We stayed at Hanoi Antique Legend Hotel for 2 nights. When we entered the small reception area, we were a little wary about the size of the hotel rooms, but were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms were. The rooms were clean with basic amenities - good value for money. What made it most special were the people who worked there, Catherine and the rest of the team made us feel so welcome and went that extra mile to make us feel so comfortable - an amazing team with a passion for excellence. If you want to feel at home in Hanoi, look no further than Hanoi Antique Legend Hotel!
I honestly can’t say enough good things about the Antique Legend Hotel. My husband and I and my daughter stayed there as a part of our 4 week trip in Asia which included 2 weeks in Vietnam, and they had the best service/ best people of anywhere that we stayed. It was my 50th birthday on our 2nd day there. They greeted me in the lobby with a birthday cake. They also decorated our room with orchid flowers and spelled out Happy Bday in rolled up towels! They gave us endless good advice on where to visit in the city, day trips, free tours, restaurants, taxis, and more, booking everything for us. When they didn’t have soy milk at breakfast for my daughter, they ran out and bought some. Honestly, Vietnam is incredibly amazing, but clearly newer to the tourist trade than Thailand. Jerry, and Catheryn and the team at Antique Legend are the farthest ahead of the curve of any of the hospitality people we encountered in Hanoi. I should also mention that the room is huge, more of a suite, with big comfy beds, and luxurious bathtub shower. The location is excellent - just on the edge of the Old City, which makes them close enough to everything to make walking a breeze, but not in the middle of the noise. We ended up loving Hanoi more than any other part of our trip, and I am sure it was because of our hotel. 5 star service for a 3 star price.
This was the 1st part of our stay at Antique Legend before our Sa Pa trip. We've to depart the very next morning at 6.30am, exactly the time the breakfast starts. We told the hotel manager Jerry the day before and without a doubt, he said that they can prepare a simple breakfast for takeaway. True enough, Quang who was on duty has prepared our breakfast in a bag. We can also store our luggage at their hotel, so that we can travel to Sa Pa easier.
Beste Frühstpcksauswahl wählbar zw. Asiatisch und Continental..sehr freundliches Personal.. Touren können uns das Hotel gebucht werden. Abholung vom Flughafen hat super geklappt..
Satff is very freindlyand helpful. Great hospitality. Breakfast is not so many but good taste. Pretty much enough.Facility is a bit old but clean. The.price is very reasonable enough. They keep luggage during our over night crouise to Halon bay. Location is good for old town visit. Highly recommended.

호텔주변 및 호안끼엠 맛집과 관광 등 도보로 쉽게 접근이 가능하고, 무엇보다도 호텔 직원의 친절함과 깔끔한 침구~~~ 가장중요한건 잠을 편하게 잘 수 있다는....

We stayed there for only one night but the staff didn't fail to make a good impression with their hospitality. Very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr Tuan went above and beyond to arrange our transfer to the airport safe and comfortable. Definitely will come back and recommend this hotel
Only stayed one night in the Antique Hotel but had a great stay.
The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. And the location was ideal for walking around the old quarter and seeing the water puppets

방도 사진보다 넓고 쾌적했습니다.
직원들이 매우 친절하고 응대도 좋았습니다. 조식도 맛있었고 음식도 정성스럽고 종류도 다양했습니다.
하노이 시내를 돌아다니기에 매우 편리하고, 호안끼엠 호수와도 매우 가까워서 산책하고 주변을 구경하기에 좋은 위치였습니다.
다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Sauberes, recht zentral gelegenes Hotel. Alles wichtige ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr nette und zuvorkommende Personal.

The staff was by far the best part. The hotel receptionist that was working when I arrived provided several restaurant recommendations based on my vegetarian needs. She also gave me a note in Vietnamese to describe a food allergy to wait staff. Staff also helps you cross the street through crazy Old Quarter traffic to get to your car, they really go above and beyond. Location is very central.

First of all I’ve never left a review for any business in my life (maybe only because once I got food poisoning somewhere in a restaurant) but I had to this time The most amazing part of this property is the staff: Jerry and Tuan took such good care of us we actually couldn’t even believe it! We needed extra care (like ice many times a day for a sore foot and lots of directions and help on negotiating the city) and in every instance they were more than happy to accommodate us. The room was huge ( The largest I’ve ever stayed in anywhere: New York, Los Angeles, throughout Europe and Asia) with huge windows and sweeping views of the city and the price was far less than the previous hotel we stayed in the same area with a nice staff and nice rooms but Antique Legend was amazing in comparison! If you go to Hanoi Stan auntie glad you and you will not be disappointed it will make your whole trip much more memorable and enjoyable !!

호안끼엠 호수 근처에 위치해 있으며, 유명한 음식점들을 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다 평균 15분 정도 거리에 유명한 음식점들이 꽤 있어요. 숙소 바로 밑에 있는 음식점도 맛있었고요. 그리고 침대나 이불 화장실 등 직접 사용하는 곳들이 전부 깔끔하게 정리되어 있었고 깨끗했습니다. 화장대 장식의 틈새에는 먼지 같은 게 좀 보이긴 했는데 그건 뭐 그렇게 문제가 안됐어요. 조식도 맛있었는데, 특히 기본 제공 되는 메뉴들에 더해 다른 메뉴판이 있어서 무료로 원하는 만큼 주문할 수가 있습니다. 즉석에서 만들어주는 메뉴로는 쌀국수와 팬케이크 오믈렛 등이 있습니다. 그 외에 매일 제공되는 빵 몇 종류와 쨈 씨리얼 음료수 치즈 요거트와 따뜻한 요리들이 있었어요. 아쉽게도 2박 4일의 일정으로 갔었어서 조식을 두번만 먹었는데 두번 다 따뜻한 요리 메뉴가 달라졌고 음료수가 한두 종류 바뀌었으며 빵 종류가 일부 바뀌었습니다. 부모님이 정말 좋아하시더라구요. 하롱베이에 가는 날 바빠서 느긋하게 먹지 못한 게 정말 아쉽게 느껴져요. 나중에 다시 하노이에 가게 되면 여기에서 묵을 겁니다. 사파 여행을 가고 싶었는데 이 숙소 근처에서 출발이 가능 한 것 같더라구요. 다시 가게되면 그래서 꼭 여기에서 묵고 싶어요. 하롱베이 투어를 갈때도 바깥까지 따라나와서 배웅해주시고, 처음으로 그랩 택시 불렀을 때도 제가 능숙하지 못해 된건지 아닌지 잘 모르고 있을 때 가족들이 호텔에 들어가 문의했더니 밖으로 나와서 옆에서 봐주시고 그랬습니다. 정말 친절하세요 직원분들이! 그리고 한국어를 조금 할 수 있는 직원이 계세요. 혹시 영어가 안된다면 이분에게 숙소 관련된 모든 걸 물어보시면 될 것 같아요!

하노이에서 첫날부터 2일동안 머물었습니다 따듯한 환대와 세심한 배려에 감동했습니다 주변도 지도로 친절히 설명해주시고 그랩이 처음이라 좀 걱정되었는데 그랩 사용법도 알려주셨어요 호텔에서 안내해주신 마사지도 좋았고 호텔 바로 옆의 베트남 식당에서 먹은 돼지고기와 반쎄오도 맛있었습니다 아이들도 잘 먹었구요 덕분에 베트남에 대한 첫인상이 너무 좋았습니다 다음에 다시 베트남에 방문한다면 또 이 호텔에 묵고 싶네요

Quite disappointed after reading reviews. The staff was quite friendly but the facility is really lacking. The room had a mild mildew smell that reflects its age underneath the modern update. The bathroom has signs of mold, the tub shower has a fan with electrical wire exposed to moisture through grill above. The place felt more like a good hostel than a well reviewed boutique hotel. Stayed in many places throughout two week travels of Vietnam and this was the most disappointing.
It is a good hotel in Hanoi, the workers are very nice

한국말 배우는 직원이 있어서 더욱 편했으며
한여름 가장 더운 날 가서 조금만 움직여도 땀을 뻘뻘 흘리는 날이었는데
마지막날 공항 가기전 호텔에서 저희 일행 모두 샤워도 할 수 있게 해주는 등 서비스가 아주 좋습니다.

The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and nice! The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel is very quiet and insualted from outdoor noise. Do 't miss the delicious breakfast! Lastly, this is very close is everything in in Old and Fench quarter!

밤 10시가 넘는 시간에 체크인했는데도 반갑게 맞이해주고, 다음날 떠나는 사파 투어 픽업이 늦어지자 직접 여행사로 전화까지 해주시고 정말 친절했어요! 사파투어 끝나고 다시 체크인 하려니 짐은 미리 방에 가져다두었다고 말씀해주시는 센스까지! 친절한 직원분들 덕분에 편하게 잘 지냈어요^^ 객실은 깔끔하게 잘 정리되어 있었구요, 어메니티들도 일회용으로 잘 포장되어 있었어요~ 사파 익스프레스랑 걸어서 2분 거리라 사파투어 다녀오실 분들이 묵기엔 정말 괜찮은 숙소 같아요! 호텔에서 예약한 스파도 좋았어요~

Excellent hotel in Hanoi. Great location to the east of Hoam Kiem Lake and wonderful staff. Very close to major attractions in the city. Breakfast is excellent. I have nothing but high praise for this hotel.

The hotel is a bit older but the rooms are spacious and very clean. The rooms are a bit worn but not too bad considering the cost. The price point is excellent for the value. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. The breakfast is pretty good also with many different options. I would stay here again for sure. We were wary about where to stay in Hanoi. So originally booked for two nights thinking that we would stay at another hotel for our last two nights. But after getting the hotel and staying one night we extended our stay to the duration of our visit.
Great location close to the lake and old quarter. Check in was smooth and fast. Room is clean and design is modern. Receptionist took the extra mile to explain and recommend us the good eateries to try out at the Old Quarter. Even faced with heavy downpour and there are no umbrellas available, the receptionist loan us her own umbrella to use, which was really nice and unforgettable. Buffet breakfast has a good spread and the ordered hot meals are better than the dishes already pre-prepared. Recommended hotel to stay.
