We like the breakfast best at this place. The food are all quality and tasty. We had good time overall at this hotel and the only one they can improve is the lighting in the room. It seems dark and not bright enough. The service is good and very friendly helpful staff. We may comeback to stay here again in the future...

Fabulous location near Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. Rooms are very nice and clean, but with very dim lighting. Hard for our older eyes to read anything at night. Free breakfast buffet has tons of delicious options, including custom pho and egg dishes, with something for everyone. There is a Starbucks attched to lobby. (We didn’t go as so many awesome cafes, but it was always packed.) Free WiFi is fast, nice staff, excellent showers (although some setups allow a lot of water to spill on the floor). May want to ask for extra towels as you get only one each. We were very satisfied.
