Good hotel for site seeing and the reception staff were fantastic, in particular Blue. I was a bit shocked to have a room with no windows, which was the only real downside

My reservation was missing when checking with the front desk. The superior room had no windows and very small. The good point of the hotel is the location.

Very nice hotel in the city. Reasonably priced. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy with mix of western and Vietnamese foods. The room we had was spacious with a nice view. We felt safe walking around. There were many great coffee shops too. The only thing we missed was the availability of a laundry facility on site. Staying four days we had hoped to do laundry before traveling on.
They spoke English very well at front desk. Easy check in and check out. Will stay here again on our next visit.
