場所がよく、ミーケビーチにすぐ行けるところにあります。道路を渡る必要がありますが、少し歩いたところに地下道があるため問題ありませんでした。市内観光、五行山、ホイアンへもアクセスがよく、観光にはいい場所と思います。スタッフも親切でよかったです。
一つ難点としては、夜に外の音がうるさいですが、22時ごろには静かになってました。屋上のバーからの眺めは最高でした。
The location is good. You can walk to the My Khe beach through the subway near the hotel. You can easily go to the Danang city, Marble mountains, and Hoi an city by taxi. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The street below was a little bit noisy on weekend nights, but it was quiet around 22:00. The view from the sky bar was awesome!!

Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le chef cuisinier est très sympa. La plage est très proche mais il faut traverser la route.

호텔 위치가 좋고, 직원들도 친절하고 청결상태가 좋았습니다.
해변 옆에 있어 뷰가 좋으며 언제든지 바다 수영을 할수 있습니다.

한가지 아쉬운점이 있다면 앞에 공사중이여서 조금 불편했네요 ㅎㅎ
전반적으로 돈 하나도 안아까웠습니다.
주위에 마트, 식당이 많아서 편리하였습니다.

그럭저럭 편하게잇음 가성비따져서햇기에 확실히 고급진느낌은 아님. 카운터친구 영어유창하지는않음 바로앞공사로 시끄러웟고 공사현장으로 택시 출입이 쉽지는 않앗으나 가능은함. 수영장 애들땜에갓엇는데 진짜아담함. 마케비치근처에 수많은 호텔중 한곳임. 보통 호텔이라하기에도 악간은 애매함. 전반적분위기나 방상태 네온사인 등이 그러함.

위치나 직원은 좋아요. 주위에 카페나 브로스버거는 걸어서 댕겨올 수 있는 거리구 길건너가 미케 비치라 비치에 암때나 갈 수 있어서 좋아요. 제가 있는동안 호텔바로앞 땅을파고 공사중이라 댕길때 불편했어요.
조식은 그저 그렇구요. 첫날은 옆방에 사람이 있으니 방음이 안되던데 담날부턴 없는지 조용하더라구요. 바닥이 돌이라 복도에서 얘기하면 울려서 시끄러워요. 청소는 필로우커버가 지저분하길래 제가 있을때 부탁했는데 팁을 미리줬는데도 필로우커버도 안 바꿔서 바꿔달라고 얘기해서 그것만 바꾸더라구요.
역시 호텔청소에 대해 티비에서 말이 많더니 그렇더군요.

The location is very good, close to the fantastic beach. There is a road with heavy trafic between the hotel and the beach that might be challanging to cross. The people at the reception area spoke English, but otherwise it might be difficult to communicate. The rooms are exposed for noise from the corridor and lift area because of the open gap under the door. The houseceeping could improve their routines. We stayed there for seven nights, and five times we got too few towels. Slow check-out, 10-12 minutes without queue.
We booked Ocean Premium Family Room, where I expected direct view to ocean, but our view was to side and on the other side then beach. Once the other side, from window we could see beach and ocean and also windows are quite small, so anyway you cannot see ocean from bed....
Beside of this all was great, good service, nice people, comfortable bed, good breakfast, good location, cannot complain further.

Only location is good, there is no service at all. Reported bad smell from the toilet, nobody come and fix it!!! Tried to call the housekeeping, and go straight to the front desk requested to repair. Nobody show up!!! Will not stay again.

Terrible breakfast options and over priced in-house transportation.
Stayed 6 days but needed to change rooms, very inconvenient.
Hallways crazy loud. The fire alarm was a nice added attraction.

Pay a little more and stay at the big name 5 stars. The location was ideal but it’s not a 5 star. Eden seemed more like a 3 star. We had the stand up bathroom and water got everywhere and that was annoying. Especially because there was hardly any counter space and not even one hook to hang our clothes or towel. The rack to hang the towels also got wet easily. Upon check in, the girl at the front desk told us we had to pay an extra person charge and lucky for us, we still had the emailed receipt from Expedia that we already paid for that when we booked. The entire hotel didn’t feel
Like a 5 star. We had to hunt down workers to get pool towels or beach towels. There was always slippery puddles of water everywhere around hotel halls and elevators because of the lack of pool towels. Our bathroom door had vomit that wasn’t thoroughly cleaned off from the handle to the bottom of the door. When we went down to exchange money, the rate was 2.26 while it was 2.31 at the airport. We did anyways. The next day we needed to exchange some more and the clerk told us 2.1 and we said it was 2.26 yesterday. He conceded that 2.26 was for hotel guests only and gave 2.26 (which was still low). He didn’t even give us a receipt. It just feels like shady business. They gave us 2 food vouchers to try their Japanese restaurant (good service and decent food) but the servers said it was for lunch only. They didn’t tell us at front desk. The next day they said it’s good for dinner so come back. Hmm.
I liked the view from and size of our room. I also liked the location of the hotel next to the beach and near several good restaurants. However, the bed was uncomfortable. We could not adjust the AC in our room, so it was either stuffy and hot or really cold. The bathroom had no shower curtain, so it would get all wet in there whenever we would bathe. Housekeeping gave us soiled bath towels on one occasion. We were missing a towel on another. Housekeeping entered our room abruptly several times, once rather early in the morning when we were still in bed! The floors in the halls and common areas are made of stone and carry sounds, so it was very loud in the morning what with all the people shouting — so very hard to sleep in! Also, the street below was noisy with lots of traffic. There was this really annoying guy that kept driving around the block until the wee hours of the morning blasting a prerecorded loop of himself shouting a food item he was selling, over and over again. It started to drive me crazy by the end of our stay.
Other guests were rude, pushy and made our stay very unpleasant. They would let their children run about the breakfast area, knocking into things, and they would push themselves onto the elevator before letting others get out. There were many Chinese staying there who lacked basic etiquette and manners. I was looking forward to using the advertised rooftop “skybar” but it was... not there? WiFi was slow and our TV froze and stopped working.
The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel itself very clean and well maintained.

Need to keep reminding the staffs to get thing done. The hotel is rather new, good location close to the beach. Restaurants nearby. In room entertainment was ok, cleanliness is good but sound proof was bad. Throughout my stay, noises from other guests along corridor can be heard clearly, indistinct chattering coming from rooms beside too. Is very frustrating but we’re too tired to do anything about it. Overall the hotel service is ok, staffs very polite.

The personal is very professional and helpful. Our room was a good size and clean. Nice furniture. Only negative thing with the room was the front door, since it didn’t isolate sound at all you constantly heard all that was going on outside.
Breakfast was good size but didn’t have much in the sandwich department. And no omelets.
Hotel felt new, right by the beach with lots of other hotels being built around it.
Beach was beautiful.

Everything was great and the family loved all the amenities Eden had to offer...
I tried this new hotel and have been surprised by the excellent service. Our very early arrival was solved with a smile by the receptionists. The room we received was spacious and clean (all stone floors, without smelly carpets), with a good airco and a stable strong wifi, and on top a splendid seaview . A very tasty breakfast (different menu every morning) was served with personal attentive service from the staff.
The hotel is just opposite a very clean white sand beach with guarded swimming areas, and in an area with bars and good fish- and streetfood restaurants.
Our stay was much better than expected, with special thanks to the sales reservation manager ms. Nancy, who took efficiently care that all went perfect. I can really recommend this hotel in Da Nang.
We got offer to be upgraded to ocean view room (partial view). The room is nice and cozy. The stuff are helpful. The hotel is newly built and locate in good location of My Khe beach. The breakfast is various and fresh. A few thing to complain is the room wall is not sound proof, you will always can hear somebody talking when they are walking through the corridor, the toilet does not clearly devide the wet shower zone only and the dry zone only one plastic curtain for seperation so the shower water still can splash to toilet zonealso they not clean my toilet properly and forget to change the new towel for us after they finish make up the room. I wish they can improve their service bacause it seem like 3.5 stars hotel to me.
Hotel is very nice, right on the beach road a little nosey in the front rooms but great views breakfast was great, cooked omelets for you. They work hard to please everyone. For the money you can't beat this place.......
