All three staff member - night shift Autumn, Wendy in the afternoon and male staff in the morning(forgot name ) are excellent. I felt i am in my home environment, staff always welcoming and offering help without asking, i think customer service of this hotel make it outstanding, if i ever come back to hanoi then definitely i will not be looking at any other hotel than hanoi rendezvous hotel.

Good location. Room was large but very average. Breakfast was really good and staff were very friendly. Wifi however was not good - kept cutting in and out even after advising staff.
I cannot day enough good things about the staff at this hotel! They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I was able to walk around the area, and they recommended a restaurant that was super close and delicious!
Our family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. We booked a 2 bedroom family room however upon checking in we were informed that the air con was not working properly in that room and were offered 2 separate rooms instead. After travelling with my Husband and 3 kids for a week I liked the idea of having 2 separate rooms, gave us a bit of space so I was happy with the new arrangement and there was no extra charge. :) Breakfast was included and we could choose anything off the menu which was fantastic compared to only eggs on toast at a previous place we stayed at. The staff were amazing and friendly and we were greeted by our names throughout our stay. Our room was tidied daily. The only downside we had was the pillows were a little lumpy in which I gave feedback on this and the air con made a bit of noise at night which made falling asleep difficult. Location was great, we walked around most places. We did catch a couple of taxi's and one had a dodgy meter so please be careful as the drivers will try and rip you off, we didn't fall for it and gave a fare amount. There is a fabulous cooking class called Apron Up 2 streets away in which we participated in, highly recommend to do it whilst in Hanoi. Overall our stay was made very pleasant by the lovely and helpful staff at this Hotel.
It is not a 5 star place however the price charged was a bargain for its' location and the quality of staff. The room needed a fresh coat of paint and partial refurb however everything worked well (TV, bar fridge, AC, hot water, toilet). The balcony room was comfortable, large and quiet surprising given the traffic on the road. The breakfast was filling and well presented. The arranged tours were very good and went of without a hitch. The staff were a standout - friendly, courteous and efficient.
Très mauvaise expérience dans cette hôtel...tout est à revoir!

The hotel is a perfect place to base yourself when exploring Hanoi.
I came to the hotel after a very long flight, and it was the first stop on my first solo trip, and was greeted by the very friendly staff who made me feel welcome immediately.
The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed, and the breakfast was very tasty too.
The best thing about this hotel was the staff and service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I was sad to leave after a very happy five days there. Thank you Judi and all the other staff for making my stay so good.
The staff was amazing. The room were large and comfortable.

Hanoi Rendezvous hotel is situated in the old quarter and if you want to day tours from the tours agency then choose a hotel from the quarter because it’s free pick up and drop off. The air conditioning in my room was excellent since I can regulate the temperature of the air conditioner from 16 degreeC to 30 degreeC. It’s also very easy and convenient to take a hot shower. The breakfast is made to order and I prefer this to buffet style since the food is freshly cooked and hot.
The staff went over and above to make us welcome. They helped us book bus tickets and even helped me order some food for delivery. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast was simple but good, the location was great and we walked everywhere. The matress is a little firm. We liked this hotel so much we stayed here twice and I would come back if I returned to Hanoi.

The hotel was clean and convenient. The staff were able to book me in to a cooking class at the last minute - I highly recommend the class at the Countryside Cooking Class with Tinh!
I also had an early train to catch so the staff arranged a cab to get me to the train station on time and without hassle

I first stayed here seven years ago and had such a great experience that I thought I’d stay again! The place is still as clean and the staff are still as helpful as last time. Definitely recommend a stay here next time you’re in Hanoi!
