Everything’s fine with this hotel, especially the service staff at the counter, who are polite and helpful. The breakfast is fine and location is convenient.

Very welcoming staff, especially the ladies at the front desk. Hotel is easy to find and conveniently located in the old quarter.
Despite very friendly staff and a super location in Hoi An, I was a bit disappointed by the deluxe room: window's view was the safety exit and the bathroom was linked to air column: I was able to hear everythibk from the neighboors... that's the point: if you are lucky, you will be able to sleep easily! But if your neighboors are not civilised, you will have a fun time ;)

It freaked me out that the fancy bathtub 1/8 inch away from the walls has no seal such that shower water runs underneath the tub to the drain near the sink. There is no access to clean under the tub. The drain made the room smell like sewage even after I requested more cleaning.

Check in staff was unfriendly. Took more than an hour to fix the hot water. Jacuzzi not working. Clothes hanging bar is so high that I can't reach. Closet has a smell. So if you hang clothes inside, your clothes smell.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter. It's literally minutes away from many bars, spas, and restaurants. It's also very close to the night market and other shopping markets. The rooms are comfortable but relatively small. The rooms are perfect for weekend trips but not much more than that. The front desk staff was really nice and spoke really good English. The breakfast wasn't great, but it was enough to satisfy one's hunger. Overall, a decent hotel, and I would recommend it to my friends.

Reservei o hotel por 6 noites sabendo que ficaria 3 dias fora, mas deixei minhas malas, roupas e sapatos no quarto. Quando voltei, meu tênis tinha sumido. Não havia gerente no hotel e as recepcionistas conversaram com a encarregada pela limpeza. Ela alegou que achava que o tenis estava velho/sujo e tinha levado embora. Mas quando reclamei achando um absurdo essa história, ela devolveu... Bem estranho o ocorrido...
Veldig ålreit hotell. Grei størrelse på rommet, bra air condition, veldig behjelpelig personale, bra beliggenhet og OK frokost! Alt i alt, veldig god standard med tanke på prisen! Vi er fornøyde med vårt opphold :)
