel in District one. Close to restaurants and the Ben Thanh Market. Stayed on the club floor and the staff are fantastic and couldnt be more helpful. pool is amazing. even the bell boys called you by name every time you entered. great place to relax and unwind

5.0 "Always top-pick for HCMC tour"
* Location (5/5) : Near the traveler's street, bin tanh market, even saigon center & saigon square.
* Facility (5/5) : Old, but well mixed with modern style. Maybe huge renovation had been done (maybe). Neat, clean room. Large lobby makes guest happy.
* Service (5/5) : Many staffs are always ready to service. Good room services (laundry, dining, etc) If you stay in Club Lounge, meal, coffee, snack and some drinks will be offered freely.
* Comfort (4/5 : Well... Chill Skybar (famous for its view and music bar) is near the guest room, from evening to late night (about 1am?), there is somewhat annoying sound could heard. So if you are very sensitive to sound, your night will be in trouble. But if you are not, noise problem will be neglected.
* Visit again ? : Yes, for good service, location and facility!
Too noisy at night and in the day. If the unit above is under renovation and I will suggest to keep the unit below and above unoccupied

good service and nice rooms since they just refurbished; though please do take note that refurbishment is still in process, hence there could be some disturbances throughout, but minimal.

3.0 "Very corporate"
Perhaps we're not the target audience for this business oriented hotel. The lobby is huge, anchored in marble, and felt like a train station or fancy airport than luxurious. The staff were efficient but did not mention any of the room amenities. There are a mysterious pair of masks with canisters in the closet, with instructions only in Vietnamese.
The room itself is clean, and could have been anywhere in the world. The tea is Lipton's, coffee is Nescafe, and no art, travel guides, or anything that would hint of Saigon. Reminds me too much of the nine weeks I once spent at a Hilton for work.
Had a bit of trouble locating the free tea/coffee as there are tucked in the same drawer as pricey 40K instant noodles. Would have made more sense to have them near the water kettle.
Shower gets up to temperature quickly, but the pressure was not satisfying. Also wasn't a fan of having a half shower door instead of fully enclosed. High step in bathtub was also a bit of a hassle.
Location is super convenient with an exellent Ori Nail spa across street and the superb Sorae restaurant just around the corner. The working desk and chair were also topnotch with USB/HDMI/outlets handy. Overall a decent experience but just not to my taste. 5-star luxury to me needs a bit more localization and personalization.
