자정에 도착하여 친절하게 픽업 서비스 이용해서
안전하게 호텔 체크인 했습니다
전반적으로 만족하였고 조식도 나쁘지 않아요
다만 8층에서 묵었는데 새벽에 비가 많이 내렸고
그 빗소리가 유난히 시끄러워 잠을 조금 설쳤습니다
그 부분을 제외하고 만족합니다

Comfortable and clean hotel - good choice for breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. The only downside was the very noisy school opposite - however we still very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location in the old quarter. A minor "glitch" with ants ( wet season so they decided to come in out of the rain!) but it was fixed within 15 minutes by a room change ( and upgrade!)

4.0 "4 nights in Hanoi"
The hotel was in a fantastic location and was very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, Beer Corner, shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and always eager to help. The room was clean enough and comfortable. The bathroom was big and the shower was fantastic with great water pressure. The breakfast was average but was ok for us as we are quite simple eaters. Toast and cereal was adequate enough for us. Only downside to our experience at the hotel was the mouse that took up residence in our room and didn’t pay its way. We notified the staff of the mouse but they couldn’t find it. We stayed in the room and hoped it had gone but it reappeared again during the night. We again alerted the staff who did offer for us to change rooms but we only had one more night there so couldn’t be bothered moving. We did the Halong Bay day trip and the staff said that they would again check our room while we were gone. When we returned later that evening the staff said that they had found the mouse and it was now gone. I did sleep with one eye open that night and luckily the mouse did not reappear.
그닥 3성.베트남식 발음. tv화질 그닥. 방음 그닥. 마사지 제휴 있긴 한데 할인가 적용해도 찾아가는거보다 비싸면서 시간 적음. 위치 그닥. 당일투어 가격도 한인여행사보다 비싼거 같아서 이용안함.
차피 예약대행이기때문에 비싸게 예약해도 퀄은 동일.

위치는 호안끼엠 호수 및 유명 맛집 , 주요 관광지에서 가깝고,
특히 호텔 앞 도로는 다른 골목에 비해서 차량이나 오토바이 통행량이 적어서 밤에 매우 조용하고, 상대적으로 다니기 편합니다.
아침식사 맛있고, 오믈렛, 쌀국수, 샌드위치 등 주문해서 먹는 음식은 최고 수준이었습니다.
하롱베이 당일 투어도 luxury Van 을 이용했는데, 호텔에서 booking 도와줘서 저렴하게 다녀올 수 있었습니다. Luxury Van 은 3열로 되어 있어서 매우 편합니다.
호텔에서 퍼지아쭈웬(백종원 쌀국수)집 10분, 분짜닥킴 5분, Pho10 리쿽수 10분, 호안끼엠 호수 5분 정도 수준입니다.
가능하면 Grab 이용하시고, Grab 이 잘 안잡혀서 Taxi 타실 때는 미리 금액을 어느정도 확정짓고 타시는 것이 좋습니다. 그냥 meter 로 택시 타시면, 직선 거리로 가도 금액이 2배 이상 나오는 경우가 있습니다. 일부 택시가 meter기 조작을 해 놓은 듯 싶었습니다. Meter 금액이 차가 흔들려도 올라가고, 점점 빨리 올라가더니 결론적으로는 바딘 광장에서 정상적이라면 택시비용이 50만동도 안나오는데, 미터기에 100만동이 찍히 더라구요....택시는 꼭 조심하시기 바랍니다.

호텔 문열면 구시가지 접근성 최고~ 객실은 다소 좁은느낌 있었지만 지내기에 불편하진 않있고 깨끗하고 정갈했음. 조식은 최고의 만족을 주었음. 직원들은 상냥하고 친철해서 좋았으며 가격대비 가성비 갑!! 적극 추천함!!
Very friendly staff, rooms are cozy and clean. Within distances of places to see. Staff are always willing to show you where to go and places to try. We left our luggage with them over night while we went to halong bay, no issues. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel location can’t be beat...right in the old quarter. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was excellent and off Main Street and quiet. Price was reasonable.

Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They organised our City & food tours (highly recommend). They can also organise other tours such as Sapa & Harlong Bay which we should have done but already had them sorted before our arrival. Prepared takeaway breakfasts on the days we had early starts which was great.

Great location in the middle of the Old Quarter.
Easy walk to Hoa Kiem Lake,night market,shopping and lots of restaurants.
The rooms are clean,very comfortable beds and new updated bathrooms.
The staff are all very nice and extremely helpful.
They arrange airport pickups,and tours as well.
The price is extremely good- good value for your money.
I would definitely recommend this hotel

5.0 "Perfect spot to stay in heart of Old Hanoi"
We could not have done better during our recent visits to Hanoi - located right in the heart of old Hanoi, the room was spotless, the staff very friendly and helpful. The only slight hiccup was a bit of a mix-up when being picked up from the airport (a mix-up of names, so we were waiting at least half an hour before we connected with our driver). Also, wifi in the first room we stayed in wasn't strong, though in room 501 it was very strong.
4.0 "Ideally placed for exploring old quarter of Hanoi."
Super staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Great value.

Located right in the middle of the Old Quarter, but in a quiet street, this hotel was an oasis from the hustle and bustle. Nice room with reliable lift service, good hot water and great breakfast (even for a vegan!!). Nothing too much trouble for the staff, who generally spoke very good English. Highly recommended.

조식이 훌륭하고 접근성이 좋다는 후기를 보고 선택했어요.
조식은 기대한것 보다 종류가 많지 않아서 살짝 당황했는데..
별도로 주문해서 먹는 쌀국수, 샌드위치가 맛났습니다.
밤비행기로 늦게 도착했는데 호텔의 픽업서비스를 이용하여 불편함 없이 체크인 했구요
유명한 관광지, 맛집이 근처에 많이 있어
더위에 힘들때 중간중간 들러 편안한 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다.

BE WARNED! The condition of the hotel is really old and very run down! Nothing like the photos advertised. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No service once I expressed dissatisfaction. Stay away!

가기 전에 일정조율때문에 조금 혼란이 있었지만 다행히 잘 해결하는걸로 하고 하노이에 놀러갔어요.
직원들은 친절했고 이것저것 물어보면 열심히 설명을 해주는 편이에요. 청소는 조식먹고 오니깐 이미끝나있어서;;;아무튼 엄청 빠른속도로 해주세요.하지만 커텐은 만지지마세요 커텐을 털어주진 않아요.
위치는 호수에서 걸어서 5분??7분??정도 걸린것 같아요 성요셉성당과도 가까워서 매일 갔어요.
조식은 매일 조금씩 메뉴가 바뀌고요 쌀국수나 오므라이스같은건 따로 주문 가능해서 좋았어요 쌀국수는 호텔에서만 먹은것 같아요 ㅋ
가격대비 괜찮은 호텔이라고 생각해요

We are very impressed of the service provided by the hotel staff, especially Peter and Henri at the reception who went for extra miles in service. Henri had made good recommendations of the local eateries around the area, giving us a smooth check in process. Peter had made us extra comfortable in hosting us in the hotel when the room was not available after we arrived early in the morning after we returned from our Sapa hiking trip. Highly recommended this hotel to others. Kudos to the hospitality provided by the hotel staff.
