착오로 예약 일자를 하루 빨리 하는 바람에 도착하니 전날 예약되 있었다는 말에 눈앞이 깜깜 했었습니다.
프론트의 직원이 매니저에게 물어보겠다고 하더니 잠시 후 환한 얼굴로 다행이 빈방이 있다며 추가 비용 없이 방 2개를 내줬습니다.
직원의 친절에 감동 했습니다.
위치도 시내 중심지 이고 2분 거리에 맛집도 있고, 조식도 이 비용으로는 훌륭했습니다.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room, excellent food. Buffet breakfast has many Vietnamese and Western food options. Hotel is in a great, central location. Received 30% off all treatments/massages in hotel spa! Overall, I would highly recommend and will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come back to Hue!

The hotel has a good location, the breakfast is excellent, the staff if friendly, very charming and helpful. During my stay, I felt that they did everything they could, in a professional and discrete manner, to make my stay pleasant and trouble free. I got very detailed advise and information from Nguyen Pham Lai Loan, a.k.a. Jenny. She arranged for me drivers and transportation to visit different places around the city and provided wonderful insights about local water puppet performances. I would come back to this hotel without any hesitation.
Excellent hotel with friendly staff. I certainly recommend to all my friends

Super Lage, tolles Spa Angebot, Frühstück toll. Pool etwas klein. Es gab mal ein kurzes Problem mit fließendem Wasser wurde aber schnell.durch die Techniker behoben

Bon petit déjeuner varié
Chambre bruyante pendant ke temps du dîner car située à l’étage inférieur au restaurant (chaises) seul bémol.
Bon emplacement
Très propre .
Nous le recommandons, éviter l’étage sous le restaurant

All the staff were very friendly, even a little too much so. The "interview" you get on checking in is not really necessary. The corridors smelled a bit musty but my room was attractive and clean. However, the rooms are not well sound-proofed, and the repairs being undertaken near mine began soon after 5am. Hence, I did not sleep very much. This is unacceptable. I assume it was a temporary problem.

Great place to stay close to resturants and access to the attractions. A large hotel ideal for groups. Great breakfast and very attentive staff. Small pool for a dip after a warm day sightseeing but not something to sit beside. This is an older style hotel and provides a good base for a couple of days.

About 5-10 mins walk to walking street in the evening, fantastic staff, Kyle at check in was particularly helpful. Nice, albeit small gym and pool, ideal for a quick dip in an evening. We were kindly given an upgrade and gift as we were on our honeymoon, and the room was great. Spotlessly clean and with fantastic space.

4.0 "Terrible experience: bus from Hue to Hoi An"
Friendly staff, good breakfast and we had a room upgrade. Rooms are older that they look at the pictures, but not a big issue. The problem was the tours: NEVER BOOK TOURS OR SHUTTLE BUS at the reception desk!!! The service is TERRIBLE and overpriced!!! We contracted the open bus from Hue to Hoi An and it was one of the worse experiences that we have ever had. In the pictures, it seemed a new, clean and spacious bus... Actually bus was old, VERY dirty, stinky and the drivers and staff treated us like animals! Our luggage was thrown with no care... a 4 stars hotel providing this kind of service?!?!? Completely disappointed!!!
The cherish hotel is a little far from other attractions (maybe about 30 mins walk) but the sun is HOT. I would recommend the hotel itself but the area that it is located in seems geared towards trapping tourists. The food is great and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel ist nichts besonderes, allerdings für einen städtetrip super geeignet.
Zimmer war sauber und in Ordnung. Personal super freundlich knd sehr bemüht!
Als wir spät abends ankamen, haben wir sogar noch das 5 oder 6 Gänge Menü bekommen - sehr zu empfehlen ( Speisesaal leider sehr steril eingerichtet), aber sonst sehr gut!
Also für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen unserer Meinung top preis / leistungsverhältnis!

I genuinely appreciated the complimentary welcome with orange juice and fruits.
Then having the room attendant carry my things was courteous.
Going into the room, had to call house keeping twice because I thought two things weren’t working. Great that my needs were attended straight away.
And great to have the mini gym when I need it to start off my day.
I will come back again if I’m back in Vietnam.

4.0 "Decent hotel for short stay!"
This was a nice enough hotel, we stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Spacious room, bathtub in bathroom but the shower was really weak, not enough power and not great comfort. Helpful staff and location is ok, a little further out than i thought but to get to the main busy, food, backpacker, nightlife part with all the restaurants etc it’s only about a 7/8min walk. It’s about 30min walk from Imperial city.

Mejor zona de Hué. Está a 5 minutos caminando de la zona de restaurantes y bares, y a 15 minutos caminando de la ciudad imperial. El desayuno y servicio muy bueno.

We absolutely loved Cherish Hotel. The location was perfect, service was excellent and the facilities were great. Breakfast was delicious with a huge range of foods, the pool was really nice to cool off after a very hot day exploring and the room was lovely. The bed was particularly comfortable. The one thing that would have improved our stay is some chairs on the balcony to watch the sunset but that’s very minor. A fantastic stay and I would whole heartedly recommend the hotel.

Clean nice quiet hotel really close to the airport. Lots of local small restaurants on the Street.
We only stayed one night as a transfer. Easy to get a taxi in front of the hotel to go downtown, and taxis are really cheap on the meter.
Easy check-in and nice staff. We left early and didn’t try the breakfast.
