Condition: we get the highest 7th floor but without lift so we have to take stairs from 6th floor. Room is spacious and clean but our bathrooms doesn’t have extract fan. We encountered twice blackout during breakfast time and last night of our stay whole old quarter is blackout. This hotel doesn’t have standby power system.
Location: location is good, inside the old quarter, 5mins walk to hoan kiem lake and others tourist spots but not accessible by car because its inside a small lane so abit troublesome for pick up and drop off
Food: western and local breakfast is available. Taste is acceptable.
Service: check in is fast, receptionists is good, restaurant manager need to be more friendly
Overall: you get what you pay for

Hotel trés bien placé, en léger retrait de rues très vivantes du centre. Je n'ai pas tester le petit déjeuner. Et les chambres sont aussi toujours mieux quand on réserve directement auprès de l'hôtel. C'est un fait !

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Top floor room. No lift so had to use stairs for final floor and the landing was used for storage.
Breakfast was ok but finished at 9.30am on Sunday!
Local area very busy but hotel in a side street so quite quiet. Good balance.

Lovely property with great rooms and amazing staff! Very well located in the Old Quarter
The staff were very knowledgable, pointed out the best places for local specialities and the best tourist destinations and organised a local trip to Ha Long Bay quickly and efficiently.

The hotel was ok.
The room was clean but noisy from fridge and air con.
Breakfast was a bit of a mess, not enough room to sit everyone and tables weren’t cleaned before sitting there.

Location is excellent. Rooms with balcony in the front of hotel, or rooms in the rear, but only on 6th and 7th Floor are the choice.

Breakfast area flooring is very dirty n sticky, old folk walking past the breakfast area to lift is not conducive. kitchen exposed with bad looking condition, worry about the cleanliness of the food.

The staff were exceptional. Everyone we met went out of their way to make our stay better. We only stayed for one night but the staff still looked after us very well. At short notice they organised an overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay and bought train tickets for us. This included a taxi to the station and one of the staff came to make sure we found the correct train and cabins. Breakfast was great as well with lots of local and international options.
Emplacement très central (ancien quartier) en plein milieu des commerces et restaurants, très facile pour circuler à pied! Simple mais propre et personnel très accueillant

Excellent staff!!! Great Location. We were impressed with the quality of the staff. They were kind and thoughtful and very helpful. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Where it falls short is in the details of the Jr. Suite. We paid extra for this room. However, the shower was in a tub, the curtain rod, was falling out of the wall, and the ceiling in the shower area was actually patched with a paper brochure. The Room was on the front side of the hotel which meant is was very noisy. The Doors in the picture are actually replaced with large wooden doors which allow for no light, there was small amount of frosted glass above the door onto the balcony, but not enough. Several of the electric sockets didn't work. I would not pay extra to upstage at this hotel. That being said, the staff was so nice, that if they made repairs, I I would return.
Great location. Fantastic staff. Wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay here. The staff were very helpful when we first arrived (although they didn't seem to receive my emails via Wot If about ordering a car from the airport so I'd suggest emailing the hotel direct if you are wishing to do this). They organised a car to the airport when we left which was great! The staff sat us down for a welcoming drink & gave us general advice about the hotel & area which was helpful. The hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi so easy to go out & wander the streets for dinner & drinks but it is also in a more quieter/less hectic street too which was good. The Deluxe room was gorgeous and very spacious! We checked out and went on a cruise to Halong Bay and then came back to stay a night and the hotel graciously kept our main luggage bags there for us as we were staying with them again, which was very much appreciated! Wide variety of Breakfast food if you choose to do so too :) Recommend staying here!
