Excellente situation au cœur du vieux quartier.
Le personnel est très souriant, gentil et donne de bons conseils. Les taxis commandés par l hôtel sont d ailleurs a un très bon prix.
La literie est excellente et très grande. Avec une bonne paire de boule quies, on y dort très bien malgré une isolation moyenne (porte de chambre, salle de bains de laquelle on entend les voisins du dessus) et fenêtres car le quartier est un peu bruyant bien que l hôtel soit dans une toute petite rue.
Enfin large choix au petit déjeuner même si on attend plus de fruits frais et surtout des jus frais. Le rapport qualité/prix reste très correct pour Hanoi.

Perfect little hotel for us, we kept coming back for each of our Hanoi stops during our trip. The balcony rooms are large and comfortable with no street noise at all, either on the third floor or the seventh. The personnel are what make this hotel so lovely to stay in - people who remember your name and want to make sure you have the best time in Hanoi. Thank you for your warm welcome, we will surely come back if we are in Vietnam again.
Albergo in ottima posizione. Le stanze sono più piccole di quello che dicono e la colazione un po’ deludente.

Ce choix d'hotel s'est fait pour sa situation appuyé par des photos séduisantes mais qui in fine étaient "trompeuses".
Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre pas très grande pour 3 et une vue sur mur. Assez oppressant.
Nous confirmons sa situation au coeur du vieux quartier.

We spent 3 nights in July 2018. It is very central for the Old Town sector with very helpful staff. Well managed with a special focus on customer service.

4.0 "Skuffende rom "
Vi betalte ekstra for rom med balkong, men balkongen er liten og uten sittemøbler, så egentlig helt bortkasta. Det var ikke glass i vinduet på rommet, bare en treplate. Rommet var derfor veldig mørkt dersom vi ikke brukte lamper, selv midt på dagen. Badet var i dårlig stand, nesten litt ekkelt. Ellers var rommet fint og senga behagelig. Hyggelige ansatte og helt grei frokost. Fin plassering.

Just absolutely delightful. The room was clean, comfortable, basically perfect. The staff was incredible, they remembered our names, made fantastic recommendations and were an absolute joy to interact with. The breakfast was incredible and the coffee was, somehow, the best I've found yet in Vietnam. We would move in if we could. Absolutely loved it!

Excellent hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located on a small side street and we had an upper floor room at the back which was perfect for quiet nights sleeping. Excellent breakfast and efficient airport pick up service. Overall highly recommended.

5.0 "번화가와 가깝지만 조용한 호텔"
시장 골목에 위치해서 처음에는 숙소를 잘못 잡았나 싶었음. 그러나 호안끼엠 호수와 가까움. 번화가와 가까우나 의외로 밤에 조용해서 좋았음. 조식도 맛있고 무엇보다 직원들이 짱 친절함. 같이 간 친구가 아팠는데 병원 알아봐주고 병원에서 의사소통 안되면 자기한테 연락하라며 신경써줘서 고마웠음. 또 하노이 간다면 나중에 또 머물고 싶음.
