We found Golden Pearl perfect for us. It is less than 12 months old so everything is new and functional. Staff cannot do enough to help you. All the reception girls have jewel names to make it easy for us. Ruby, Crystal, Jade etc. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Restaurant available if you want to eat in however there are so many options in Hoi An the in-house dining is very quiet but still offers a wide variety. Free bicycles for guest use and reception can arrange and recommend tours and sites to visit.

It's very clean hotel. I really enjoyed. Actually I was supposed to stay in another hotel which was very dirty and had so many bugs. So I changed it to this hotel. I saw some lizards but it's small compared to the one I saw in another hotel in hoian. I think it's normal in Vietnam. Also the receptionist is so kind. I love this hotel. If i go to hoian next time, I'll stay here again.

Nice little hotel about 15mins walk to the old town. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and the staff are so friendly. The concierges Jade and Ruby helped plan everything for us and even went out of the way to arrange packed breakfasts for our early departure. Will definitely stay again.

The customer service was amazing. Jade and Sinaphire were fantastic and they even sourced some gluten-free breakfast options for me. Very family friendly and helpful tips and advice given all the way. We had a family suite with adjoining rooms which was perfect and very spacious.

Il n'y a pas de séchoir et papier dans les toilettes. La piscine peut être facilement salie a cause du gazon et de la terre au tour.

A bit out of the way but no worries - grab taxi is maybe $1.75 CAD. Didn't expect the construction noise at 7:15am though. Or the fact I booked a room in a hotel with an elevator but had to climb to the 4th floor up stairs - resolved with a call to the booking company.

Kändes välkomna till Golden Pearl hotel. Personalen tog hand om oss och väldig snabb för incheckning. Personalen var väldig tydlig att ge information till oss tex. Visade kartan hur man hitta till Pho Cô? Hoi An.
Rummet var mycket rent
Positiv saker: många galjer, bra skåp, det fanns gott om krokar i badrummet där vi kan hänga upp våra bad handdukar.
Free transfer till och från Hotel till Pho cô? cua Hoi An.
Mindre bra: gärna ha tofflor som använder bara en gång per vistelse. Inte gemensamma tofflor som fanns på rummet. Kändes inte rent.
Sakna stryk järn
Very pleasant stay in Golden Pearl. Special thanks to Sapphire for her wonderful and welcoming check-in (we had the great surprise to be upgraded). Hotel is very clean and they provide very nice bikes we could use to go to the beach or the ancient town. Thanks also to Jade and Beryl from reception. The bartender is also great! We will be back !

The hotel is clean, comfortable room. Service is a bit indifferent- they won't do anything above the basics. Area is across from beach, very busy. Hotel caters to Russian tourists mostly.

Veldig fint og nytt hotell. Store rom med stort fint bad. Veldig rolig rundt bassengområdet så fint sted å slappe av. Bra utvalg på frokosten. Negative var distansen til sentrum, og shuttleriden som gikk kun to ganger og måtte bookes.

룸 상태 - 넓고 깔끔한 편입니다.
조식 - 무난합니다. 쌀국수 맛있었습니다. 매일 약간씩 메뉴가 바뀝니다.
어메니티 - 상태 별로고 몇 개 없습니다. 샴푸랑 바디워시가 다 입니다. 그러니 빗, 컨디셔너, 세안용품 다 챙겨오시고 샴푸랑 바디워시도 향 예민하신 분들은 쓰시던거 챙겨오세요. 칫솔도 있긴 있는데 챙겨오시는걸 추천합니다.
청소상태 - 4박 묵었는데 매번 팁을 드려도 청소 상태는 별로입니다. 매번 뭘 빠트리거나 청소가 덜 되어 있거나 합니다.
방음 - 방음 전혀 절대 안됩니다. 아침마다 하우스키퍼분들 단체로 시끌벅적 청소하시는데 아침에 늦게 나가시는 분들은 좀 힘들 수도 있습니다.
수영장 - 좁습니다. 그냥 아이들 놀기에는 좋을 것 같습니다. 튜브 따로 없습니다.
그 외 - 직원분들 친절하시고, 자전거 무료로 빌려줘서 진짜 잘 타고 다녔습니다. 처음에는 좀 무섭지만 천천히 잘 타고 다니면 여기저기 구석구석 구경할 수 있어서 좋습니다. 생각보다 자전거 타고 다니는 여행객 분들도 많습니다.

거리가 조금 있긴 했지만 친절하고 편한 셔틀 덕에 편하게 다녔어요 비치도너무 좋았는데 호텔이랑 연결된 장소? 경치도 최고고 베트남 와서 먹은 음식과 망고주스 중 베스트를 맛볼 수 있었어요 조식도 정말 맛있고 특히 커피의 깊고 진한 맛 아주 칭찬합니다 수영장도 분위기있고 방도 편하고 깨끗했어요 직원분들도 아주 친절합니다 단연코 최고

5.0 "Gem of a hotel in Hoi An"
The Golden Pearl is a lovely hotel just outside the city center of Hoi An. A new hotel, it is very well managed with a staff that goes out of their way to make you comfortable and secure.
A pleasant and fresh breakfast is offered each day, with a variety of choices, including an omelet station. The quality of food is good and the service is outstanding.
The hotel has a spa, swimming pool and very nice courtyard where you can relax after a busy day in Ancient Town or the markets.
The rooms are very well tended and large by Vietnamese standards. Bathrooms include the usual amenities, though I wish they offered bar soap.
Shuttles to and from Ancient Town are offered a couple of times each day, however, I wish they were a little more frequent. Even so, cabs are frequent and very reasonably priced.
In general, we would not hesitate to return the Golden Pearl and would highly recommend it while in Hoi An.
밤에 이동하는 것은 비추천. 관광지랑 가까워서 숙소 위치 자체는 좋은듯함. 깔끔하고 직원들도 매우 친절함.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The only downside is the location, as it is quite far from the center of Hoi An. However, they do provide bicycles for free, and it's nearer the Tru Que fishing villages than most hotels, and the Anang beach as well. There is a shuttle to the city center we didn't use, taxis are rather cheap to go to the city. Breakfast could be improved with more cheese (only la vache qui rit available, and that on demand).
Bed is very hard and hotel is far away from main area. The hotel offers shuttle services but only twice a day.

An excellent choice of you want unprecedented friendliness from the whole staff. A shoutout to Shaphire, Ruby. Pearl, Jade and all the rest of the front office girls, breakfast staff and even the cleaning staff. All so friendly and can’t do enough for you to make your stay superb! These ladies should train other hotels what customer relations are all about and how to represent their properties. If you want a guaranteed super great place at a reasonable cost - this is it ! We are world travellers and this has to be in the top 3 of all are stays including 5 Star accomodations ! Thanks for your help again Ruby !
올드타운 번화가에서 비교적 떨어져 있지만 깨끗하고, 조용하고 직원분들이 정밀 친절힙니다~ 호텔에서 관광지로 가는 무료 셔틀도 잘 이용했습니다!

I booked this because reviews said 5 star service for 4 star hotel and we agree! Staff was incredible! Super fun stay close to the old town with great recos for restaurants and tailors. Hotel is new super clean and best value in our trip.
