매니져가 너무 친절하고 문제가 발생 될시에 잘 챙겨 줍니다. 하지만 겨울에 우풍이 조금 들어오고 천장에 쥐가 돌아다니네요.. 베트남 생활한지 오래되서 그러려니 하지만 관광객 입장에서는 다를 수도 있습니다.

아직 정상화 전이라 조식포함이었지만 호텔 레스토랑이 아닌 맞은펀 쌀국수집에서 국수를 조식으로 제공함.
새벽시간과 늦은밤은 5분이상 온수를 틀어놔야 따뜻한 물이 나옴.
야간버스를 타고 이른 새벽에 도착했지만 직원이 친절히 응대해줌

Hotel is as expected. Bathrooms are nice and large, rooms are basic. Breakfast was below average I felt but convenient.
Staff was helpful in giving advice however, the day we arrived we asked them to organize transportation for us from Sapa to Ha Giang. We were then only able to work with the one employer we originally asked. Times and prices kept changing. In the end we were told it's a limosine van (upgrade) for 400k (a 'special' price the hotel got us). Our limosine was a 15 person van. We had 24 people including a baby with three people standing bent over in it at one point plus all the luggage. Everyone else only paid 200k (my friend I was travelling with speaks vietnamese). Our hotel also did something crazy with our money and didn't give us a ticket, so the beginning of the trip involved the driver threatening to leave us on the side of the street having already left the Sapa town. The back door opened twice and to top it off the person next to me threw up.
It was honestly my worst travel experience.
I emailed the hotel to inform them about our experience and they didn't respond despite being very respondent previously. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel and left feeling disappointed.
Nice place to stay friendly and helpful staff. Very good location

Very welcoming and helpful staff. We arrived early morning, having caught the train from Hanoi, they checked us in early (within half an hour of arrival, which gave us the chance to enjoy the breakfast buffet before settling into our room). Hotel is in a good location, a few minutes walk to the town square, with plenty of restaurants/bars. All in all, highly recommended.

it’s a beautiful hotel with great location. Overall stay was wonderful. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Emma in particular made our stay even more special, Got us an upgrade and arranged everything for us.
L'hôtel a été rénové, les chambres sont assez grandes et sont confortables.
Il est très bien situé.
Par contre, les fenêtres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées et on entend trop le bruit de la rue.
Le petit déjeuner est toujours le même, il ne change jamais.
Aussi, il y a un supplément chaque nuit pour un lit enfant alors que la réservation a été faite avec un enfant.

I would like to thank the kitchen staff for their endless help whenever i ask for service. For the check in counter i think please be more accommodative when we need your assistance. When we ask for room to be on same floor for our convenience please do help. Many to say but i just say you can be just rated as 2 star

Net hotel in het centrum van Sa Pa, netjes maar je hoort letterlijk alles wat op straat gebeurt. En ik zat op de hoogste verdieping. Ook in hotel hoor je alles, de gang de buren... Het eten is niet bijzonder lekker, beter buiten het hotel eten, er zijn genoeg eetgelegenheden in de stad. De receptioniste was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat mij doet neigen een hogere score te geven.

The room is big, the breakfast is full of options and the view is gorgeous. Lacasa doesn't have an elevator but if that isn't a problem for you, make sure to ask a room from upper floors to get the best views!

We strongly recommend Lacasa hotels for people visiting Sapa and it's surroundings. A special thanks to the Lacasa personnel which are on top of things always willing to help ! Many thanks for the greetings post cards specially written to us by the personnel. A lot of special attention which are lovely.
We enjoyed our stay. A bit noisy with honking early hours of the morning as well as loud music at 7 am from the local buisness. Other than that, it’s a great location and clean property

The hotel was quite new with good rooms. Eventhough, the hotel is not in the hectic central area, the rooms are poorly sound isolated. We were kept awake either by the basement karaoke or loud other guests.
早餐豐富美味，接待人員親切有禮，用心解決我們的問題。房間翻修過，淋浴熱水充足，住宿舒適，安靜，離中心區只要2分鐘路程，很方便，朋友們都很滿意。經理中文流利，陪我們到Lao Chai Village及 Ta Van Village，我們在咖啡廳看著美景，搭配著咖啡，真是一大享受，還到民宿享用美味又便宜的午餐。我朋友眼鏡損壞，經理載她去眼鏡行處理，非常感謝經理，覺得你很用心經營。朋友們已迫不及待想再次到sa pa,並再次入住，真誠推薦Lacasa sapa hotel。

Hotel is on a great location. The room was nice but the keycard reader took too long before we can get in the room, hotel did not allow us to have more keycard so if you travel as a group nothing you can do but ask prople in the room. There's no elevator so you have to walk all the way up yourself. We live on 2nd floor and we hear rain droups very loud all night. Breakfast was nice, unfortunately they never clean the water tank.
방이 진짜 너무나 추워요. 방이 추워 히터를 요청했더니 구식 난방기구 그것도 작은거 하나 주더군요.
조식은 맛있고 직원도 친절하나 시설은 그닥입니다. 머무는 내내 전기도 계속 수시로 나가서 힘들었어요.

Handy location, hotel and room was lovely. Just a couple of issues. My ac didn’t work (I reported it but they couldn’t fix) my shower went back and forth from boiling hot to freezing cold. Other than that a great stay.

이라 찢어져 있어서 캐리어 끌고 올라가는데 바퀴 빠지는줄 알았네요..문제는 방문 발코니 문 사이가 다 떠 있어서 습한 찬 바람이 엄청 들어 옵니다.날도 추워지는데 밤에 진짜 너무 추워서 가져간 옷들 다 껴입고 양말도 신고 잤네요..

My room was small, not like what i saw in the picture but the view from the balcony was superb! Staff were very nice. They offered me everything, answered every question and tried to help all the time. Hotel has no elevator, we were okay to stay on 4th floor but elderly should choose well. Location is great, close to main attractions. Wifi was good. What I like the most is cinnamon tea at the lobby, everyone should try!

직원은 매우 친절하고 조식도 괜찮아요.
단지 창문이 하이샤시가 아니라 소음이 좀 있어요.
프론트에 항상 계피차가 있는데 언제든 마실수 있어서 몸을 따뜻하게 해주니 좋았어요.
참고로 현제 호텔 올라가는 길은 공사중이라 조금 불편합니다.

Pros
(1) Staffs are friendly and helpful especially Mr. Thuong. He help booking the bus from Hanoi to Sapa.
(2) The location of the hotel is closed to the center and Sun Plaza (where you can take a train to Fansipan Cable Car). Good for travelling around.
(3) Good Wifi signal.
Cons
(1) The room is not ready when we arrive (late at night) because the housekeeper forgot to clean it. But they did apologize and hurriedly clean the room.
(2) There are some smell on pillow sheet.
(3) No air condition but the staff said every hotel in sapa don't have this so I don't know
Overall
Good value for money. Would stay here again if back to Sapa.
