This was definitely one of the nicest stays at a hotel ever. And I’ve been in a lot of hotels in a lot of country over many years. It’s not that everything is perfect, or they have the best breakfast, or the room is the best. The difference is the sweetest staff ever.
They helped us with trips to Halong Bay, Sapa etc. and in the most delightful and nice way.
We will definitely use this hotel again, and can recommend this hotel to everyone, who doesn’t need 4 or 5 star breakfast or rooms, but want a very good place to stay for the money.
The location, is by the way, quite convenient to everything in the Old Town.

From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a very pleasant stay. They were always friendly and helpful and supplied a map pointing out things of interest in Hanoi. The hotel is in the old quarter, in a spot handy to visit these locations

4.0 "Kan godt anbefales - fint sted i det gamle kvarter"
Receptionen er altid klar til at hjælpe og kan fint engelsk. Vi fik hjælp til taxa og turist simkort (kan anbefales). Vores værelse lå nede i kælderen, og vi blev derfor tilbudt at opgradere til 5. sal for $7. Dette tilbud tog vi imod og fik stort værelse med dobbeltseng og altan ud til byen samt fint badeværelse. Hotellet er i den gamle bydel, som er et sted med mange boder og spisesteder (men stadig et travlt sted som resten af Hanoi). Morgenmaden var også rigtig fin!

In centro ad hanoi, con le ragazze e i ragazzi della reception straordinari. Ci ha accolto Kate alla quale era stato dato l'incarico di riferirci che la nostra camera non era più disponibile poiché aveva avuto un problema. Ci hanno fatto un upgrade e Kate si è scusata 100 volte perché in realtà abbiamo avuto il piccolo disagio di dormirr due notti in camera in due camere diverse comunque sempre superiori alla prenotazione. Soddisfacente anzi più che soddisfacente la colazione per quello che sono gli standard in Vietnam delle colazioni continentali
