A stay in Hanoi La Castela Hotel is like a home away from home. We loved how we were made to feel welcome by the manager Tommy and his whole team of service crew carries an excellent attitude and was well confident to attend to our needs and request. They were very warm hearted people and big on small details..we enjoyed our breakfast time as we received food cook to our requests...hot and tasty. They were also very helpful in giving us shopping tips and where to find good food. We are certainly glad to have pick this hotel for our 4 nights stay

모든 면에서 너무 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 호안끼엠 호수, 성요셉성당 등 주요 관광지와 맛집이 도보로 다 갈 수 있어요. 호텔은 작지만 방크기는 적당했고 깔끔했어요. 조식도 너무 맛있어서 아침부터 과식을 했네요. 여러 메뉴를 주문할 수 있답니다. 닌빈여행을 위해 체크아웃했는데 큰 캐리어를 호텔에 맡기고 여행한 후 출국하기 직전에 찾았답니다. 추가의 비용은 전혀 없구요. Kate 와 Tony 가 그립네요. 다시 하노이에 간다면 반드시 다시 갈겁니다.
직원분들도 친절하하게 맞아주시고 체크아웃 시간이 없었는데 아침 샌드위치도 챙겨주셔서 너무 좋았습니다

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when we checked in the hotel. The room is big enough for 3 adults too. When we found the bathtub was broken, the receptionist came for us immediately and prepared another room. They don't have hair conditioner as an amenity but other things they have such as toothbrush, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, bathrobe and minibar.

First of all, the service is very good in the hotel. The staff is allways helpful and smilling and very nice. Everyone always go out of their way to help and give advices. The food is awesome. The breakfast is generally very average in small hotels but this one is very good. Not much places to sit so better arrive early but we did not have a problem.
The room itself is well kept and i felt it was clean. Some rooms have windows but giving on an inside hole which is a bit dark but we did not mind. The room was a bit humid also but we opened the windows a bit and use AC to aerate. It was comfortable stay in general and the manager is always there to help
Will definitely go back to this hotel if i come back to hanoi and i can definitely recommend it to anyone you can trust their advices as it is not always the case in the area.

여행일정 : 2019.12.7. 14:30 호텔도작 / 당일 숙박하지 않고, 저녁 23시에 캐빈버스로 사파로 떠날 예정이었음 / 사전에 hotels.com 을 통해 지배인인 토미에게, 당일 캐리어 짐 보관 문의하였고, 안심하고 맡겨놓고 시내투어하고 오라고 승낙받음. 1차 감동! / 오바마분짜, 토요일 호암끼엠호수 행사장 등 둘러보고 왔더니 / 빈방에서 샤워하고 출발하라고 함. 2차 감동! / 저녁 11시 주로 현지인이 많이 이용하는 Sao Viet 터미널까지 거리가 9km! 그러나 호텔스텝 여직원이 직접 자신의 그랩택시를 불러줘, 안심하고 안전하게 도착. 3차 감동!
8일 9일 사파 2박3일 여정을 끝내고, 이곳으로 다시 돌아와서 다시 3박4일 여정을 보내게 되었다.
숙박하기도 전에 3번 감동먹은 뒤라, 또 무엇이 감동일까 궁금하시겠지만, 더 자세한 후기는 2탄으로 올리겠음.
인천공항에서 지방으로 내려오다 감기몸살 걸렸음.

Var et veldig bra hotell allt i allt. Ved frokosten så hadde de ikke buffet, men meny. På den måten valgte du frokost fra menyen, men du kunne velge så mye du ville uten å gå frem og tilbake til en buffet som har stått i timevis.
Servicen var veldig go og beliggenheten var ganske bra med Hoan Kiem Lake rett bort i gata med alle sine severdigheter.
Eneste minuset jeg kan komme på er at dusjhodet lakk litt, noe de satte veldig pris på å få beskjed om
가성비 좋은 숙박이었습니다. 친절함과 위치는 진짜 최고였어요! 체크아웃 후 샤워서비스 제공이 특히 인상적이었습니다.

This hotel has a great location. Right smack in the thick of the Old Quarter. We stayed twice, with an overnight tour to Ha Long bay in the middle. The rooms are a decent size, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is great. You can order as much as you would like, and eggs to your liking. There are also some Vietnamese options. In terms of dining options, there are several good restaurants within walking distance (10 to 15 minutes). As for the hotel staff, they are really attentive to your needs. They are friendly and helpful, and speak good English.
호텔이 엄청 깨끗하거나 그렇진 않아요. 곳곳에 낡은티가 좀 납니다. 하지만 청결도를 무시할 수 있을만큼 직원분들이 매우 친절해요. 어린 조카가 또 가고 싶다고 할만큼 친절하시고 아이도 귀여워 해주셨어요. 결벽증 있으시거나 새것처럼 깨끗한 곳을 원하시면 비추입니다만, 룸컨디션은 보통이지만 직원분들의 친절함이 더 중요하신 분들에겐 이 호텔을 추천합니다. 하노이, 하롱베이, 나트랑까지 총 세 곳에서 숙박을 했는데 셋 중에 가장 친절한 곳이었어요.

지인에게 추천받아서 갔는데 너무~ 친절 깨끗 .
조식은 무한대로 주문해서 먹을수 있고 진짜 맛있어요

가격대비 매우 만족스러운 호텔이었어요 방도 깨끗하고 조식도 맛있습니다 조식은 원하는걸 골라서 먹을수 있는데 친절하게 계속 신경써줍니다 매니저와 직원분들 정말 친절해요 비행기시간 늦는데 빈방에서 샤워할 수 있게 해줘서 정말좋았어요 공항가는 택시도 불러줘서 더운날 쾌적하게 여행할 수 있었습니다

How many times do you leave a hotel and feel like you're leaving behind your good friends? The La Castela left us feeling like that. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed like family by Tommy, the hotel manager, and the rest of the staff.
The rooms are well apportioned, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and wonderful spread of complementary snacks. The rest of the hotel is very well maintained. The breakfast is wonderful, and my entire family enjoyed our morning meals with the hospitality of the staff. The price was very reasonable and the location was excellent.
But it is the staff that sets this hotel apart. They were extremely attentive to our every need, willing to go out of the way to make our stay feel as if we were at home. They took the time to explain the nearby sites, offers guidance, discussed prices, and were very helpful. The entire staff were able to address us by name throughout our stay, and that is just a testament to their dedication to service. Both my wife and mother-in-law speak Vietnamese fluently, but they also appreciated the help and guidance as we were not familiar with Hanoi. They were immediately responsive to any requests, and I cannot simply imagine anything that could have been improved about our stay. If we return to Hanoi, this is where we will always stay.
3박했는데 일단 가성비대비 짱입니다 직원들이 일단 너무 친절하고 특히 지배인 토미는 과하다싶을정도로 친절하고 뭐든 도와주려고 합니다 방은 2층이였는데 창문이 없는방이라 아쉬웠고 창문이없으니 환기도 잘안되겠죠 화장실바닥이나 벽쪽에 곰팡이의 흔적들이 좀 있습니다 화장실이 깨끗하지않은 느낌이라 별하나뺍니다 방은넓직하고 침대도커서 아기랑 셋이서 자기 충분했어요 특히 조식은 오더시스템인데 먹고싶은걸로 계속 시켜도되요 대체적으로 깔끔하고 맛있습니다 커피도 너무 맛있어서 밖에서 사먹은거보다 호텔안에서 마신게 더 많아요 물론 음료도 원하는만큼 서비스로 줍니다 조식시간외에도! 샌딩서비스도 신청했는데 밤에 떠나는거여서 아침에 체크아웃을햇는데 샤워하고싶으면 하게해주겠다며.. 떠나기전에객실하나를 내어주며 무료로 샤워도했답니다 고객의편의를최우선으로생각하는곳이구나 하고 느껴졌답니다 참고로 호텔근무십년했던지라 왠만해선 칭찬안하는데 여긴 가성비짱입니다

숙소가 시내중심지여서 위치가 너무 좋았고 더불어 스태프들이 잘 챙겨주시고, 조식도 바로 주문하면 조리하는 시스템이라 너무 좋았다!
I'm so grateful to choose this hotel as accomodation at Hanoi! Tommy, General Manager of the hotel, is very nice and provide some travel advice in Hanoi (it's my first time to be here). Besides, I appreciated the efforts in preparing a map so I don't have to get with mobile all the time. (It's aways safer to take with map than mobile when travelling) Every staff is of high service quality. I do wish to stay here again (:

우선 매니저 포함 직원들이 엄청 친절하며 모든걸 챙겨주려고 합니다. 조식 또한 뷔페식이 아닌 메뉴를 주문하면 바로 만들어줘서 맛있게 먹었네요. 특히 베트남 음식이 괜찮았습니다. 시설 또한 가격 대비 좋았습니다.

Great little hotel which is excellent value for money. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in showers, and very clean.
We had 3 people staying in 3 separate rooms, which were upgraded to Jnr Suites at no charge due to another party cancellation.
Tommy & his staff working hard to give you an excellent stay. Very courteous and helpful so would highly recommend. Will be back!

I stayed at this place with my friend for 3 nights and I have nothing but praises for all aspects of this hotel. The rooms were clean. Location was perfect with most of the tourist and foodie spots in close proximity. Food was great - their spring rolls are a must try! To top it all off, service is awesome. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. They are always willing to go above and beyond.
I truly had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi.

La Castela is a cozy little place with very attentive staff. They have 24-7 frontdesk and travel info service which is super helpful. Rooms are not large but very tidy. Breakfast served by order is also to the perfection.
The only small issue is the traffic in the neighborhood. If you are OK with the crowd of old quarter, La Castela should be a good choice.

Wow, I was blown away by the service! Tommy and the rest of the hotel staff exceeded our expectations! They were incredibly helpful and it was by far our best hotel experience in Vietnam. The room was really nice and it is centrally located. I highly recommend this hotel to any future guests.

Great little hotel. Rooms are gorgeous, spacious and clean. There is nothing the hotel staff will not do for you. The girls would even make a delicious ginger tea for us when we got back from our outings and bring it to our rooms!
Very gracious and happy people. Even left us sweet messages on our beds and on out breakfast plates! I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

A hidden Gem in the Heart of Hanoi. My wife and I chose the Hotel’s Limo service ($19) for the 40 minute, no hassle drive in a private van. The Driver was waiting for us with a named placard right outside the arrival gate. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted outside, offered complementary drinks and checked in while seated in the waiting room. We arrived late because of the traffic and were unable to make it to the bank to exchange money, so the Hotel manager lent us 500,000 dong ($20) until the next morning. The room was spacious, air-conditioned, strong Wi-Fi and the bathroom included a deep soak tub. The Morning breakfast is cooked to order and we found the Pho beef noodle soup they offered better than most of the restaurants outside. Fresh Coffee was available all day, another plus for us. The staff here is beyond helpful and attentive to anything that we needed. Maps, directions and recommendation were always available. Tour arrangements were offered at less than what we would have paid outside. The Hotel staff made us feel like we were at home at all times. The Hotel itself is located right in the Heart of old Hanoi. Restaurants, shops and coffee houses are just steps away, along with 2 major markets with a less than 15 minute walk. If you’re only staying a few days or longer, I cant recommend this Hotel enough. As soon as you arrive, all worries are put aside and you can enjoy Hanoi for all it has to offer.
This is a new hotel which has one of the best service I have ever experienced. Very attentive staff and helpful in everything. Thanks for hosting us!

The hotel is based in the centre of the old quarter and the position could not be better. The side street it is on is bustling, but not too noisy, and even though our room overlooked the street we did not get disturbed.
The hotel is small and very friendly. The staff treated you like family and you could not have felt more at home. They happily helped and made arrangements for you and took personal responsibility for making sure the arrangements were correct. It allowed us to have a completely stress free time whilst we stayed. The cost for the hotel was very reasonable and great value. Of course if you want a 5* hotel with a pool etc then you should go to such a place. But if you want a calm, friendly and lovely stay come here. Breakfast was plentiful and they were happy to adapt as necessary (some of our party had restricted diets). We will come back here when we next visit...so that says it all really.
We absolutely loved our stay in Hotel La Castella! The staff were the friendliest, most welcoming people we have met on our trip so far. Tommy Lee and Lee made sure we had everything we needed and we felt very well looked after. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our room was beautiful. We were upgraded when we first arrived as we had got to the hotel early! We loved it so much that we came back to stay again after our trip to Halong bay. They even sent us off with some fruit and croissants for the journey. The location couldn’t be better, right next to all the top spots in Hanoi Old Quarter and just a few minutes to the ‘heart of the city’ Lake.
We would highly recommend Hotel La Castella and will be letting our friends and family know how great it is! Thank you to all the staff!
