Quiet and very cheap. Friendly staff. We stayed for 6 hours to sleep and shower before train ride to Sapa. Well worth the $30! Clean quiet private, and friendly

Loved this small and friendly hotel in the old quarter of the city. Very helpful and friendly staff, lovely building and so close to the centre.
Great customer service. Wonderful staff. They contacted me regarding pickup and when we asked for recommendations on places to go their never failed us. If I come back I’ll stay here again.

Better value here than other places we stayed (for more money). Nice breakfast offerings. Decent room for an older hotel. Very good assistance from front desk for travel arrangements. Very good location to explore the sights. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in the heart of Hanoi.
Just a short walk from the bustling beer corner and easy to get a taxi to all the major attractions.
Kate on reception is brilliant, as were her staff.
Before we arrived, Kate organised for a taxi to pick us up from the airport. A man was waiting for us and all worked well. She also organised a cruise around Halong Bay for us. Pick up from the hotel, easy and had a great time.
You will not be disappointed if you stay here, we had a great time!
The customer service from the staff (specially Kate) was fantastic. Specially when organising trips.

The hotel is located in the old section of Hanoi so there were shops located all around the hotel. The hotel has areas that look old but that's what gives it character. The bed was comfortable sleep in. The breakfast was very nice, enjoyed that you could order a variety of different food of a menu.

Service from all employees was exceptional for Vietnam. We felt very welcomed, and although they let us know they could help organize tours, we never felt pressured to book with them. We did end up booking our trip to Halong Bay through the hotel and had a great experience. Can't say enough about the staff at the front desk and all support staff, all emails were answered promptly and overall a great experience. Hotel is located perfectly- less than 10 minutes walk to main square and easy walk to all points of interest in the old town.
The staff were very attentive and made sure I had a pleasant stay, checking I had a suitable room. The room was cleaned with fresh new towels every day of my stay which was very nice.

We were a group of five friends staying at this hotel, and it was really nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got to check in earlier and they switched from one room to two rooms. The hotel is old, but rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is also included and you can order pancakes! We also booked a trip to Halong bay through this hotel. I can reccomend this hotel!

Cold weather in Hanoi when we arrived in January, we mentioned to staff our room was cold, they brought us heater for our four night stay. Staff helpful and friendly, great location in very busy old Quarter area.

Little Town Hanoi was lovely. It was affordable, neat, and clean. The staff were friendly, wonderful, and made airport and tour transfers very simple. Two notes: the showers are definitely small; and could use a refresh; and the breakfast left something to be desired. The crepes were tasty; as were the juices, but we ended up eating out more often than not. We didn't stay our entire trip in Hanoi, but the little town provided the perfect base to leave our things and rest up.
Staff were great, we arrived at 5:30am and requested an early check in, our room was occupied but we were offered an upgrade for half the price. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was fantastic.
The restaurant was a little on the small side but looked as though you could always get a seat.
We have booked to stay here again when we return in a few days

Beautiful rooms, fantastic breakfast, super helpful staff, and great amenities.
Freundliches Personal. Wollen unbedingt eine Tour verkaufen, bleiben aber höflich.
Frűhstück ist ein ein warmes und kaltes Buffet plus Pancake a la carte.
Leider riecht das Bad leicht unangenehm, man hört nachts eine Klingel vom Nachbarn, und das helle Licht vom Gang dringt durch das bunte Fenster über der Türe ins Zimmer.

Very kind and attentive staff. Kudos to Kate, Hannah and Lana for their great service. Hotel was close to dong Xuan market and lots of shops. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Beds were clean and comfortable!

We had a great stay at Little Town Hotel, the reception staff are exceptional. We only stayed one night before going to Phong Nha but the reception upgraded our room, organised our taxi, stored our luggage for the afternoon, telephoned the travel company and were generally awsome. Hotel location is good, room was clean and well appointed and breakfast was good,10/10

When we arrived at the hotel there was a problem of the room.(AC or electricity ),so they prepared an another room in another location which are used as a homestay for 1 night. We could stay not a hottel but a local house!
1日目私達の部屋はACの故障か電気系統の不具合でその日は使えないみたいで、別の場所にあるホームステイ用の部屋（住宅）を用意してくれました。ホテルでなく住宅に滞在できたのは良い体験です。
The one guy can speak Japanese a little.He told us many things very kindly,like "how to buy or how to make a discount when shopping"and so on.
1人日本語が少し話せる男性スタッフが居て、ショッピングの際の値段交渉とか丁寧に教えてくれました。
I asked the front stuff where I can buy plastic chairs used on streets. At first she called another stuff and made him to ask people of a neighbor shop whether they can sell for me or not.(It was impossible). And then she told me an information about a street which there are many shops selling daily necessities.So I could get two plastic chairs!
路上で使われているプラスチック製の椅子が欲しくてどこで買えるかフロントの女性に尋ねたら、まず男性スタッフに隣のお店に売ってもらえるか聞いてもらい（それは無理でした。）、その後近所の日用品を扱っているお店が集まる通りを教えてくれました。2つ買いました笑
The last day we should checked-out very early morning,they called a taxi and made breakfast.
早朝のチェックアウトにもタクシーのみならず朝食も用意してくれました。
More than anything,we enjoyed talk with them.
The greatest memory is that we took a photo with hotel staffs at the lobby.
何よりも彼らとの会話が楽しかったです。一番の思い出はロビーで写真を撮ったことですかね。！
I want to stay here again.I really want to go to Hanoi again.！

Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Zentralmarkt. Der See ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Touristische Leistungen kann man im Hotel, aber auch in vielen Reisebüros in der Stadt buchen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption und auch der junge Mann, der sich in der Lobby und im Frühstücksraum um die Gäste kümmert, sind sehr freundlich.
