We had a perfect stay at Cherish Hotel. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was great. Wifi ok but very slow. The breakfast was fantastic and tasty. Do your self a favour and book this hotel if you need a hotel in Hue.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing. After checking out of the hotel and arriving at the airport for my departing flight, I realized I left my cell phone in the hotel room. I did not have time to go back to retrieve the phone and called the hotel in a panic. They sent someone to find the phone in the room and bring it to me at the ticket counter in the airport. Absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough!!
Bien situado . Personal muy amable y 100% orientado al cliente. Nosotros tuvimos un problema porque mi hijo se dejo las gafas en un táxi y teniamos que coger el vuelo internacional y el personal del hotel hizo lo imposible para recuperarlas.

It was an only night stay but the experience was amazing! The room was like in the picture the hotel is very big and very beautiful! And the breakfast!! Wow I couldn't get enough of the breakfast a very nice breakfast I wish I could have stayed longer there but value of money is excellent! Great hotel!
Ottimo hotel, con elevati standard di pulizia e servizi. Colazione super, posizione ottima per girare la città. Unico neo la piscina davvero piccola e quindi sempre affollata.

5.0 "Very Nice Room with a Great Breakfast "
My wife and I stayed here 5 nights and thought it was a good place. We really liked the breakfast buffet and ate way too much. The room was very nice and very clean. I used their gym several times and liked the machines they had in their small gym. The pool is very small, but the desk area has a table with 4 chairs and 4 lounge chairs also. We enjoy relaxing on the lounge chairs a few times. This hotel is only a 5 minute walk to what is called Walking Street, which has many restaurants, good beer, and shops. The river is only about a 10 minute walk away and I think from the river the Imperial City is only another 15 minutes walk from there (25 minute walk in total from the hotel). We rented a scooter (150k for 1 day) right next store from the hotel and drove to one of the tomes that afternoon and the next morning drove to the Imperial City. It was hot, so we thought that would be better. We also had our laundry done right next store very cheap. We recommend this hotel! We stayed most of our 6 weeks touring Vietnam in places in the low US $20 a night range, but thought this hotel with a gym, pool, and nice breakfast buffet might be worth double what we normally pay. Even though, the gym and pool were small we did enjoy them and the breakfast was great. We were happy that we spent a little extra money to stay at a nicer hotel for 5 days, and recommend this hotel. The hotel was very outdated. The room had a balcony, but the curtain did not come down to cover the door, which allowed in a lot of light from an overly lit complex across the street. The windows weren’t noise canceling, so it was very noisy. The hotel only had two small elevators with the breakfast service on the top floor, making it very difficult to get an elevator down. The breakfast buffet was terrible. Food was awful. The large Chinese tour groups were loud and obtrusive. Staff was unhelpful. Lobby was too small and often filled with large, noisy Chinese tour groups waiting for their tour buses. This was not a relaxing environment. Hotel pool was ridiculously small with a small reclining patio. I do not recommend this hotel.
Great location within walking distance of bars & restaurants, Pearl River, Forbidden City, etc.

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. There is a pool, but it’s very small; we were told we would be rung in our room once the pool was less busy, but after an hour of hearing nothing we gave up. Rooms are a little dated and worn, but would still recommend this hotel.

From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff was wonderful, helpful, and polite. My family and I were very happy and enjoy our stay very much. The breakfast was delightful and offered variety of food for us to choose from. The manager, John/Thịnh, was an excellent host.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again next time our family visits Hue. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. I would give this hotel a five star.
The pool area needs to be fixed and it was very small. Otherwise it was a great hotel with very nice staff.

Rien à reprocher à l’hôtel par lui même bien localisé, grande chambre (avec balcon) bien insonorisé. mais staff à la réception retranché derrière son comptoir. Parfois un peu juste ds la compréhension de l’anglais.

The hotel is rather on the old side, despite how fancy it may look. Though comfortable, the room was dim and there was also no shower in the bathroom. It's more so a bathtub with a low shower head. Breakfast was ok; there was a lot of variety and the dining room was clean. Cherish also offers a restaurant, but it was a little pricey for us. The pool was a little small too.

La ubicacion es buena, cerca del centro.
Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas, y la cama era grande y muy comoda, tambien las almohadas, dormimos muy bien. No habia ruidos.
Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables todos siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar.
A destacar Lam, muy atento y amable.
Estuvimos solo 2 noches en Hue, nos hubiera gustado pasar un par de noches mas, volveriamos a alojarnos en el mismo hotel sin dudarlo si volvemos.

Cherish is well located to the places we liked in Hue. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was comfortable. It is worth noting that the pool is a plunge pool rather than a swimming pool. But, who goes to Hue for a hotel pool.

We arrived early in the morning from the overnight train from Hanoi. The staff arranged for us to get a shower in a vacated room and sorted an early check in at 11am. Concierge arranged a boat trip for us on the Perfume River which was great value. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the locality.

The staff is amazing and they make your stay worth the while but the hotel has a lot to improve, unfortunately isn't a 4 star hotel, at all. Pictures online are deceiving.
