Stayed in hotel for 13nights, airport transfers were provided by hotel. Staff were fantastic, hotel approx 10 mins from Old City. Many great restaraunts in area near by. Overall happy.

Hoa My 2 far exceeded our expectations. The location was great, a short walk into the old quarter, and easy taxi ride to the beach. The room was clean, comfortable and big enough for our family of 3, and the indoor pool provided a welcome respite from the heat, in all weathers. The very best thing about the hotel though is the staff- with the whole staff team being professional, thorough, pleasant and welcoming. Miss Lee on reception was an absolute gem - providing useful advice and information in perfect English, on all manner of subjects when requested, and without trying to sell any additional extras. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a convenient well priced hotel for their family.
No elevator on premise. The shower is combo with toilet, making it wet. No closet. The bed is too firm for us.

Overall we had a great stay at Hoa My! The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful which we really appreciated. The included breakfast is one of the best I've had in Asia and was a really nice benefit. The indoor pool was a nice bonus as well since it was so hot in Hoi An during our stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient - about a 10 minute walk to the ancient town and close to lots of restaurants.
Our only complaint was that the wifi basically didn't work during our whole stay which was pretty frustrating, and when it did work it was painfully slow.
old town house convert into hotel with a small swimming pool at ground floor. The hotel staff give you a hearty welcome and provide you with all the place to visit information together with a simple map, do not worry about communication, they can speak English very well. Hotel is at a strategic location, 5min walk to famous banh mi and around 8mins walk to Hoi An old town. to stuff your tummy, no hassle, food is everywhere, beside the hotel has a delicious vegetarian food restaurant.
The staff is so friendly and helpful. Special thank to lisa who gave me many good advices. This is the best place to stay in Hoi an. Its quiet but not so far from the old city only 5 minutes.the breakfast is really good and the room is clean. And the pool is really cool , thats pretty good after a daytrip ... Unfortunatly i wanted to stay 2 more days but it was full. I understand why...thank you for everything. For sure i will come back

The room I stayed was on the first floor (or G/F in British floor count), right next to the staircase where guests upstairs come down, the pool area and reception desk. Every morning the floor will be very noisy as many people pass by. Couldn’t sleep as they have poor soundproof

Very nice hotel for the price. Clean and has everything you need. Excellent staff at the front desk. Indoor pool - a rarity in this price range. Bike rental a mere $1 a day. Sure the street (make that alley) it's on seems a little sketchy when you first see it but it's safe and there's also some decent, cheaper restaurant choices on it). Waking to the top of the historical area takes 10 to 15 minutes depending on your walking speed. It goes by quick because you're looking at all the different businesses plus your senses are hightened dodging the mopeds (not just a Hoi An problem). So overall, for budget travellers I can whole heartedly recommend this hotel.
Pick up à la gare de Danang à 22h30 .Message de la direction de bienvenue .Grande chambre avec terrasse propre. Ménage et changement de serviettes quotidien. Petit déjeuner buffet western et vietnamien. Personnel aimable et professionnel particulièrement Lisa.
