Toilet basin pipe burst in the first room I checked into.
Was shifted to another room, where I didnt notice the toilet bowel and water tubing areas was also leaking.
The third room that I was moved in was also having leaking pipe under the basin.
Not as ideal as it looks in the picture.

Hotel viejo en general, dista mucho de las fotos de la pagina web y para el precio que costo la noche, hay hoteles mucho mejores.Ademas, no habia un solo enchufe en el baño con lo que mme tuve que secar el pelo fuera del baño.Le hace falta una reforma completa!¡

패밀리룸에 숙박 방크기보다 에어컨이 작아서 더웠읍니다.
추가로 선풍기를 제공해주어서 겨우 잘수 있었어요. .

친구들과 패밀리룸 더블침대1싱글2잇는 방에 머물 럿는대 나름 방도 깨끗하고 조금은 눅눅 햇지만 만족한 방이엿다 프론트도 24시간 운영 이 되어서 좋앗고 직원 분들도 매너 잇고 활짝 웃어주시고 나름 만족 스러운 숙소 엿습니다

It is not fancy. But if you want a comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price in a great location in Hanoi this is an excellent choice

Nice hotel, staff is very good.. Very helpful & hotel located near the restaurant, bank, souvenir shop&night Market.. I like the view for decoration.. I must come back next for holiday in Hanoi.. TQ

Tivemos 2 checking. O 1o foi uma tragédia. Chegamos muito tarde, a partir de Yangon. Havíamos solicitado um transfer, q não apareceu. Ao chegar no hotel, o responsável estava dormindo e custou acordar. Apenas recebemos as chaves.
O segundo checking foi muito bom.
Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. Os aposentos são regulares. Não há cofre no quarto. Ha mofo no banheiro e pouco espaço em geral. O café da manhã, embora contenha diversidade, não é saboroso. As comidas vietnamitas, que são tão gostosas, tornam-se um desastre. Está muito bem localizado.
Basic hotel, location is good but hotel need to up keep.

86번 공항버스 정거장이 5분거리로 가깝고, 호텔 직원 친절함.
밤에는 오토바이 소리가 좀시끄럽고 엘리베이트가 자주고장나서 짐들고이동시 불편함.조식은 무난하였으며 호안끼엠호수 인접하여 편리하게 밤거리와 투어 하기 좋음.

숙소는 거리상 호안키엠 근처여서 편리하였다(가족여행으로 7층의 베드 3개 방을 이용하였다). 조식과 숙소는 만족할 만하였다.
하지만 이전 분들이 남긴 평가처럼 도착하자마자 로비에 있던 여행상품 안내여자분의 어이없는 상품설명을 강제로 듣게 되었다. 하지만, 이전의 평가에는 여행상품에 대한 이야기가 없기도 하였고 미리 구매한 여행 상품이 없어 혹시나 하는 마음으로 하롱베이 일일 상품을 구매하였다. 하지만, 소개한 상품은 실제 가보니 설명과 다른 것이었으며(하롱베이를 리무진으로 가며, 고속도로를 사용한다고 하였지만 실제로는 그렇지 않았다), 다녀온후 왜 틀렸냐고 물으나 어이없는 짜증과 언성만 높이셨다. 사과할 마음은 없으시고 싸게 구입한거라는 소리만,,,내셨다.
다음분들을 위해 이 글을 남깁니다. 부디 여행상품은 다른 예약센터를 통해 하셨으면 합니다.
괜히 남은 숙박기간 동안 로비에 있는 이분 마주치며 불편한 여행이 되지 않으셨으면 합니다.

A éviter. Ne mérite pas ni les 3 étoiles ni d être référencé sur expédia.
Nous avions annoncé notre arrivée précosse après 12h de vol, l hôtel nous avais envoyé un mail pour nous dire qu il avait pris en compte notre demande or à notre arrivée la chambre n était pas disponible et personne n a su nous dire combien de temps il fallait attendre. Après avoir attendu 4h dans le hall de l hôtel nous vins enfin pu accéder à notre chambre. Joli dessin mural mais salle de bain minuscule et insalubre !! (Cafard dans la douche, mouisisures et odeur d égout)
Après 30min passé dans notre chambre, coupure d Electricite générale. Plus d acensseur, le petit dej est au 9eme étage! Escalier très étroit ( moins d 1m de large) et rembarde qui ne tiens pas.
Rajouter le manque d isolation de l hôtel
Bref à éviter à tout prix !
We got the most amazing treatment and help to plan our trip from Ms Anna around Vietnam from the north to south with tours, train tickets, flights, hotels in south... The staff also helped us to get 20-30% discount on trips and hotels compared to the prices on the Internet. The hotel is located in the old quarter and has a nice view from the restaurant. The room was nice and Cosy. Thank you Anna and staff at Capella. Would definitely return!
After 3 weeks of a lovely vacation, it's the first time we have to write a bad review . We booked the hotel mostly for the location and how it looks. We arrived to the hotel 30 minutes after the booking, and we had only few hours in Hanoi.
When we arrived they start with sell us a sim card and taxi to the airport, and only after all of that they told us they don't have the room that we booked, so they "upgraded" us. What they didn't tell us is that "upgrade " is to another hotel in a total different location, far from what we booked. We had no time to look for another hotel, so we had to go with them to the other hotel with no other option in our hands. In addition to all, only when we arrived there we realized the room was very small, with no window and bad smell - different from what we ordered and expected.
Excellent location right at the Center of Hanoi. Plenty of recommended eating spots, coffee, and entertainment.
Friendly staff. Good services. Make sure you communicate with them in order to receive best services.

Glad to have booked Capella Hotel. Value for money! Was able to get a good rate here in Hotels.com app. For the price we paid, got to stay in a spacious deluxe room, everything works in the room. The breakfast room has a view of the lake and the city, food was fine, pho everyday for me. Coffee really good! The area was what we were looking for, a few steps to the lake and all the attractions we wanted to go to, egg coffee and a great banhmi place was just a few steps away, great for people watching. Easy to book grab. Some great rooftop bars were also closeby, a bit pricey but makes up for the view and ambiance. Was able to borrow an umbrella from reception so no need to buy one. Service with a smile. Thank you Capella Hotel!
