Is a privately owned hotel. Staff go all the way to get feedback from each customer staying in the hotel. They go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable, make you feel important and share local info. Deco were very class. Good spread of breakfast.

Exceptional staff and service in this wonderful friendly hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and we were treated like royalty for the whole week we stayed here. We were truly sorry to leave. The breakfasts were very good with a wide range of Western and Asian foods available. We had one dinner in the restaurant which was also very good. The complimentary afternoon teas were a wonderful treat to enjoy every day and the hotel kindly invited us to enjoy one final complimentary afternoon tea even after we had checked out! The spa service was excellent, my husband and I each received a complimentary spa treatment as the hotel was celebrating its first birthday this month! Special thanks go to Anna the amazing food and beverage manager, Clara the charming guest relations manager and the lovely “Lady Gaga” at reception. We will be returning to this hotel for sure on our next visit to Vietnam!

미케비치 맞은편의 호텔 중 하나에요. 객실 깔끔하고요. 청소 상태 좋아요. 무엇보다 마음에 들었던 건 세심한 서비스. 리셉션에 나이 좀 잇어보이는 직원이 있는데 상당히 노련해요! 덕분에 편안한 시간 보냈습니다. 가성비 좋아요!

진짜 100점 만점 중에 98점 주고 싶어요!
-1점은 객실크기 & -1점 객실 슬리퍼(일회용 슬리퍼가 아닌 여러사람들이 신었을것같은 쪼리)
첫날 픽업 요청을 했는데 400,000동(한국돈으로 약 20,000원) 베트남 물가에 비해 싼 편은 아니지만 스타렉스 리무진 or 미니밴 차량이 왔고요, 운전사분만 온게 아니라 호텔 직원이 정장입고 피켓 들고 와서 그때부터 이미 기분이 좋았어요. 피켓도 그냥 A4용지가 아니라 정성스럽게 미리 준비된듯한?! 그리고 체크인 할때 서서 하는게 아니라 예약자 이름 말하고 여권이랑 호텔바우처 주면은 로비에 준비된 자리에 앉아서 기다리라고 하는데 시원한 깔라만시 쥬스와 열대과일을 준비해줬어요!
그리고 무엇보다도 조식이 최고였어요!! 매일매일 조금씩 바뀌는데 완전 제 입맛에 맞았어요ㅎㅎ 12층에 수영장이 있는데 거의 아무도 이용하지 않아 저는 아침에 한번 이용했는데 미케비치가 바로 보이고 한적해서 좋았어요!
그리고 그랩 잡고 기다릴때 호텔직원분께서 큰 파라솔 가지고 와서 씌워주고 저희 그랩번호 확인하고나서 알아서 잡아주고 타기 전에 그랩문도 알아서 열어주고! 서비스가 진짜 완전 최고였어요!! 환전도 일부는 호텔에서 했는데 그때도 앉아서 기다리라고 하고 또 시원한 깔라만시쥬스도 주고! 비키와 클라라라고 하는 직원이 우리 일정 묻고 가볼만한 곳과 맛집도 추천해주고 너무 친절했어요! 제가 너무 못알아 들어서 영어와 한국말 둘 다 섞어서 하셨어요ㅎㅎ 진짜 추천해주고 싶어요^^ 객실크기와 쪼리만 아니였다면 100점입니다!!
Great service and cost performance. Breakfast really wins the place huge points. In central danang so it is easy to get around town. It's a bit worn down overall but not in terrible condition. Overall it is a good place to stay for a couple of nights if you are in Danang.

직원들이 친절하다는 리뷰가 많아서 얼마나 친절하지 하고 갔는데 정말 미안할정도로 친절합니다 너무 만족스럽고 시설도 깨끗하고 벌레 도마뱀없고 만족스런 여행이에요 당신이 조식을먹으러가면 매니져들에게 당신의 기분과 포만감과 만족도를 체크당할겁니다 처음에 말을 자주걸어서 당황했는데 그날그날 일정도물어보고 비가올거라고 알려주거나 한국인들입맛에맞는 메뉴도 추천해주고 조금씩이지만 직원들이 한국말도합니다! 진짜너무친절하고 조식도맛있어요 미케비치바로앞이라 수영복에 쓰레빠끌고 나갔다와도 됩니다 한시장 시내도 가까워요 우리나라돈 택시비 2~3천원나옵니다 위치 위생 최고 친절 최최최고

To celebrate 20 years of marriage, my husband and I choose to spent 10 nights in this hotel. We could not have chosen better.
The hotel brand new with good taste with very good installations.
The room is very good, clean and quiet, the mattress and pillows have high quality.
The breakfast is very good, because has many choise, from ocidental to oriental food.
We sometimes had lunch and dinner and it was very good.
In the afternoon they offer a variety of delicious cakes, sandwich and fruits. Everyday they offer diferent cakes.
Every time we went to the main hall, they gave us fruit juice with ice.
I also recommend the SPA specially the Monarque Signature treatment which is very relaxing.
The hotel was always very clean and has a very good background music.
But which make the hotel very special is the staff, from the cleaning employees to the owner the hotel, they are very kind, polite and eficient, always watching the needs of the clients. They make the clients feels very special. They cherish customers. But I have to highlight Anna (beverage and food manager) who was tireless and very eficient. Also, Gaga, the recepcionist and Vicky for they availability and sympathy.
If I return to Da Nang I definitely will choose this hotel.
Good location with sandy beach across the road, french - inspired decor, attentive service, generous buffet

4.0 "로비의 화려함과 조식은 강추드립니다."
다낭 시내가 아닌 미케해변에 위치한 숙소는 로비가 정말 화려하면서 아름답습니다. 다만 해변쪽 객식이 아니다 보니 옆이 다른 호텔 벽면이라 깜짝 놀랐어요. 아주 가깝게 붙어있어서 좀 답답하더라구요. 호이안의 저렴한 호텔보다는 객실 크기가 작아서 좀 답답했지만, 조식은 종류만 퀄리티는 아주 좋았답니다. 수영장은 그냥 유아용 수준이라 안가시는게 좋을듯 바와 연결된 곳이다 보니 담배 냄새가 심하게 납니다. 수영장이요.ㅎ
주변은 해변과 다른 호텔과 마사지 샵 몇군데 있구요. 시내로 관광하시려면 택시를 이용하셔야 합니다.
호이안 호텔처럼 셔틀버스나 자전거가 없어서 그 점은 좀 번거로웠습니다. 객실 키 한 개를 분실하여, 체크 아웃때 추가 요금 한국돈으로 5천원 냈는데요. 좀 아깝더군요. 베트남 돈 10만동이면 밥값은 충분한 금액이라서 ㅎㅎ

This hotel is located near the beach and you can get to the aiport by 15 minute drive, so the location is excellent. This hotel offers afternoon tea service for free during around 3pm to 5pm and then you can eat delicious cakes comfortably. People working there are so kind. They gave us some valuable chips on such as trip schedule around there. If you are looking for reasonable and comfortable hotel near a beach, I strongly recommned you stay this hotel.
Thank you for lending me a power tap. Stuffs were wonderful, even after the checkout.
Breakfast and afternoon tea were also great.
I would like to stay this hotel again. :)
I just love this hotel! Great breakfast! The staff is so kind. Special thanks to Vicky, Clara, Anna and the bartender with glasses (dont remember his name). They all did everything to make us feel at home. The pool is great, the view as well. Near the beach, shops and restaurant. I do really recommend this hotel in every way possible! Go there, you wont regret it!

직원분들이 굉장히 친절하시고, 서비스에 흠잡을 부분이 없이 좋았습니다. 클리닝 상태나 룸컨디션도 맘에 들었습니다. 조식 메뉴가 엄청 많은건 아니지만 종류도 충분하고 맛있어서 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다.
10점 만점에 10점 주고싶어요.
다음에 다낭오면 또 여기 머물고 싶습니다.

Room condition and cleaning also were good. Complimentary breakfast buffet was enough to start good morning:) I am 100% satisfied at this hotel! I recommand you to stay here.

I found the servuce to be excellent and be of 5 star value. The food was great with an afternoon tea for the sweat tooth among us. So highly recommended.
기대가 너무 컷던 탓인지 처음 객실을 보고 많이 실망했습니다. 정리는 잘 되어 있지만 객실 내부는 오래되어 낡은 느낌이 있습니다. 오후 티타임에 무료라서 좋지만 여행을 하면서 그 시간대에 숙소에 있기는 어려워서 장점이 아닐듯합니다. 수영장은 티타임하는 곳 바로 옆일뿐 아니라 좁아서 몇명 들어가면 물에 몸만 담그고 있을 수준입니다. 식사는 빵과 오믈릿 이외에는 별로입니다. 과일도 신선하지 않은듯 당도가 높지 않아 맛이 없습니다.

The Monarque is facing the beach, and with the bikes available to use, you can easily discover the beachside area. We booked the hotel car for a "city tour" as it was a great price, and allowed us the flexibility of seeing all of the sights in one day, while not being locked in to a group scenario. Breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and although we didn't have a view, the room was clean and modern.

Wonderful services.
The hotel staffs provided professional and wonderful services. I will describe the hotel as the best hotel services that I have ever experience so far. The facilities are not like a 5-star luxurious hotel, but comfortable and well considered. The services provided were so helpful and sincere.
The afternoon tea provided are good and really relaxing.
Special thanks to the arrangement provided for my wife's birthday. She loved the flowers, the cake and the surprise so much.
We definitely will select Monarque hotel again and recommend to all our friends when they visit Da Nang.
We stayed 16 days leaving 28th July.Everything is first class,room,view, buffet breakfast to die for,afternoon tea by the pool every day.Sensational staff who go the extra yard!I broke a tooth & Clara from Guest relations organized a car and driver and personally took me to the dental hospital,.In the hospitality department Anna (supervisor)looked after our every need A nothing is too hard attitude.They suggested day trips and booked them for us ..We felt like royalty and they treat everyone like that.Great bands by the pool every night Cold beer what more can you want Phil & Jenny Withers
We enjoyed how nice the hotel is and the friendliness of the staff. It started with the airport pickup by Clara and the Driver. We felt welcomed from the first meeting. This was our first visit to Da Nang and Gaga, Clara, and Leo made my wife and I really enjoy the sights of Da Nang and the surrounding cities Hue and Hoi An. We used the hotel car on some of our tours to My Son, Hue, Bana Hills, and Hoi An and the cost was very reasonable and the we had the car for the entire day. The hotel is just across the street from the beach and we did not have any issues crossing the street to get to the beach. The hotel's pool is small, but it was nice to just get a dip and relax near the pool. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and many choices to chose from to eat. We did get to enjoy the Afternoon Tea on our last day and it was nice as it was not crowded due to many dividing their time between the sights, shopping, and My Khe Beach.
