my booking was not found despite Expedia confirmed all ok via phone. the interface system between you and the hotel has a huge problem and cause much inconvenience to guests.

2.0 "False advertising - no fitness center"
This hotel is moderately expensive for Hanoi, and was recently renovated but if you look closely at the details you'll see shoddy, rushed and poor workmanship. What was more frustrating is the lack of a fitness center despite what is listed online/on aggregator sites like Hotels.com, and what the staff were instructed to tell clients (that there is a fitness center on the third floor, but that it's currently unavailable - a tour of the third floor will reveal that there is nothing but guest rooms). Overall, the stay fell short of expectations, and if I were to pay for a "nicer" hotel in Hanoi again, I would definitely go elsewhere.
Quite and friendly staff. Breakfast are OK but will be better if have more variety. Room acoustic not fantastic

Staff is very courteous and helpful. Building is 6 months old, despite having a big sign on the main road, the building is located behind a few buildings. Rooms are abit small and has some new construction smell. Breakfast is tasty.
