Although I checked in very late but the staff was very supportive. The room was okay. I did not have time to stay long but very appreciate staffs help.

This was my 4th times stay in this hotel and it was always good. The staff was friendly, excellent and personal service. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary which excellent dishes. The hotel is in a super location for local restaurant and shops. It’s alway been a great choice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The whole stay at Hanoian Elite Home Hotel was great from start to finish. Berry was amazing! Could not recommend staying here enough.
The hotel was wonderful. We received the welcome leter righgt after my booking was confirmed. We have contacted with Smiles who paid attention to our single request which we felt look after and trustful. We ended up arranging our 3 days 2 nights cruise and Sapa 2 nights with them. All the service thoroughly organized in the high quality standard. We have travelled a lot and stay in many 4 – 5 stars hotels and Hanoian Elite Home Hotel was right up with the best. Can’t wait to stay again.
We spend almost a week in total here. Excellent location, right in the middle of the old quarter. Many restaurant, tourist attractions nearby. The breakfast was simply superb. The bedroom was very comfortable with multiple soft pillows, the rain shower was perfect. Can’t wait to return soon !

We enjoyed our stay for the one night. It wasn’t the best hotel that we’ve stayed for because the hotel is small, rooms are small but the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay very pleasant. Breakfast was great and location is close to everything.

5.0 "Perfect stay in Hanoi"
We stayed in this hotel on the first leg of a tour of Vietnam and it was the perfect start to our trip. We had arranged a transfer from the airport which was there waiting for us on time with a very courteous driver. On arrival staff were waiting with us with welcome drinks and snacks - much appreciated after nearly 24 hours of travel! It was a really friendly welcome and we were then shown to our room. My husband had lost his voice the day previously and it was lovely that Smiles arranged for lemon tea with honey to be brought to the room to help soothe this.
The room was perfectly clean and a good size baring in mind the central city location. Wifi in the room was great and it was a nice touch to be able to use Netflix for the short amount of time we used the room for rest.
Location wise, the hotel is ideally placed to explore the city with the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Ho Hoan Kiem lake in easy walking distance, there are also plenty of coffee and food places nearby.
Staff are on hand 24 hours a day and were always really helpful with directions, we were always asked our plans for the day and given recommendations on places to visit and things to try while we were there. On our final day the staff checked our plans for onward travel, advised us on how to catch the train and arrangements were made for shower facilities before we left on our next journey.

In old Hanoi neighborhood , you cannot do better . maybe larger but not better ! A little boutique hotel . The staff and service were top notch .The value for money cannot be beat . Breakfast made to order each morning included . And a staff that would accomodate your slightest need.
A special mention to front desk manager Ms. Nguyen ( Smiley ) I cannot thank her enough for her help , even as her shift was ending.

In advance all hotel staffs are very kind, so I was able to feel more comfortable and happy during the staying. And the breakfast was so good, food quality was very nice as well. Room was very clean and calm, the bed was so comfortable. Even at next Hanoi visiting, I’m going to visit definitely!!! And There’s downtown nearby, and tour booking and taxi service is possible.

My partner and I stayed at the Hanoian Elite Home Hotel for 3 nights. After 2 nights we extended our stay by another night because we loved it there. I've never met hotel that cares so much about the wellbeing and comfort of their guests. They asked us every day if there is anything we need to make the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is in great condition and with only 12 rooms very cosy and homely. The breakfast is included and freshly prepared for you. The location is in the middle of the old town and most sights are easily reachable by foot. We highly recommend this hotel.

뭐 하나 빠질 것 없었습니다.
그리고 화룡정점으로 사정이 있어 아침을 못 먹고 나간다는 걸 듣고 조식을 아침 일찍 포장해서 줬습니다.
호텔이 장소만 제공하는 것이 아니라 서비스업이라는 것을 타국에서 느꼈습니다.

This is a very staff-friendly hotel. Once I booked the room , a staff contacted me and provided tons of help. She helped me booked all trips during my stays included sapa 3 night tour / halong bag tour, and all good. Thanks again, Smile.
Frankly, this hotel located in old quarter, and be honest the traffic in Hanoi is kind of messy, all drivers are like racer, and they use the horn all the time, just like a secret code. That’s why if you choose for the room with balcony, will be a bit noise, especially for Friday and Saturday nights.
For convenience, we can walk to the night market and some of the famous restaurants in Hanoi , very good.
I am suppose to stay in n the hotel but they claim they have no rooms available due to one of their customers had emergency could not leave
They moved me to another hotel ( not that good)

They claim I have to wait for few minutes to AC to work
After half an hour I call the old hotel to ask them to talk to new hotel to change the room
Finally the did- naw room - don't worth the price I paid- I see that this is normal in Hanoi hotels
A really charming little hotel in the bustling old quarter. The staff and service was excellent and was the highlight. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had obviously been newly refurbished. This is a small boutique hotel, so breakfast was relatively basic, but nicely done. Overall would certainly recommend if you plan to stay in the old quarter.

We arrived in Hanoi with a booking for the Elite Hanoian hotel. We were greeted, had the welcome drink and then told that there was a problem with our room. It had maintenance issues and we would have to be moved to the sister hotel ( Hanoian hotel). This seemed a little bit fishy as i had booked a long time ago and it was Good Friday. I did wonder if they got a better rate for the room and palmed us off to the cheaper hotel. It wouldn't have been so bad if we were upgraded as compensation.
The room was adequate but by no means special. The shower was either cold or scalding hot. The breakfast buffet was terrible. Banana pancakes were on the menu but I was told there were none. The only thing I ate or drank that tasted good was the fruit! The manager could see we were not happy and offered us a taxi to the airport. We were glad of this but it still did not change our overall experience
2박 디럭스룸 16만원에 이용했습니다. 건물이 크지않아서 방자체는 작지만 크게 신경쓰일 정도는 아닙니다. 아쉬운건 전망은 볼 수 없습니다. 애초에 하노이 숙소는 호수 근처가 아니면 전망은 없다고 보는게 편합니다. 침구 다 안락한 편입니다. 객실 청소도 엄청 깔끔하다고는 못하지만 크게 신경쓰이는 점은 없습니다. 다만 샴푸, 바디워시, 손세정제가 비치되어 있는데 비누나 다름 없습니다. 거품이 안나고 씻고나면 뻣뻣해집니다. 클렌징은 없으니 가져오는걸 추천합니다.
조식은 주문 형식입니다. 베트남 음식은 쌀국수나 볶음국수, 볶음밥 주문가능 합니다. 에그베네딕트나 팬케잌 등 양식도 있는데 그다지 추천안합니다. 위에 언급한 베트남 음식은 맛있습니다. 가정식 느낌의 깔끔한 맛입니다. 그외에 커피도 주문가능합니다. 물론 셀프바도 있어서 간단하게 빵 잼 시리얼 등 먹을 수 있습니다.
리셉션 직원들은 대부분 영어가 능숙합니다. 로비보이나 청소부는 영어 못합니다. 기본적으로 과하다 싶을 정도로 친절합니다. 하롱베이나 닌빈 투어를 생각하시는 분들은 호텔에서도 가능합니다. 물론 길거리에 있는 투어업체보다는 조금 비쌀 수 있습니다. 다만 비수기나 타이밍을 잘맞추시면 투어 가격도 흥정가능 합니다. 저희는 75달러짜리 하롱베이 투어 50달러에 갔다왔습니다.
호텔에서 다른 장소로 이동할 때 택시를 이용하신다면 요청하면 호텔에서 기사 불러줍니다. 호텔에서 공항까지 그랩이용하면 270동 정도 되는데 저희는 250에 이동했습니다. 물론 기사분은 영어 못합니다.
제일 중요한 위치는 어차피 하노이가 큰 도시도 아니고 대부분 호수 근처에 밀집되어 있어 어딜가도 불편할 만한 거리는 없었습니다. 호수까지 도보로 10분 내에 이동 가능하고 신시가지도 6분 이내 가능합니다.
여행 중간 중간 쉬면서 여유롭게 즐기실 분들은 나쁘지 않은 선택입니다.

Very nice boutique hotel with pleasant decor. What stood out for us was the enthusiastic, warm, and competent help from the staff. Smiles was especially helpful and made our trip a great success. We will come back!

Arrived in Hanoi without luggage and exhausted. Staff at Elite informed us of construction occurring next door and advised we switch to one place f their sister hotels. They walked us over and settled us in to the new hotel. Saved our trip! Thank you elite hanoian

For the price we paid , this hotel was right on point . The breakfast included is absolutely delicious with a mix of local and western food . Eggs cooked to order . The rooms were new and clean with a modern design . They bring you passion fruit mid - day and every staff member we encountered was very helpful . They also helped us correct a flight that we needed changed and made it easy for us

It was quite late review of Hanoian Elite Home Hotel, I stayed there on late September 2018. I was very satisfied with my stay.
1. Great location
It is located in very convenient place which is close to the 'Beer street' and you can walk home by 5-7 minutes after drinking. It is a few blocks from the 'Beer street, so it is safe and calm. You can also go to Hoankiem Lake in 3 minutes by a motorbike.
2. Cozy & clean room
As you can see, it has only 15 rooms and it is quite small hotel. However it is a brand-new hotel, and the room is clean and cozy, and the facilities are fine. It looks a bit smaller than the pictures, but it is exactly the same conditions as the pictures.
3. The delicious breakfast
The breakfast is served by order-made, and you can choose whatever you want. The list of food is quite simple, but it tastes good! I like the noodles and the salad!
4. Warm and heartful service
The strength of this hotel is warm and heartful service. Every staff is happy to helping you, and takes really good care of you, especially Kylie, the hotel manager. I still feel thankful for her, and I am very sorry for my late review.
I like 5 star hotels, too, and I also stayed one near the West Lake during my travel. However if you want to stay at the old quarter in Hanoi, and want to feel real Hanoian life and warm service, I would definitely recommend this, Hanoian Elite Home Hotel.
If I have any chance to visit Hanoi again, I want to stay this hotel, again!
The staffs are very nice, polite, and helpful. The room is a little bit small for a couple likes us but it's comfortable enough to make you forget about the size of the room

We had a very nice stay. The hotel staff picked us up from the airport. They are very kind and welcoming. Breakfast is good, you can order from a small menu including omelets and benedict eggs. The hotel and the room are both pretty but small. We stayed in the room next to reception and it was noisy. The Wi-fi didn’t work well either.

The staff is the best, the location was perfect, the service level exceeded any I have ever experienced. We were greeted by name as soon as we arrived and every time we met any of the staff (even upon our return from an overnight on Halong Bay). I just can't say enough nice things about our time at this hotel and we will definitely stay here where we ever visit Hanoi again. The hotel restaurant was excellent in taste.

The hotel is perfectly situated . Deep in the bustling ancient streets of the old quarter of Hanoi, a few minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake. The welcome was impeccable, with a complimentary fresh juice and bean cake. Staff are beautifully trained, charming, professional, elegant and knowledgeable. The rooms are impeccably clean, beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and beautiful colours. Vietnamese classic/retro poster artwork adorns the walls, and the rooms are very quiet with excellent soundproofing. Very good breakfast choice, with again, very well trained and attentive waiting staff.Receptionists and for the front of house staff are impeccably mannered and helpful at all times of night and day. All in all, one of the best stays I have had in a hotel, a pleasure from start to finish
We will be staying here again the next time we are in Hanoi.
We have just returned from our trip to Hanoi, and we highly recommend the Hanoian Elite Home Hotel. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are beautiful and the hotel is situated in the perfect location to head out and explore the Old Quarter.We stayed in the superior but they upgrade room which had a great balcony overlooking the street, which was nice for some people watching after a day walking around Hanoi, the bathroom is clean and spacious, and housekeeping both respectful and reliable, the bed is very comfortable and the double glazed doors do a great job of keeping noise out when you want some quiet time - not an easy thing to find in the Old Quarter ! The hotel provides a good breakfast, but we preferred to head out and find local food first thing in the morning - it is Vietnam after all

We have tried many hotel in the world, but this little hotel in Hanoi have star quality - its among the best 5 hotels we have stayed in the last 10 years. Its not the most fancy, its not the hotel with a pool, its not the hotel with the best view. BUT is all about the people that work in the hotel - the best, best service and kindness ever. You just feel at home, feel that you are welcome, feel appreciated, feel that they care about you. You have to stay there to feel it yourself. The surroundings is great - you just live in the hart of old Hanoi, and you step right out off the door and disappear in the great center of old Hanoi. We love the hotel and stayed there to times during our stay in Hanoi - we just had to go back and experience the feeling again. If we return to Hanoi again - this is our home and hart of Hanoi

A new and good quality hotel with excellent bathrooms and fittings, lots of hot water etc. A very friendly and helpful team of staff made the hotel seem like a home and helped me book trips and train tickets. Rooms at the front with balconies are lovely and double glazing kept traffic noise down. Worth noting that the rooms at the back look out on a brick wall but at least you avoid the noise of the streets if you are a light sleeper. The location is good and within easy walking distance of the old quarter bars, restaurants and shops. Breakfast is offered a la carte and dishes are cooked to order so really fresh.
