1.0 "terrible experience"
Have booked 2 rooms but upon check in, have told but the staff that we need to move to others Hotel. Hotel staff is not friendly and couldn't speak English well and thus we could not communicate. End up the staff has to contact the manager, Manager informed that due to the pipe system problem that's why change us to other nearby hotel, a bit ridiculous as the pipe system leakage and couldn't be solve for a hotel. Upon booking through Expedia stated children under 12years old are stay for free but the manager informed only children under 6 was free. I do not want to argue more, pay additional VND100k for a child and has changed to others hotel that arrange. Bad experience and do not recommend.
