Tavallinen huone oli siisti ja sopivan kokoinen, parveke oli jaettu kolmen muun huoneen kanssa joten kannattaa pitää verhot kiinni.. Näkymä oli suoraan satamaan ja tästä syystä oli turha odottaa rauhallista iltaa. Vietnamin elämäntavan takia tööttäily kuuluu asiaan, joten ruuhka aikoina 5-9, 12-14 ja 16-19 huoneeseen kuuluu järkyttävä mekkala. Surkea aamupala, joka koostui lähinnä yhdestä munakkaasta, nakista ja kylmistä nuudeleista. Hedelmiä, mehua ja teetä ei ollut tarjolla, kahvi löytyi. Omat illallis eväät kannattaa ottaa mukaan, lähialueilla ei ole ruokakauppoja tai ravintoloita, hotellin oma menu nihkeä.
Clean but no character with limited breakfast. Big plus was stunning view of Ha Long Bay from bedroom.

4.0 "Good Location 5min walk to Harbour"
Great Location for Ha Long bay Cruise. It's near the harbour. We found it much better to book luxury transport from Hanoi TO Ha Long and spend the night in Ha Long bay.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. We did not have the breakfast.

하롱베이에서 투숙하기를 희망해서 예약했는데 생각보단 그냥 그랬어요, 조식 종류도 별로 없고 맛도 별로... 저녁에는 주변에 할것도 거의 없고;;

3.0 "En fantastisk udsigt over bugten"
Vi brugte hotellet som et nigtstop på vores videre rejse til Cat Ba. Til dette eller, som udgangspunkt til en bådtur, er beliggenheden fin. Selve området er ikke spændende.
Selve værelset og balkonen var fantastisk, men desværre var der fra badeværelset en konstant lugt af kloark.
Morgenbuffe var fyldt med fluer og der var ikke fyldt op i fadene. På denne baggrund valgte vi ikke, at gøre brug af buffet.

5.0 "A superior hotel, with views of Halong Bay "
This is a brand new hotel, the staff will do their utmost to make your stay an enjoyable one. Ideal position to sit on a large shared balcony and watch the cruise boats come and go. The karst formations can be viewed from the balcony on the harbour side. The area surrounding the hotel is in the process of being developed however on the harbour side where we stayed we heard no construction noise. There is a man made beach close to the hotel and a few good restaurants within easy walking distance.
The hotel was great and the staff super helpful with everything!
The area is pretty empty with only 3 places to eat but beautiful views from the room and massive bed

5.0 "Mooi nieuw hotel"
Dit is een mooi nieuw hotel aan de haven op het eiland Tuan Chau.
Heerlijke groot bed en wij hadden de panorama view kamer schitterend uitzicht op Ha Long bay. Het is een paar minuten lopen naar de haven voor een Tour of eten bij Sandy Beach uitkijkend naar halong city. Het hotel personeel doet alles voor je. Bij het ontbijt is het wel als het bijna tijd is en er is iets niet vraag het maar en ze regelen het.
Een taxi naar het centrum op het vaste land via de brug is ongeveer 150000 vnd.
Tuan chau is opkomend dus nieuw en vele malen schoner dan Cat Ba.
Ideale plek voor bij te komen na een uitstapje overdag of s’avonds sun world te bezoeken.
Min puntjes zijn geen kluis op de kamer wel beneden en de televisie heeft alleen lokale zenders.
Ik zeg super hotel en zeker voor de prijs.
Superb experience. Excellent facilities, views, and breakfast.

The hotel is full of kids and very loud with local and chinese tourists.
Breakfast are bad.
Will not stay here again.

We booked a room at Moon Bay Halong Hotel because of the positive Feedbacks and what can I say? They are true!
Room: we had the Panorama View Room. The room was spacious and confortable (big bed) and the View from the balcony was outstanding. The hotel is new hence the room was it too. Everything great!
Location: the Hotel is located on Tuan Chau Island, 5 minutes from Tuan Chau Wharf, where a lot of ferrys start (e.g. the ferry to Cat Ba Island). The surrounding itself is quiet. There are some restaurants and bars. There are also some comstructions because the Island is still "growing". You should be mobil (by motorbike or by car/taxi). For us the location was great (we had a motorbike).
Service: the employees were so nice and helpful. They even parked our motorbike every night at a safe place without additional charge. They always gabe their best when we needed help.
Breakfast: the hotel offered a breakfast buffet with primary vietnamese dishes. There was a stand with fresh Pho Soup and eggs (preparation to be chosen).
Here is the only point, which really disturbed me. There were sometimes groups of Asian Tourists, who went to the buffet quiet early. When we arrived after them it was so obvious that they already ate there. Everything was somehow dirty and used and some dishes not available anymore. The tables were also dirty. Please try to keep the buffet and tables clean and "full" for all.
